Posizione eccellente, in centro a Le Mans a 6 km dal circuito Ottima organizzazione per late arrivals viene fornito un nr di cellulare da chiamare che fornisce un codice per entrare e le chiavi sono in una busta posizionata dentro una cassaforte di cui viene dato il codice. camera spaziosa e pulita , letto comodo lo raccomando, tornerò sicuramente

Era una buona esperienza. Non aveva problemi notevoli con il servizio, e la stanza era pulita. Io sono andato a Nantes per l'après-miglioramento e le letti e gli asciugamani erano stati cambiati. La posizione non è la migliore, ma non è orribile. C'è una barca che si può attraversare il fiume al centro della città di Nantes e costa solo € 1.70 e prende solo più di 5 minuti a piedi, con il biglietto valido per altri trasporti pubblici nella città.

Odalys is a very practical place to stay if you travel by train: only 5 minutes away from the station and very central to everything available in Angers. The hotel itself is extremely clean, comfortable and the staff really helpful. The use of the kitchenette was useful (although you had to be rather tall to access some of the dishes etc.) but all in all, I would definitely recommend staying at Odalys and look forward to returning in the near future. Ci vorrebbe qualche indicazione stradale in più, specialmente per quando si arriva di notte. Reception valida e molto accogliente. Camera: andrebbe migliorata la manutenzione, piuttosto scarsa. Peccato perché così non valorizza la pulizia che è buona. Colazione con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre confortable avec un bon lit. Salle de bain petite mais bien équipée ( la douche petite pour les personnes corpulentes). Environnement calme, sans bruit, l'hôtel est situé en zone commerciale. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner de qualité à un prix raisonnable, de bons produits. Le restaurant propose un excellent menu, avec un choix parmi 3 entrées, plats et desserts très bien présentés et préparés par le cuisinier après chaque commande. Une adresse à retenir.

Perfectly located, just a 10 minute walk from the beachfront, restaurants, watersports and ******, this apart/hotel is an ideal base when visiting La Baule and the surrounding area. It's nestled within a residential area so much calmer than the busy seafront. Rooms are decent, well equipped with a good bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful (they booked our terre de sel visit for us). There is a small pool and a ping pong table. Breakfast is available for a fee, but we found a really nice epicèrie just a 5min walk away, selling bread, croissants, fruit, veg, paté and coffee too. WiFi could be a bit sporadic at hotel, but I would highly recommend.

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

Intrusion of Privacy Overall, we were OK with the hotel until one morning when someone knocked on the door. It was 9:30am on a Friday and we were not ready. Two staff asked if they could enter the room to count the towels and linen, ”pour compter le linge”. My wife was still in pyjamas, and we felt like a complete INTRUSION of our PRIVACY. They touched the bed linen with their hands, they looked around the room as if they were looking for something or if they were police. My regret was I should have asked for IDs before letting them in or call reception. Like I said, we were not quite awake, I wasn't ready for this, and this was so completely weird. It felt completely unnecessary. I have dual citizenship French and British, this wasn't a language problem. I can't imagine how someone who wouldn't speak French could process this situation. We have decided to never use this hotel group again as a result and waited over a month before writing this review. ---- The hotel replied my husband. We cannot accept all of their excuses For Intrusion of Privacy! 1/ The hotel said, they posted a notice inside the lift. But we didn't see any notice - they can come into customers' rooms to check/ count a towel anytime. Normally, if you have a customer/ traveller, you will not read all notices inside a lift with some heavy suitcases. It seems the hotel just wants to find an excuse to deny their faults - 2 staff went to our room when we just woke up with our pyjamas at 9:30am. Also, it doesn't make sense. That's meant - the hotel staff can do anything they want that they can go to customer room anytime if they post any notice. They should inform all our customers when we check in face to face at the counter. Besides, we needed to use a card access the lift to go up. It's also very annoying as the cards didn't work a few times, so we needed to go back to a reception to refix our cards during 4 nights stay. If they really posted a notice - How can every customer can read this notice because we had the cards problems already ??? 2/ the hotel messages also make us feel more upset and disappointed. They told us, actually, 2 staff were a hotel director and reception manager who got into our room to count a towl at 9:30am. They didn't show us their staff card / ID. The didn't say they were a hotel director and receiption manager. I asked my friend who is working in one international brand hotel. She, this Nantes hotel made a big trouble and fault..So, it's not acceptable. Since a customer rents a room, a staff should not get into a customer room except a cleaner or having an emergency situation. We DID put a sign - DON'T DISTURB. 2 staff still knocked our door and they needed to go in. Honestly, they are a hotel director and receiption manager who should know more hotel rules than a junior staff. We cannot accept these kinds of excuses. We would not rent this brand of hotel anymore. Not Recommended.

