When we arrived, they told us that they had no hot water in the main building, so we were sent across the street to their smaller building (ground level, no view). Despise booking a double bed room for 3 people, we were given a room with one king bed. After driving 12 hours, we were exhaused and didn't want to drag our luggage any further, so we made it work. We kicked back and ordered a pizza. Before our pizza arrived, we hear people outside our room trying to get in. My husband opened the door, and a nice couple explained they had also been assigned the same room. We showed them our keys and they returned to the check in office. Not long after, the same person who checked us in came and banged on the door. He recognized us, but wanted to know what our "original" room number was. We explained that he never shared that, only gave us the room number we were currently in. The conversion ended awkwardly as he took the couple away. Aside from those issues, the pool area closed at dusk (5:00) and the room was very loud all night long. We were glad to leave after a restless night.
