The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice

Il mio soggiorno in hotel è stato breve, ma comunque piacevole. Al mio arrivo, ho sbagliato stanza e, non vedendo nessuno, ho temuto di non riuscire a effettuare il check-in. Quando ho chiamato la reception, la numero 82 (小文) si è prodigata per aiutarmi. Il suo inglese non era buono, così come il mio cinese, ma ha improvvisato e ha usato un traduttore telefonico e persino WeChat solo per aiutarmi a trovare la hall. Quando finalmente ha capito dove mi trovavo, è venuta a prendermi e mi ha persino portato la borsa nella hall. Da allora è andato tutto liscio. 小文 è stata eccezionale! L'epitome dell'eccellente servizio clienti! Per favore, date a quella gentile signora un aumento di stipendio o, meglio ancora, una promozione!

Questo hotel è uno dei migliori della città, ma ci sono diverse problematiche che richiedono attenzione. I dipendenti fumano nei bagni e persino in palestra. La palestra ha attrezzature rotte e i tappetini vengono lasciati sporchi, accumulando sudore. Inoltre, non ci sono asciugamani o prodotti di carta in bagno e non c'è sapone a disposizione. È deludente vedere un hotel così prestigioso trascurare questi dettagli importanti.

Our stay at 盛庭行馆 was truly the highlight of our trip to Wuzhen. From the moment we checked in until after we left, our butler 露佳provided impeccable service and constant care. She checked in with us regularly, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
During our visit, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special — with a beautifully decorated room and a lovely cake. 露佳also gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, and made restaurant reservations for us effortlessly through messages.
The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle.
I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm.

This is an amazing boutique resort filled with beautiful architecture, set in a very peaceful area. We stayed in Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town, and both day and night here are truly impressive — everything looks stunning. We fell in love with this charming old village, and we will definitely come back again!

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è disponibile durante l'intero processo per fornire servizi alberghieri per i bus navetta fuori servizio. Il personale di servizio ha un buon atteggiamento molo delle navi da crociera, offerto gratuitamente agli ospiti dell'hotel per sperimentare Wuzhen. L'hotel dispone anche di attività culturali artigianali fai-da-te per bambini. Il design degli interni dell'hotel è squisito, unico e unico, tipico dello stile del cortile Jiangnan Zhizaofu. Grazie mille per aver fornito un buon ambiente e un servizio attento, lo proverò la prossima volta.

UUtente anonimoWe just returned from a wonderful stay at Naked Stables, and it was such a memorable experience. This was meant to be the relaxing part of our trip, but with so many fun activities on offer, we found ourselves joyfully busy most of the day! There’s something for everyone — from horse and pony rides to pottery, yoga, archery, billiards, and children’s classes. Some activities are complimentary, while others are paid. There’s also a lovely spa and a large kids’ playroom on-site, which we didn’t have the chance to use this time.
The resort is set in the hills and surrounded by bamboo forests, so hiking to and from your room during the day makes for a great little workout. Do note there are quite a few stairs around the property and in the rooms themselves due to the terrain.
Guests get around by golf cart, which you can easily request through a WeChat mini program. We were graciously upgraded to a two-bedroom villa — a beautiful, cozy space that felt instantly like home. It was so peaceful and comfortable that it was tempting not to leave at all! The villa has a full kitchen and BBQ, so if you plan ahead, you can bring groceries and enjoy home-cooked meals with a view. Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, living, and dining area, while the bedrooms are downstairs. There’s even a hot tub on the balcony, which our son absolutely loved and used every evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious, with a tub by the window that let you soak while taking in the scenery.
The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, and truly farm-to-table. The resort’s own farm, just outside the gates, supplies much of the produce. There are three restaurants and a café on-site. The Western restaurant currently opens only on weekends, so during our stay we enjoyed all our meals at the Chinese restaurant, as Kikaboni (the smaller venue) was fully booked the evening we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of Western and Chinese options, all of which were delicious.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. While not everyone speaks English, the managers do, and translation apps made communication easy when needed.
All in all, Naked Stables offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and activities — a place where you can be as relaxed or as active as you like.

SShangguanwanhuiEra la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto Non mi aspettavo di tornare per una visita di ritorno. Il servizio è stato molto buono e ottimo. Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. Il servizio post-vendita è davvero eccellente. La prossima volta che tornerò soggiornerò al Grand Hyatt.

Una cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio è stato il fatto che avevamo prenotato camere con vista lago. Tuttavia, le nostre camere erano sul lato opposto del lago e potevamo vederne solo un piccolo frammento, non la vera vista sul lago. Secondo questa definizione, ogni camera potrebbe essere considerata vista lago, ma non è esattamente questa l'interpretazione che ho io.

JJuliaFThis is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night.
I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.
