Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole al Grand Diponegoro Hotel. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Ho soggiornato per una settimana e non ho avuto una sola cattiva esperienza durante il mio soggiorno. Il mio preferito assoluto è il riempimento di Teh Pucuk dopo ogni servizio di pulizia haha amarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza meravigliosa. Sicuramente sarà tornato!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Room bit small and bit noisy but perfect location, inside the airport with food court downstairs, for early flight. Good internet and international tv chanels. Will come back every time i fly from Surabaya.

It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.

A nice christmas tree decoration in the lobby while we arrived. But check in processing were slow as only one staff on duty during that time, rooms could use an update but the hotel was still clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

La posizione dell'hotel e i dintorni erano perfetti con una vista favolosa e la vista sulle montagne che rendono l'intero soggiorno degno di essere trascorso e il clima fantastico era rinfrescante quando ci si siede fuori dalla propria camera per ammirare il panorama, ci siamo goduti molto il nostro soggiorno e consiglieremo sicuramente alle persone di soggiornare qui ed è così vicino al Monte Bromo, l'unica mancanza è che la camera in cui sto soggiornando non ha l'asciugacapelli e lo scaldabagno era molto limitato. A parte questo, questo è un bell'hotel in cui soggiornare se si viene al Monte Bromo

Ok per un breve soggiorno, il servizio clienti va oltre & sopra come chiamano & checking se si sta soggiornando comodo e condizionamento della stanza dopo pochi minuti di controllo nella stanza. Arrivato e torta & tè come complimentare dall'hotel. L'unico problema è che il bagno non aveva il separatore di pavimento, causare l'acqua scorre ovunque ogni volta dopo la doccia. La colazione ha molte varietà e buon gusto. In generale è un buon soggiorno.

Bad • The aircon compressor box at the balcony can be a little noisy at night. • Toilet was kinda small, and the sink was separated.

Il buffet è stato fantastico! Attenti staff che ci hanno chiesto il pasto e ci hanno guidato in tutto il mondo. Non dire, il colazione ha avuto molte opzioni! Guarda dalla stanza è davvero molto bello!

Nice hotel, very close to Pasar Atom and Kya Kya. But the traffic around makes it a bit difficult to cross the street. Friendly staffs, clean room. Quite spacious.

Seconda permanenza qui! Ho un piano al 8° piano, non troppo male di vista, anche se preferisco tenerlo su un piano più alto. Il servizio rimane impeccabile.Grande camera grande e bagno pulito! La colazione giornaliera ti renderebbe distrutto per la scelta. Situazione al centro della strada Tunjungan, dove di notte viene in vita con pedoni che godono la notte. Molte bevande anche intorno! Camminando al centro commerciale ... Questo sarebbe certamente il mio hotel di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio!

Tutto è buono. Il cibo è delizioso e molte scelte. La posizione è strategica. La stanza era buona. Rimarrò qui la prossima volta.

Everything is good including the location except the house keeping. We enjoyed our massages and dinner buffet in the hotel because it was raining in the evening. But they are nice and very affordable. I also like their breakfast buffet. The only miss is the cleanliness and the housekeeping quality. We have changed the room once because the bathtub got stains. Then in the second room, my pillowcase is dirty and the flush didn’t work. Yet I appreciate their help to fix them. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish they can improve the housekeeping quality or else everything is perfect :)

Overall is good, but swiss belinn can upgrade or fix their room shower (shower head and shower drain)

Everything is good! Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, services. Except the king sized bed is actually 2 supersingle bed combined, makes it feel abit uncomfortable to sleep in the center of the bed.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, just beside 2 malls. Surrounded by local food stalls. Our room has a beautiful mountaim view. Also very spacious. Worth extending our stay. Wonderful 5 nights spent.

hotel economico ed essenziale a Malang. sfortunatamente sembra che sia scoppiato un tubo e il soffitto della mia stanza ha iniziato a perdere acqua alle 2 del mattino. la reception ha inviato qualcuno per ripararlo, ma il problema è stato risolto solo per circa 3 minuti prima che iniziasse di nuovo a perdere. erano le 3 del mattino quindi dormivo a malapena. l'hotel non ha offerto cambio di camera o alcun tipo di risarcimento.

Hotel carino, per un posto per soggiornare per una coppia di notti. Convalidano parcheggio nel parcheggio sotterraneo. Il personale frontale era molto amichevole e la camera era pulita e abbastanza moderna. Grande valore per il prezzo.

Vicino all'ospedale Persada, il colazione posto così caldo. Vecchio edificio. Wifi non così forte a volte disaccoppiato da sé. Amici del personale. Spa così male non credo che sappia cosa stanno facendo. L'atmosfera dell'hotel è sempre buia.
