Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Sheraton, a Huzhou, che si trova proprio sul bellissimo lago Taihu. L'hotel stesso è un grande attrazione, e ogni camera viene con splendide viste e eccellenti strutture. Le villa sono particolarmente impressionanti, ognuno ha la propria primavera calda e una piscina privata, che rende l'esperienza ancora più rilassante. Camminando intorno al lago e intorno all'hotel si sente tranquillo e piacevole. Grazie speciali alla signora Lucy Liu dall'ufficio di fronte. Parla bene inglese e agisce quasi come un agente di polizia personale durante il mio soggiorno. Ha aiutato con tutto, ha pianificato la visita calda di primavera, ha suggerito opzioni di barca nelle vicinanze, e ha offerto sostegno quando necessario. La sua gentilezza ha davvero migliorato il mio soggiorno. Questo hotel è grande per i viaggiatori soli, coppie e famiglie. Molto raccomandato!

Il mio soggiorno in hotel è stato breve, ma comunque piacevole. Al mio arrivo, ho sbagliato stanza e, non vedendo nessuno, ho temuto di non riuscire a effettuare il check-in. Quando ho chiamato la reception, la numero 82 (小文) si è prodigata per aiutarmi. Il suo inglese non era buono, così come il mio cinese, ma ha improvvisato e ha usato un traduttore telefonico e persino WeChat solo per aiutarmi a trovare la hall. Quando finalmente ha capito dove mi trovavo, è venuta a prendermi e mi ha persino portato la borsa nella hall. Da allora è andato tutto liscio. 小文 è stata eccezionale! L'epitome dell'eccellente servizio clienti! Per favore, date a quella gentile signora un aumento di stipendio o, meglio ancora, una promozione!

Questo hotel è uno dei migliori della città, ma ci sono diverse problematiche che richiedono attenzione. I dipendenti fumano nei bagni e persino in palestra. La palestra ha attrezzature rotte e i tappetini vengono lasciati sporchi, accumulando sudore. Inoltre, non ci sono asciugamani o prodotti di carta in bagno e non c'è sapone a disposizione. È deludente vedere un hotel così prestigioso trascurare questi dettagli importanti.

Wuzhen Club House – A Perfect One-Night Retreat
I only stayed one night, but Wuzhen Club House turned a quick stop-over into a little holiday. From the moment I rolled my suitcase through the wooden gate, everything felt effortless.
The room: I opened the door to a huge suite that felt twice the size of most hotels and the bathroom is excellent.
Little touches during my stay with booking amazing restaurant for dinner and support me to arrange the taxi to go to station
If you have even one night in Wuzhen, give it to Wuzhen Club House. I’m already plotting an excuse to come back for two.

La posizione è buona, e lungo la strada è il parco longzimong, e abbiamo goduto molto di parco perché l'hotel ci ha dato il biglietto al parco. Il parco ha i fuochi d'artificio notturni che erano eccellenti.
La stanza è pulita e il colazione è buono.
La gente deve sapere che la DiDi in questo luogo non vuole prendere persone durante il giorno e peggio di notte. Ho chiamato la DiDi molte volte che non si sono presentati. Altri conducenti mi hanno detto perché il conducente DiDi non è disposto a prendere le persone che viaggiano a corto raggio, ma è troppo lontano per le persone da un parco all'altro.Spesso, il conducente chiede alle persone di pagare il doppio e il triplo prezzo.

寫點評來感謝小趙。淡季人少，對景區的印象都來自於工作人員。剛定好酒店，因為帶着長者孩子，需要在一樓，不上樓的位置，還要房間挨着……小趙，趙魯遙就開始幫助協調到滿意的房間。全都確認好後還特意拍了視頻介紹房間，還有景區的停車位置，遊玩攻略等等……全家人還沒到景區就非常期待這次旅行，對景區的印象也超級好。到景區後小趙也不辭辛苦的幫忙運送行李照顧長者孩子。今年來的時間沒有看到銀杏葉，因為這次遊玩非常愉快，明年已經相約還來濮院玩。

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Il nostro soggiorno a Banyan Tree Hangzhou si sentiva come un passo in un quadro vivente, dove ballavano in acqua tranquilla e il tempo si muove al ritmo della canzone degli uccelli, ma ciò che rendeva davvero inoltrabile questo viaggio erano le persone che hanno toccato i nostri cuori.
Bobby Jiang andò di sopra e di là, condividendo con mio padre i bellissimi significati dietro ogni associazione che adorava il Quartier , trasformando il nostro viaggio attraverso il resort in un viaggio culturale pieno di calore e di insight. Ogni mattina mia madre parlava con piacere di 37, la cui gentile cura, generosità e spirito radiante le fece sentire apprezzata dal momento in cui si alzava per colazione.
Un cuore di gratitudine anche al gentiluomo che ci ha condotto con buggy a iai il nostro primo giorno la sua pazienza e la sua riflessione verso i miei anziani ha parlato di vera ospitalità.
L’attenzione della squadra si estendeva anche alla nostra stanza vicino al lobby, senza scale, perfettamente adatta per gli anziani.
Se viaggiate con i genitori anziani o cercate semplicemente la serenità, questo è il paradiso. Sedetevi sul vostro balcone, guardate gli slittagli e le barche scorrere da e capite perché Hangzhou è poesia in movimento.

