Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

First of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole all'Hotel Yuehe Seaview Art, l'atmosfera è bella, la camera è pulita e confortevole, e la vista sul mare ha reso l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. E' stato un posto tranquillo per tornare dopo un lungo giorno, e siamo stati molto felici di scegliere. La cosa che ci ha fatto la differenza più grande è il servizio. Maggie era particolarmente meravigliosa così gentile, paziente, e veramente utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Ha sempre avuto un sorriso caldo e ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti dall'inizio. È raro incontrare qualcuno che si preoccupa tanto di ospiti con una buona esperienza, e la sua gentilezza è stata davvero esaltata. Era una delle ragioni per cui il nostro soggiorno si sentiva così piacevole e memorabile. La posizione è stata anche molto conveniente per andare in giro e visitare i luoghi vicini. In generale, questo è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e si consiglia di sicuramente Yuehe Seaview Art Hotel a chiunque visita Dalian. Sono andato a Shenyang da Harbin con il treno ad alta velocità e ho scelto appositamente questo hotel. La mia ragazza e io viaggiavamo insieme e sono stati la prima scelta perché potevano ospitare una stanza a persona con un letto grande! Uscire dalla stazione di Shenyang, camminare fino all'ingresso della linea 1 della metropolitana, attraversare la strada e camminare per cinque minuti per arrivare. È circondato da Taiyuan Street, Walmart, Suning, Parkson e Wanda, dove potrai trovare tutti i servizi di ristorazione, shopping e intrattenimento di cui hai bisogno. È anche molto vicino alla West Tower in taxi. Anche l'orario della colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e può essere aperto fino alle 11 nei weekend, il che è davvero fantastico per coloro che non vogliono alzarsi presto ma non vogliono perdersi la colazione. Lo staff è stato molto entusiasta e ha preso l'iniziativa di chiederci se avevamo bisogno di aiuto per portare i bagagli in camera. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso a Fraser Place Dalian. Prima della nostra arrivo, Flora Sun ci ha contattato con gentilezza in anticipo, e era anche incredibilmente calda, professionale e benvenuta durante l'ispezione. Grazie alla sua accoglienza, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite fantastica con una camera da letto spaziosa, tre camere da letto e tre bagni, rendendo il nostro viaggio con amici molto più confortevole e piacevole. Il servizio eccezionale del personale dell'hotel è stato il più impressionante. Abbiamo accidentalmente inserito l'indirizzo di consegna sbagliato quando abbiamo ordinato cibo, ma un membro del personale ha lasciato il modo di localizzare la consegna, di recuperarla e di portarla direttamente nella nostra stanza, e questo livello di attenzione ci ha colpito. La stanza era eccezionalmente spaziosa, senza spot e ben mantenuta, la posizione era conveniente e il soggiorno complessivo superava in ogni modo le nostre aspettative. Come gruppo di tre amici che viaggiavano insieme, siamo riusciti a creare meravigliose memorie e a godere di un soggiorno molto più rilassante di quanto ci avessimo immaginato. La gentilezza e il professionalismo di Flora Sun e di tutta l'equipaggio dell'hotel restano tra le nostre evidenze. Sceglieremmo sicuramente Fraser Place Dalian di nuovo per la nostra prossima visita a Dalian e lo consiglieremmo con fiducia a chiunque intenda rimanere in città. Grazie mille per l'ottima ospite'a.

特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。
