I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

The service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were consistently attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home.
The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation.
As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to.
In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

UUtente anonimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

CChristina and BoysMi è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel a Dalian. La mia stanza era al 31° piano e la vista sull'oceano era assolutamente bella. Svegliarsi alla vista ogni giorno era certamente uno degli evidenti punti di vista del mio soggiorno.
Il proprietario era anche molto amichevole e pensante, e lei mi ha fatto entrare ogni giorno per assicurarmi di avere tutto quello che avevo bisogno, che apprezzo davvero.
L'unica domanda che avevo era che le foto dell'hotel mostravano un lavastoviglie sotto il contatore, ma non c'era lavastoviglie nella stanza. Questo era deludente e un po' ingannivole. Spero che le foto possano essere aggiornate per riflettere meglio le strutture della stanza.
In generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno e ho goduto della bella vista e dell'ospitalità.

Vivace quartiere, e vista sul mare, molto nuovi, amici proprietari e personale. Sempre più attrezzature, tutto nuovo. Sentimento di un hotel in un nuovo edificio residenziale, porte e molti elevatori

UUtente ospiteOur recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience.
However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience.
The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work.
For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days .
Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.

NNiuguluxueSono andato a Shenyang da Harbin con il treno ad alta velocità e ho scelto appositamente questo hotel. La mia ragazza e io viaggiavamo insieme e sono stati la prima scelta perché potevano ospitare una stanza a persona con un letto grande! Uscire dalla stazione di Shenyang, camminare fino all'ingresso della linea 1 della metropolitana, attraversare la strada e camminare per cinque minuti per arrivare. È circondato da Taiyuan Street, Walmart, Suning, Parkson e Wanda, dove potrai trovare tutti i servizi di ristorazione, shopping e intrattenimento di cui hai bisogno. È anche molto vicino alla West Tower in taxi. Anche l'orario della colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e può essere aperto fino alle 11 nei weekend, il che è davvero fantastico per coloro che non vogliono alzarsi presto ma non vogliono perdersi la colazione. Lo staff è stato molto entusiasta e ha preso l'iniziativa di chiederci se avevamo bisogno di aiuto per portare i bagagli in camera. Hanno pulito la camera con cura ogni giorno durante il nostro soggiorno prolungato. Lo consiglio vivamente❤

UUtente ospitePosizione eccezionale, vicino al mare e a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana, raggiungibile senza dover uscire all’aperto.
Collegato al Galleria Department Store, dove c’è un grande supermercato e una grande varietà di ristoranti aperti fino a mezzanotte. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, piscina dell’hotel anche ottima con piccola sauna negli spogliatoi. Personale gentilissimo.

UUtente ospitePer la prima volta, questo tipo di hotel apartment è inaspettatamente buono!Larghi, puliti, bagni da bagno e scarpe da bagno uniti sono completi!Sala da soggiorno estremamente grande, tavola da pranzo estremamente adatta alla famiglia. Due camere al piano di sopra, due bagni, non interferiscono l'uno con l'altro. Cucina, frigorifero, lavatrice, lavatrice di legno...E'molto pratico.La posizione geografica è eccellente, supermercato sottostante, cucina, prodotto speciale, tutto dovrebbe essere completo!Percorrere la piazza Star Sea!