1️⃣ Alloggio e servizi
Naturalmente non c'è niente da dire sulla qualità dell'alloggio e degli altri servizi. Qualcuno dell'hotel chiamerà per confermare intorno alle 7 della sera prima del check-in. Verrà quindi assegnato uno steward e tutte le domande sugli steward riceveranno una risposta tempestiva nel gruppo. Il maggiordomo aveva già aspettato al centro visitatori prima di arrivare e si è avviato al trotto per condurre il veicolo al parcheggio VIP per organizzare il parcheggio. A causa del periodo del Festival di Primavera. Se ci sono troppi turisti, non organizzeremo il check-in in barca, ma arriveremo invece con l'autobus turistico.
Le condizioni di salute sono molto buone. Non so quanto sia più pulito rispetto al precedente Centro Commerciale Naked con lo stesso prezzo. Il livello di igiene nella stanza è uno dei pochi dell'hotel. In particolare, ho scoperto che gli asciugamani da bagno dell'hotel hanno i codici QR corrispondenti. Dopo la scansione, ho scoperto che si tratta di un tracciamento visivo dello stato di pulizia.
Inutile dire che il servizio è buono. Ovunque tu vada nell'hotel, c'è personale di servizio che ti accoglie con un sorriso sincero. Considerando che in tutto l'hotel ci sono solo 33 camere, sembra che il numero del personale di servizio debba essere pari al numero degli ospiti per fornire un servizio così meticoloso. Ogni volta che entri o esci dall'hotel, il cameriere correrà davanti a te per aprirti la porta, caloroso ed educato.
La partenza finale è prevista per l'imbarco sulla barca presso il molo privato dell'hotel. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel per mezz'ora in barca a remi e poi abbiamo fatto un ultimo giro lungo l'intero corso d'acqua di Wuzhen. La sensazione della Venezia orientale era particolarmente forte.
2️⃣Cibo
Commenti speciali vengono fatti sul ristorante dell'hotel, oltre alla colazione squisita e deliziosa (non molte varietà, ma ogni pezzo è squisito). Anche il cibo servito è fantastico. Anche se durante il Festival di Primavera ci sono principalmente pasti fissi e non ci sono molte varietà à la carte, ma la qualità è sorprendente! Quanti ristoranti costosi non possono farlo? Basta guardare le parti di questa pancetta, le proporzioni di ogni pezzo sono così dorate e la tua bocca è piena di olio e sapore di latte dopo un morso. Non preoccuparti di calpestare alcun tuono, sono tutti deliziosi.
Il livello di gestione del turismo di Wuzhen è civile nel settore e l'industria della seta aggiunge ancora più colore a Wuzhen

Our butler was JiaJia, a very attentive lady who got in touch with us on WeChat even before our arrival. She coordinated with our precious hotel to ensure we wouldn't get lost after reaching Wuzhen's tourist entrance.
We were brought to our hotel on a traditional river boat. Along the way we had our breath taken away by awesome views we could only once imagine.
The hotel occupies a building that was once home to a wealthy shipbuilder. His main hall is conserved as a showcase and photo site for hotel guests.
There are quiet and shaded courtyards on hotel grounds for tea, rest, and reflection.
I packed my family into a 2-bedroom unit that overlooks a public garden. I was told that this garden is covered in flowers in spring and summer. It is barren now in winter, but still pretty to me.
We got to pre-order breakfast in the hotel, as well as a room fragrance (I picked rose!).
Location is splendid. Many top food stalls and restaurants are just one either side of the hotel entrance, and one can easily get to all of Wuzhen's top sights on foot.
Be sure to eat a meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the Osmanthus roasted duck is so delicious and memorable!

UUtente anonimoWe just returned from a wonderful stay at Naked Stables, and it was such a memorable experience. This was meant to be the relaxing part of our trip, but with so many fun activities on offer, we found ourselves joyfully busy most of the day! There’s something for everyone — from horse and pony rides to pottery, yoga, archery, billiards, and children’s classes. Some activities are complimentary, while others are paid. There’s also a lovely spa and a large kids’ playroom on-site, which we didn’t have the chance to use this time.
The resort is set in the hills and surrounded by bamboo forests, so hiking to and from your room during the day makes for a great little workout. Do note there are quite a few stairs around the property and in the rooms themselves due to the terrain.
Guests get around by golf cart, which you can easily request through a WeChat mini program. We were graciously upgraded to a two-bedroom villa — a beautiful, cozy space that felt instantly like home. It was so peaceful and comfortable that it was tempting not to leave at all! The villa has a full kitchen and BBQ, so if you plan ahead, you can bring groceries and enjoy home-cooked meals with a view. Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, living, and dining area, while the bedrooms are downstairs. There’s even a hot tub on the balcony, which our son absolutely loved and used every evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious, with a tub by the window that let you soak while taking in the scenery.
The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, and truly farm-to-table. The resort’s own farm, just outside the gates, supplies much of the produce. There are three restaurants and a café on-site. The Western restaurant currently opens only on weekends, so during our stay we enjoyed all our meals at the Chinese restaurant, as Kikaboni (the smaller venue) was fully booked the evening we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of Western and Chinese options, all of which were delicious.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. While not everyone speaks English, the managers do, and translation apps made communication easy when needed.
All in all, Naked Stables offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and activities — a place where you can be as relaxed or as active as you like.

We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. JJuliaFThis is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night.
I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.
