Canada: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Manitoba

The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

L'hotel è un po'dattuto, ma il personale ha fatto un grande lavoro per mantenerlo pulito e tempestivo. Check-in era veloce senza problemi. Il personale è bello e utile. Uno di cui chiamare è che l'hotel non ha un ascensore. Dovremmo portare i bagagli sulle scale.

La pulizia è classificata come 3 perché la nostra stanza aveva un odore (non male, potrebbe essere solo i prodotti di pulizia), ma non che era pulita. Il servizio era fantastico, tutti dai lavoratori ai residenti erano amici, è un ambiente molto accogliente e caldo. Il colazione che viene con l'hotel superava davvero le nostre aspettative, le uova REAL, i migliori marroni di hash, e il toast era bacon era anche buono. Hanno un pantry/piccolo magazzino di comodità nel lobby, e dico che i prezzi sono ragionevoli, si aspettano sicuramente di essere più. Sulla parte inferiore i letti sono sul lato più rigido, ma le mutandine sono di buona qualità. Questa non sarebbe la mia prima scelta di tornare a vinnipeg, ma per il prezzo e buon pasto incluso, è il top #5.

È stato un buon soggiorno , persona di servizio frontale e i conducenti di navetta aeroportuale sono tutti molto gentili e amichevoli

La camera è molto pulita e confortevole con tutti i mod cons - più spaziosa di quella più in questo centro di una capitale e il prezzo è stato molto ragionevole per tutti a disposizione. Il personale era molto utile, organizzando il nostro taxi e per permetterci di rimanere nella stanza dopo aver controllato il tempo, in modo che potremmo rilassarci prima di partire dall'aeroporto. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto riguardo al soggiorno è stato il rumore dalla strada. L'hotel è in una zona vicino a alcuni ristoranti e bar fast food. La prima notte del soggiorno ci siamo svegliati da qualcuno che ha esploso musica nelle prime ore del mattino. Il mattino dopo, i bin uomini ci svegliarono alle cinque. Nessuna cosa può fare l'hotel, ma se pensate a questo hotel e non uscite a festeggiare fino alle ore iniziali, forse chiedete una stanza in un piano alto, davanti alla strada.

Sono stato in questo hotel per una sola notte e ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionalmente piacevole. Il loro servizio clienti è eccellente e le loro camere sono molto pulite e pulite. Il loro complimentare colazione è così buono e ricco. I loro prezzi sono super conveniente e la posizione è centrale. Vieni sempre più.

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!

Il peggior servizio che abbia mai ricevuto in un hotel. Ho lasciato un vestito per la pulizia secca martedì pomeriggio e il desk front non ha mai rispettato la promessa di seguire e confermare che sarebbe pronto per la mia partenza. Peggio, dopo il secondo giorno, nessuno sembrava a conoscenza di quello che era successo alla mia pulizia secca, e si è spostato a cambiare i miei piani e a trasferire le riunioni per sperare che i miei vestiti lo facessero in tempo il giorno della mia partenza. Fortunatamente l'ho fatto, ma ho finito di pagare per un ritorno tardivo della mia auto in affitto. Non ho ricevuto scuse da nessuno all'hotel.
