Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in Guyana 🇬🇾 e aveva più cons che pro. La stanza è stata mescolata, il frigorifero non funziona bene, le macchine di ghiaccio non funzionano, e il personale, alcuni non erano complementari. La vista dalla mia stanza era vista sopra il tetto. Immaginate le migliori caratteristiche sono il cielo (vedi le foto qui sotto). Non ci sono abbastanza personale di custodia per il volume delle persone che sono venute per la conferenza 🙄. Le nostre schede non sono cambiate per la settimana. Io calcolano questo hotel 2 stelle 🌟 e questo lo sta estendere.

My stay at Guyana Marriott was simply amazing from check-in to departure. Greeted by smiles on check-in and just a warm welcome which positively set the tone for my trip. The polite, hardworking and awesome staff really made my trip a memorable experience. Everyone was affable and top notch service, to say the least At the Executive Lounge, Francisca and Sowaynee were so professional and kind. Chef Allison was so humble, personable and they served up some really amazing and delicious dishes. I think I encountered the entire crew heheh - Shalini, Cynthia, Ashana, Janella, Nadera, Juvon. During happy hour, they even remember what you’re drinking, even with so many people they’re serving. Housekeeping was just perfect and the hardworking females were just the best and friendly and always willing to help with anything. I was working out in the gym and left my AirPods on a machine. The staff and security are so professional here that the gentleman from security had it lodged with paperwork / documentation to sign to receive it. Just amazing and was really impressed by this gesture. It would be remiss of me if I didn’t mention the amazing breakfast at this hotel; maybe one of the best in the Caribbean I have experienced. From the amazing omelette station, to the fresh juice bar, smoked salmon, even local dishes served up, everything was so delicious and tasty. The Food and Beverage Director, Mr. Sharon Mani, definitely runs a tight ship! One of the most professional, humble and kind-hearted human being I have ever encountered; this guy is definitely the ‘gold-standard’ and a great asset to this hotel. I literally saw this man standing and working the floor and greeting everyone in the packed restaurant and at one point even brought a random little girl a cake for her birthday and the smile on that kid’s face just simply said it all. Will definitely return to the hotel because of the impeccable customer service. Regards, Anthony J.

Upon arrival to the property, we were greeted by Marcia who was very polite, friendly and professional. We were checked into our suite as soon as we arrived. Check in was quick and seamless. This hotel is centrally located in Georgetown. We were assisted by Curtis to take our luggage to the room. He was very respectful and professional as well. Lunch was delicious at the Bistro cafe which is on the ground floor of the hotel. We met some of the most pleasant and welcoming staff. We had breakfast every morning here. Top notch service were provided by Ricardo, Amelia, Avril (all bartenders as we ate and drank at the bar). Nirvanie and some other servers whose names I can’t remember. The hostesses were all very nice as well. Kurt the manager was also very friendly. Jamilette, our housekeeper ensured that our room was clean at all times. Everyone was very polite and helpful. My only concern was that the water pressure in the shower was low. Even though the pressure at the sink was high. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

My second visit to this Georgetown gem within a year. It's in a peaceful location in lovely grounds and the accommodation is comfortable, the food is good and the excellent staff all go out of their way to help make your stay very special. I cannot remember all their names but thanks to Paul, Wallace, Damon and Odessa.