In effetti è una stanza posta in una dependance dell'albergo pococo lontano accessibile con code pass. Essendo in coppia non abbiamo gradito che non ci fosse un letto matrimoniale ma solo 3 letti singoli. Eravamo stanchi del viaggio e non abbiamo protestato. per il resto arredi minimal e no serrande con affaccio in chiostrina. Prezzo comunque basso per essere in zona centrale. No park solo a pagamento a 200 metri chiedendo al personale dell'hotel centrale.

Lovely and wide with good pressure Comfortable beds ( had singles) Quiet room despite airport near bye Elevator Garden setting Cons: Outdated sad with minimum furniture ( perhaps we had the non yet updated room) A towel was found in my bed however it was clean towel but let me a bit unsettled. I brought it to the reception the next day for them to handle this or add it back to their towels count as we had all our towels accounted for. The staff was surprised. They later sent an email apologizing Breakfast price outrageous ( even for France so we did not get it) Reminds me of a better motel 6 A bit pricey for what is given The sister hotel next door is lovely but outrageous for dinner or a drink in a gorgeous lobby Overall clean enough and good location for one night no more Small room ( very ) Would return for an early departure from airport

We had an issue with the floor of our bathroom being wet. After using the shower, we noticed it was leaking from under the bath. This was reported, but we were told as it was late it would not be possible to have it looked at. We were offered to move rooms, but as this was a joint room, we could use the bathroom of the other room so stayed. We mentioned the issue again the next day on check out and this receptionist was not aware but said she would have it looked at. The following day I had €200 deducted from my bank. I rang up to see why and was accused of making a mess in the bathroom, flooding it. I was told a technician could not find an issue and so it must be ‘guest error’. After multiple calls about the issue I finally received a call and was told that after a visit from a second technician, there actually was an issue and received an apology. While I appreciate the apology, I wasted a morning of my holiday worrying and dealing with this issue and do not appreciate having a random fine deducted from my card with absolutely no communication beforehand. There appears to be no system for staff to log issues reported by guests, as if the issue was communicated effectively to the morning staff, they would have been fully aware and would have had that staff members testimony. Instead I was told that they would have to wait until that staff member started later in the day to get ‘her side of the story’. In summary instead of receiving an apology for a fault in our room, we received an accusation and a fine. The poor communication made this all the worse. If this is the type of service Best Western are proud of, I will certainly not be returning or recommending your hotels.

Scegliete principalmente perché offre un parcheggio sicuro con una posizione e un prezzo ragionevole. Non è al centro della città, ma abbastanza vicino e tutto a piedi. Quando arrivate in auto, pop in hotel per ottenere il parcheggio lontano e dettagliate istruzioni su come accedere. Anche se sembra complicato l'ascensore dal parcheggio arriva in reception. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento studio ma abbiamo un letto. Letto confortevole, doccia funzionava bene. Camera seduttiva spaziosa. Questo non è un posto di lusso ma era pulito, tutto funzionava e il personale era grande - soprattutto la signora messicana lavorava le mattine. È una scelta solida.

First impressions are vital Unfortunately, the reception area is disappointing because there is no official reception area, it seems the breakfast area is also the reception area No sense of authority here much to my displeasure. Our room was comfortable, small, internet okay but no tea/ coffee supplied although you could pay for it down in breakfast area which I thought was a bit mean!. However, most disappointing of all, is the bleak uninspiring black walls in the room,, Gave our room quite a depressing atmosphere. Service was not great. No towels one day until we asked. The good news is that the location is excellent and the bed is soft.They allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours. Much appreciated! Also, Nantes is a great place for a visit

In famiglia avevamo prenotato 5 camere. Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, semplici in uno spirito minimalista e pulite. Le lettie ferme hanno permesso di trascorrere una buona notte per tutti. Sentito dell'hotel familiare, iper situato, facile accesso a piedi, ben servito dai trasporti pubblici. Facilities per parcheggiare con numerosi parcheggi coperti. Colazione variabile, completa con prodotti di qualità e locali, con amplitudine orarie ampia e personalizzata con un sorriso a ogni convivente.

I was disappointed with this hotel compared to the price we paid, appears we paid over the normal price by booking far in advance. However it does have all that you need, comfortable bed, en suite bathroom (although smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen) showers, and an ok breakfast. If you’re stopping for 1 or 2 nights it will be ok, but wouldn’t stay any longer. The one thing that really let this place down for me was the lack of air con. The rooms were like a sauna, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the height of summer. It seriously needs air con as it’s like an oven. Location is good with free parking and a tram stop just outside, about 20 mins tram ride into the centre of the city. Overall, it was just below average (if it had air con, then would have been average). It is a budget hotel.
