Che cosa era destinato a essere un soggiorno di una notte si è trasformato in due, grazie all'incredibile ospitalità che abbiamo sperimentato! Dall’iscrizione con un meraviglioso miglioramento a un benvenuto con frutta e consigli locali, il personale (Olivia e Lucy) ci ha fatto sentire così bene curati che non potevamo semplicemente lasciare il giorno dopo. La piscina all'aperto è bella (anche se si chiude alle 6 pm, l'apertura all'interno si apre successivamente), e la nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. Il buffet era un altro evidenziante cibo marino delizioso, biscotti, BBQ e bevande, facilmente il miglior buffet che abbia mai avuto in un lungo periodo. Aggiungi a questo design unico e alla luce stupenda del lago di sera, e è chiaro perché abbiamo deciso di rimanere più a lungo. Una vera destinazione deve tornare!

Non appena si entra nella hall dell'hotel, si percepisce un'atmosfera di classe: l'arredamento è raffinato, il personale alla reception è molto accogliente e la camera appare fresca, pulita e ordinata. Anche la camera era pulitissima, con ampie finestre a tutta altezza che si affacciavano sulla città di notte, e il letto era comodissimo, il che è stata un'esperienza davvero positiva.

Questo hotel è uno dei migliori della città, ma ci sono diverse problematiche che richiedono attenzione. I dipendenti fumano nei bagni e persino in palestra. La palestra ha attrezzature rotte e i tappetini vengono lasciati sporchi, accumulando sudore. Inoltre, non ci sono asciugamani o prodotti di carta in bagno e non c'è sapone a disposizione. È deludente vedere un hotel così prestigioso trascurare questi dettagli importanti.

Ho soggiornato nel Grand Pacific poche volte negli anni.Grande servizio (anche se volevo portare il mio portatile è sopra il top), eccellente colazione (Chinese e occidentale), la piscina è buona, la palestra va bene, ma l'attrezzatura è data. Il miglior hotel a Yuyao per visitatori stranieri se non si può parlare cinese.

Our stay at 盛庭行馆 was truly the highlight of our trip to Wuzhen. From the moment we checked in until after we left, our butler 露佳provided impeccable service and constant care. She checked in with us regularly, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. During our visit, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special — with a beautifully decorated room and a lovely cake. 露佳also gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, and made restaurant reservations for us effortlessly through messages. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm.

Location is good, and across the street is the longzimong park, and we enjoyed park very much because the hotel gave us the ticket to the park. The park has the fireworks at night which was excellent. Room is clean and breakfast is fine. People need to know the DiDi in this location not want to pick up people during the day and worse at night. I called the DiDi many times they did not show up. Other driver told me because DiDi driver not willing to pick up people travel in short distance , but it is too far for people to walk from one park to another park. Often, driver will ask people to pay double and triple the price.
