Residence super ben posizionato vicino al centro. Un piccolo appartamento senza aria condizionata, e un appartamento con un motore per l'aria condizionata che si affaccia su un incrocio = notte rumorosa + rumore del ventilatore non è troppo caldo, ma non è male tranne che per l'alloggio Personale molto cordiale

Strutture: un edificio molto vecchio. Viviamo al quinto piano, portamo una grande valigia al quinto piano, c'è una scala, nessun ascensore, molto piccole scale Servizio: la reception ha － personale, il tipo di inglese non è buono

Soluzione ideale per una tappa di viaggio o per soggiorni brevi. Dopo alberghi vari fa piacere fermarsi in una struttura che offre un mini appartamento di 30 mq con cucina, bagno e lavanderia a disposizione. Certo i servizi sono a pagamento (lavanderia 8 euro) ma veramente utili. Personale gentile e che parla inglese. Pulizia non impeccabile ma tutto sommato accettabile. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto con caffè Nespresso e relative macchine per caffè, thè e tisane. Troverete anche due bottigliette di acqua offerte.

L'hotel si trova proprio accanto alla stazione dei treni (c'è da camminare 5-10 minuti per arrivare al centro storico), è una struttura moderna con arredo contemporaneo, all'ingresso nella hall c'è un piccolo angolo dove i bambini possono fare dei disegni e c'è anche un peluche di un orso gigante. Le ragazze della reception ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente e hanno sbrigato tutte le pratiche velocemente sia al check-in che al check-out, inoltre dopo il check-out ci è stato possibile lasciare le valigie e tornare a prenderle dopo pranzo, usando anche il bagno al piano terra. La nostra camera era all'ultimo piano, era abbastanza grande ed era dotata di tutti i comfort, il bagno era ampio e la doccia enorme. La colazione era fornita sia per il dolce che per il salato.

Questo hotel è un hotel storico, convenientemente situato nel centro della città. La nostra camera Deluxe era enorme, alti tetti, e molto luce. La ricezione era molto accogliente e risolve rapidamente un paio di piccoli problemi. La sala di colazione è un vero lavoro d'arte, decorata in mosaici storici di Odorico. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo ristorante ”Odorico”, abbiamo avuto una bella cena. Certamente pianificato di visitare di nuovo.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.
