Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole al Grand Diponegoro Hotel. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Ho soggiornato per una settimana e non ho avuto una sola cattiva esperienza durante il mio soggiorno. Il mio preferito assoluto è il riempimento di Teh Pucuk dopo ogni servizio di pulizia haha amarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza meravigliosa. Sicuramente sarà tornato!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Room bit small and bit noisy but perfect location, inside the airport with food court downstairs, for early flight. Good internet and international tv chanels. Will come back every time i fly from Surabaya.

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!

L'hotel era ben situato dietro il Mall di Tungunan. Circa 5-7mins passeggiata. Opp è un bel posto di caffè e c'è anche un piazzale al ristorante dell'hotel. La stanza è iniziata ad invecchiare, ma l'aria condizionata ti fa freddo. Buona tariffa

Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Ok for short stay, customer service go beyond & above as they called up & checking if you’re staying comfortable and room condition after few moment checked in the room. Received and cake & tea as complimentary from the hotel as well. The only problem is the bathroom didn’t have the floor separator, cause water leaked everywhere every-time after shower. Breakfast has lots variety and good taste. Overall is a good stay.

Il buffet è stato fantastico! Attenti staff che ci hanno chiesto il pasto e ci hanno guidato in tutto il mondo. Non dire, il colazione ha avuto molte opzioni! Guarda dalla stanza è davvero molto bello!

L'hotel aveva un odore molto strano. Devono iniziare a mettere un nuovo profumo dal lobby fino alla strada verso la stanza. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, dovrebbero pulire la stanza e cambiare regolarmente il deumidificatore. È stato molto frustrante quando siete molto stanchi e dovete affrontare una stanza sporca. Spero che possano migliorare il servizio. L'hotel ha un sacco di potenziale.

La colazione giornaliera ti renderebbe distrutto per la scelta. Situazione al centro della strada Tunjungan, dove di notte viene in vita con pedoni che godono la notte. Molte bevande anche intorno! Poi nella seconda stanza, il mio cuscino è sporco e il flusso non ha funzionato. Tuttavia apprezzo il loro aiuto per ripararli. Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Il personale dell'hotel ha pulito bene la nostra stanza e ci ha dato nuovi asciugamani. Molte opzioni per colazione: porridge, pollo soto (suppa), riso fritto, noodle, pesche, salate, frutta, ortaggi; bubur madura; fragole; omeletta, waffle; patate dolci a vapore. L'hotel offre anche jamú (bevande a base di erbe), succo, latte, cereali e caffè. La sicurezza ci ha aiutati con i nostri bagagli grandi 🥰

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.

Near Persada hospital, breakfast place so hot. Old building. Wifi not so strong sometime disconnect by itself. Staff friendly. Spa so bad i think they dont know what are they doing. Hotel atmosphere always dark.

Hotel carino, per un posto per soggiornare per una coppia di notti. Convalidano parcheggio nel parcheggio sotterraneo. Il personale frontale era molto amichevole e la camera era pulita e abbastanza moderna. Grande valore per il prezzo.

hotel economico ed essenziale a Malang. sfortunatamente sembra che sia scoppiato un tubo e il soffitto della mia stanza ha iniziato a perdere acqua alle 2 del mattino. la reception ha inviato qualcuno per ripararlo, ma il problema è stato risolto solo per circa 3 minuti prima che iniziasse di nuovo a perdere. erano le 3 del mattino quindi dormivo a malapena. l'hotel non ha offerto cambio di camera o alcun tipo di risarcimento.

5 star service from friendly and attentive staff. Spacious clean room with good shower. Restaurants were very quiet in the evening possibly due to the high price of the meals. Superb breakfast buffet. When we were there the roof top bar was closed due to a private function. The hotel is quite children orientated.
