We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city. The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41. The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly. The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol. Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni consecutivi e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica. Le strutture dell'hotel erano nuove, il servizio cordiale e attento, le camere silenziose e confortevoli, e la biancheria da lavare era posizionata sul termosifone del bagno, così potevamo indossarla la mattina successiva. La cucina era completamente attrezzata. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di ordinare la colazione, ma poi abbiamo scoperto che c'era un Tesco nelle vicinanze, quindi l'abbiamo preparata noi. Anche la posizione era eccellente, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal Trinity College e dall'Halfpenny Bridge. Dublino non è molto grande, quindi abbiamo optato per una passeggiata in città, che è stata fantastica!

Questo hotel è in realtà un appartamento, che potrebbe avere qualcosa a che fare con la tipologia della camera. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla con tre letti e le dimensioni della camera erano abbastanza adatte. Tuttavia, molti servizi sono a pagamento. Si trova nel cuore di Dublino ed è molto vicino alla strada dei bar. Comodo, altamente raccomandato

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Premier Suites Ballsbridge ed è stata un'esperienza straordinaria. La posizione è ideale, situata nell'incantevole ed elegante zona di Ballsbridge, che offre un facile accesso al centro di Dublino e a varie attrazioni. La suite in sé era perfettamente pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata con servizi moderni che hanno reso il mio soggiorno estremamente confortevole. Il personale era eccezionalmente cordiale e attento, assicurandosi che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte tempestivamente. La cucina completamente attrezzata nella suite era una caratteristica fantastica, consentendo un comodo self-catering. Inoltre, l'area circostante è ricca di deliziosi caffè, ristoranti e negozi, che la rendono una base perfetta per esplorare Dublino. Nel complesso, il Premier Suites Ballsbridge ha superato le mie aspettative sotto ogni aspetto e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno lussuoso e conveniente a Dublino.

Il design della camera è piuttosto artistico, con una varietà di utensili da cucina. C'è un supermercato TESCO a cinque minuti a piedi, molto comodo per fare la spesa. Ho comprato un sacchetto di arance e mi sono fatta il succo d'arancia con la spremitura manuale in camera, che si è rivelata molto utile.

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.  We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.  The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

This is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. Anche se piccolo, è molto accessoriato: presenti macchinetta del caffè con cialde per i giorni di permanenza, bollitore, pentole e frigorifero, quindi comodo anche per chi vuole cucinare. L’unica vera pecca è la totale assenza di un armadio o di uno spazio adeguato per sistemare i vestiti. Per qualche motivo molti hotel pensano che vivere con la valigia aperta sul pavimento faccia parte dell’esperienza urbana. La posizione è ottima, centralissima vicino al castello, e permette di raggiungere facilmente anche Temple Bar a piedi la sera. Grazie alla posizione abbiamo visitato comodamente tutta Dublino. Unica nota negativa riguarda la prenotazione tramite  Trip.com: alcuni servizi indicati sul sito non erano realmente disponibili, come la colazione a buffet da 10 €, e inizialmente il numero di prenotazione non risultava nel sistema dell’hotel.

Il posto è in un'ottima posizione ma le chiavi della camera dovrebbero essere ritirate in un luogo diverso che è abbastanza lontano dall'hotel. Il personale dovrebbe essere multilingue ma quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto per ottenere le chiavi siamo stati sfortunati e abbiamo avuto qualcuno al telefono che ha avuto difficoltà con l'inglese (in Irlanda..). Il posto è nel complesso molto pulito ma i cuscini decorativi non sembrano essere lavati. Va bene per un breve soggiorno, non per lungo perché non c'è guardaroba. Nessun posto dove riporre qualcosa o almeno mettere i bagagli. Inoltre, la cucina ha posate e tazze ma niente per pulirle. Per questo prezzo mi aspettavo un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli.

Clean and convenient location. Staff are friendly. Shops and supermarkets are located closely to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Indeed, the hotel is located near the town centre and we can visit many attractions within two days. I would definitely book again
