First of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

The hotel is in a brilliant location right by the sea, it has a perfect view that makes every stay special. You can even watch the famous Donggang Music Fountain without leaving your apartment! The service is outstanding! The hostess and all the staff are always ready to help and attend to any need. Their warm, thoughtful care makes you feel truly welcome. Everything about this place feels comfortable and personal. Whenever I visit, I feel right at home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again and again!

Uscire dalla stazione di Shenyang, camminare fino all'ingresso della linea 1 della metropolitana, attraversare la strada e camminare per cinque minuti per arrivare. È circondato da Taiyuan Street, Walmart, Suning, Parkson e Wanda, dove potrai trovare tutti i servizi di ristorazione, shopping e intrattenimento di cui hai bisogno. È anche molto vicino alla West Tower in taxi. Anche l'orario della colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e può essere aperto fino alle 11 nei weekend, il che è davvero fantastico per coloro che non vogliono alzarsi presto ma non vogliono perdersi la colazione. Il problema principale è la mancanza di un bagno separato per gli ospiti. Chi soggiorna nelle due camere per gli ospiti deve utilizzare il bagno principale per la doccia, il che non è molto comodo. Inoltre, le camere non hanno tende oscuranti, quindi sono piuttosto luminose di notte a causa delle luci al neon esterne, e l'alba precoce (intorno alle 4:00 del mattino) rende difficile dormire fino a tardi. Abbiamo anche notato un odore sgradevole proveniente dallo scarico del bagno, che è persistito per tutto il nostro soggiorno di un mese. 特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。

我是在中山廣場住了兩晚然後來到這裏的，同樣的價格這個民宿着實讓我和我的家人驚艷了一把。空間足夠、設施齊全，關鍵是提供一次性的浴巾、馬桶墊、刷牙杯，而且不是那種會掉渣渣的，還是挺厚實的；而且二樓還有一個小的小童玩具房，寶寶在裏面玩的很開心，成功解放了大人的雙手😂 然後位置也很好，樓下走幾步就是地鐵站和公交站，樓下還有很多吃的，離星海廣場也很近，我來的這晚剛好是啤酒節第一天，星海廣場很吵，但是因為這個酒店不是緊鄰星海廣場，所以沒有被吵到。 總之對這個民宿還是很滿意的，讓我這個不愛評論的人發表了長篇大論 😂
