L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, grande e ben organizzato. Le camere sono spaziose e con una bella vista dal piano superiore. Il personale è molto utile e risolvere qualsiasi problema. La colazione è con una vasta scelta. Il prezzo non ha grande differenza con l'hotel piccolo in questa città. Molto raccomandato.

Ci sono parcheggi davanti e dietro l'hotel.Il parcheggio è conveniente.Il dintorni è molto tranquillo. Ci sono stazioni di autobus alla porta. Sono molto conveniente per i principali punti di attrazione, come il lago meridionale, la strada del fiume lunare.
L'igiene dell'hotel è buona, la stanza non ha un odore diverso, l'acqua calda è buona. L'unica carenza è che il piccolo letto della casa è troppo duro. Non sapevo che all'inizio si sedesse e mi praticasse. Non è stato trovato un sedile di carica accanto al letto grande della casa di famiglia all'inizio, e poi è stato trovato nascosto dietro il letto, che deve essere spostato per usarlo.
In generale, è ancora possibile, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è anche buono e relativamente soddisfatto.

Le attrezzature hardware dell'hotel sono un po' datate, ma il servizio è buono, in particolare il proprietario del parcheggio, Zhang, che ci ha aiutato con il parcheggio e ha avuto un atteggiamento positivo. L'unico problema è che la camera non è stata pulita adeguatamente e che nel bagno è stato trovato uno spazzolino da denti lasciato dall'ospite precedente, ma ciò non influisce sulla valutazione a cinque stelle.

Mi sono davvero divertito al Fortune Bond Hotel. Sono arrivato tardi pomeriggio e il check-in è stato estremamente veloce per meno di 5 minuti. La stanza era pulita e ben progettata. La vista era anche grande vista sulla città. Apprezzo anche la gentilezza della signora pulizia e del personale di checkout. In generale, una grande esperienza e mi prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo qui quando torno a Ningbo. Inoltre, la posizione è buona (meno di 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione ferroviaria). 10/10 consiglia molto

Hotel fantastico, comodissimo da raggiungere, proprio davanti alla stazione della metropolitana, mi è piaciuto tantissimo! C'erano frutta di benvenuto e dolcetti al latte, un pensiero davvero carino! L'hotel è anche molto pulito, con strutture per il fitness, davvero ottimo, e anche la colazione dell'hotel era super. La prossima volta che verrò a Ningbo, sceglierò ancora questo hotel!

YYorkshireIl personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

SScrambler TravellerIt is 20 to 30 minutes cab ride to the main Hefang St and Westlake area which isn't too bad.
The amenities were nice, Spa super expensive, the restaurants were ok, buffet breakfast pretty good. Staff were really helpful and lovely, first sit down check-in desk I have seen.
The room.... big black glass on upper level not accessible but made us worry they may have cameras? Our toilet water smelt terrible so we had to close the door and the bathroom door otherwise it would smell... the shower door too as it was connected.
The bed and pillows were amazing and big, lots of water and fruit everyday, softdrinks in fridge were free, we could walk to the Grandma's home. restaurant nearby which was yummy.
It was a lovely stay, with the exception of the smelly toilet water and lots of mould around shower floor corners it was a decent stay.

KKaren YueZhangSplendid Clubhouse is rated the topmost scenic hotel in Wuzhen, and guests are allocated a butler to assist on arrival at the ancient water town's tourist centre.
Our butler was JiaJia, a very attentive lady who got in touch with us on WeChat even before our arrival. She coordinated with our precious hotel to ensure we wouldn't get lost after reaching Wuzhen's tourist entrance.
We were brought to our hotel on a traditional river boat. Along the way we had our breath taken away by awesome views we could only once imagine.
The hotel occupies a building that was once home to a wealthy shipbuilder. His main hall is conserved as a showcase and photo site for hotel guests.
There are quiet and shaded courtyards on hotel grounds for tea, rest, and reflection.
I packed my family into a 2-bedroom unit that overlooks a public garden. I was told that this garden is covered in flowers in spring and summer. It is barren now in winter, but still pretty to me.
We got to pre-order breakfast in the hotel, as well as a room fragrance (I picked rose!).
Location is splendid. Many top food stalls and restaurants are just one either side of the hotel entrance, and one can easily get to all of Wuzhen's top sights on foot.
Be sure to eat a meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the Osmanthus roasted duck is so delicious and memorable!

UUtente ospiteOur stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages.
There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe.
We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special.
Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids.
Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

SSophieMIl nostro soggiorno al 盛庭行馆 è stato davvero il momento clou del nostro viaggio a Wuzhen. Dal momento del check-in fino alla partenza, la nostra maggiordoma, 露佳, ci ha offerto un servizio impeccabile e una costante attenzione. Ci contattava regolarmente, assicurandosi che ogni dettaglio del nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto.
Durante la nostra visita, ho festeggiato il mio compleanno e l'hotel ha fatto di tutto per renderlo speciale, con una camera splendidamente decorata e una torta deliziosa. 露佳 ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni locali e ha prenotato per noi ristoranti senza problemi tramite messaggi.
La camera era elegante e confortevole, la colazione squisita e l'atmosfera generale raffinata e accogliente. Nonostante fossimo in città durante il Festival del Teatro e la città fosse piuttosto affollata, la serenità e l'ospitalità del 盛庭行馆 lo hanno reso un'oasi di pace in mezzo al trambusto.
