Avevo avuto un bel po' di tempo con questa prenotazione. 1. Hanno avuto problemi con chiave digitale al check-in (dovevano aspettare circa 40 minuti davanti alla porta, prima che qualcuno venisse a aiutare con una carta manuale) il problema è stato risolto dopo il check-in in tempo. 2. Prima dell'arrivo ho chiesto per le mie decorazioni di compleanno non c'era nessuno (questo potrebbe non essere disponibile e questo è ok) , ho chiesto un livello più alto e non affrontare altri appartamenti per motivi personali, Mi hanno messo nel livello più basso (???) di fronte a appartamento , mi sento solo come se non si preoccupassero delle richieste e non hanno nemmeno cercato di ospitare i clienti. 3. Hanno detto che il parcheggio era disponibile, ma dovete pagare (non è menzionato), ma ogni volta che chiedevo che direbbero che era pieno. Dovrebbe essere un parcheggio riservato ai clienti, perché ho prenotato questo sito, soprattutto perché il parcheggio è stato elencato come “disponibile” La lavatrice ha smesso di lavorare mentre cercavo di lavare i letti, è rimasta bloccata durante l'intera viaggio, non c'era nessun tecnico disponibile.Grazie a Dio, il personale ha portato un set di nuovi letti In generale, non è stata una cattiva esperienza a Werfy in termini di spazio stesso, ma una sorta di frustrazione con tutto ciò che accade intorno!

Overall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well. A few areas need improvement: Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing. Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night.

The good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families. Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good.

The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

L'hotel stile appartamento è un buon ambiente, è meno parcheggio

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, e tutto è stato buono – pulito, accogliente e confortevole. La stanza non aveva una cucina completa (solo una microonde), ma c'è una cucina condivisa per gli ospiti sul pavimento, che ne fa parte. Non c'era nemmeno un bacino per lavare i piatti nella stanza, solo un lavastoviglie. Questo è un bene generale, ma la conduzione di una tazza unica non è davvero un'opzione, soprattutto perché c'era solo una quantità minima di detergenti. Un piccolo dettaglio: il cappello era un po' insolito, come un ”sandwich” con le foglie intorno a lui, invece di un adeguato coperchio di ruggine, punti minori, ma potrebbero essere migliorati per gli ospiti futuri.

E'un ottimo hotel, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, l'attrazione della vecchia città può andare a piedi. Il giorno successivo, a cinque ore e mezzo, quindi ho scelto una stanza senza colazione con cucina. La sua cucina è piena di utensili, con tutti i tipi di apparecchi elettrici, molto pulito, comodo e conveniente per vivere, e il prezzo è ragionevole se si ferma la notte, Per contattarti prima di rimanere, altrimenti non hai la password e il numero specifico della stanza non puoi entrare nel negozio di spazzatura. Questo è un hotel senza servizio di ricetta, la porta è chiusa. La prima volta che si soggiorna in questo stile non c'è esperienza, potete provarlo!

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Mia madre e io ci siamo divertiti. Ci ha voluto un po' trovare questo e ci ha voluto anche un po' prima di avere il codice per la chiusura. Devi davvero avere un numero canadese (che mia madre ha grato) per contattarli, quindi forse non per utenti come me E-sim. L'unità era molto bella e accogliente. Chiusura automatica con un passaporto così conveniente. Anche loro hanno un lavastoviglie. E una macchina da asciugare che era molto utile. Inoltre hanno fornito i lingotti. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento erano buoni e la pressione dell'acqua era buona anche. Molto vicino a molti ristoranti, anch'io. Mi piaceva davvero stare qui con mia madre 😊
