Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla nuova strada regente. La posizione è perfetta, ma fa rimanere molte persone. Il rumore fa dormire male.

I booked Haka House because it was a great rate but I also read great reviews. I wasn't disappointed. It took 5 minutes from the bus stop to walk to Haka House.. On arrival I met the duty manager, he was very friendly and checked me in quickly. My first impression on the way to the room was very clean and ithe place smelled good l. There was a shared bathroom 2 doors down from my room. In the room there was a place to store my bags the bed had a charging station and light. The bed was comfortable and I slept very very well

1. Situazione principale, con vista sul lago Grande, a 200 metri da un supermercato locale;
2. Le strutture sono buone ma anche molto orribile, veramente grande cucina e spazio comune per gli ospiti da cucinare e mangiare, posti a sedere con aria condizionata, tutti i tipi di cucina, ecc. ma il doccia al primo piano è blocco e l'intero bagno è inondato!!!! La piscina è bloccata anche!!!! Il flushing di toilette a volte non funziona, c'è un asciugacapelli;
3. Mi piace la stanza, pulita e tranquilla, c'è una piccola luce, port USB, e una piccola cabina e cortina sul letto, 2 serrature per ogni ospite, il letto è molto comodo;

An absolutely fabulous place. Really playing on yhe history of the building all while still giving privacy, security and fun.
Location is super close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and take-away stores, and a general store for those forgotten small items.
Parking is free but it's a first come, first serve scenario.
I loved staying there and highly recommend to any traveler looking for a funky and reasonably priced accommodation.

ちょうどイースター🐣週間でお店が閉まっていましたので電話してドアを開けてもらいました。
お店がバーなので普段は人が多いかもしれませんがお店のスタッフさんに確認を取るといいと思います。皆さんとても気さくで優しい方が多いので安心してお部屋に入れます。個室は写真の通りで、冷蔵庫も付いています。清潔に保たれておりとても居心地が良かったです。雨が降っており外気温の低下ありましたがお部屋に影響はありません。共用スペースのキッチン、シャワーとトイレですがこのお店が1800年代からあるので歴史を感じます。しかし、キッチンはリメイクされIH対応。私はガスしか使ったことなかったですが問題なく利用できました！
また、私はラグビーの試合を見る予定がありましたのでこのホテルに決めました。歩いて15分くらいで、McDonaldなどもあり基本的に街灯がついていますので治安も問題ないかと思います。
他のドリトミーなどよりもとてもお勧めできますのでぜひお試しあれ！

L'alloggio è situato nel villaggio di Mt Cook, vicino a tutte le principali passeggiate/promenade nel Parco Nazionale di Mt Cook. Definitamente vale la pena di soggiornare almeno una notte nel parco nazionale dove si trova la montagna più alta in NZ.

Non avrai difficoltà a muoverti dentro Methven da Big Tree Lodge Methven - Hostel, infatti sarai a circa 5 minuti di auto da Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa e da Methven Golf Course. Questo ostello si trova a 13,2 km da Rakaia Gorge e 14,1 km da Riserva di Awa Awa Rata.

UUtente ospiteMy friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well!
The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details.
The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up.
Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :))

GGarth McMillanI thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Friendly staff, nice warm clean unit with a great outlook. Bed was comfortable which isn't always the case in a Motel . A garage for my car below my unit was very handy

UUtente ospiteI have previously stayed in this chain of pod hotels and the one up in Auckland was fantastic and I gave a raving review. Perhaps I got these guys on a bad day but I really felt the service had dropped significantly since my First visit a year and a half ago in Auckland.
The main concern I had was the bathroom was pretty disgusting and something that I would definitely not use. You can see the reasons why in the photos that I will post. Mainly there was here all around the place and a lot of dropped water on the floor old products just in the corner even if they were advertise as free it looked disgusting and could be done in a much clean hygienic way. Just needs a bit more quality management in this area.
perhaps I got them at the end of the weekend with low interest in maintaining clean bathrooms but this was just not good.
My second gripe or concern was that inside the pod the electronics of the light and fan were not visible and I took at least 15 minutes to figure out how to actually turn on off the lights and this was only done eventually by accident by me accidentally touching the panel as the back light of the panel was not functioning therefore it was not easy to determine where to turn the light on and off.
My last gripe was that the door needs to be more effectively managed because it still slamming every time someone goes in and Out likely waking everyone in the pods certainly Juan understands in this type of accommodation you have to put up with a bit of noise but this was a little bit out there at 6 am 7 am in the morning.
So overall, a little disappointed, but for the price point it served its purpose.

I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
