Appartamenti vacanze a Roma

Sono così felice di aver trovato questo posto per caso. Posizione centrale ma anche in una zona tranquilla. A pochi passi dal Vaticano e da altri posti, quindi ho risparmiato un sacco di tempo. Un saluto a Chiara (scusa se ho scritto male il suo nome) della reception, allo staff che gestisce il buffet della colazione e, naturalmente, al team delle pulizie. Grazie mille per il vostro servizio eccellente. La colazione è sicuramente vincente con una varietà di scelte. Prenoterò di nuovo questo posto quando tornerò a Roma in futuro.

La posizione è buona, ma forse un po' lontana, la prossima volta mi fermerò 10 minuti a piedi più vicino al centro. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema, essere inviati per posta su lavori in corso di pavimento che ci colpirebbero alle 9 del giorno che controlliamo in ... così, ovviamente, troppo tardi per cancellare o fare accordi alternativi! Ci hanno trasferiti in una stanza di piano superiore, ma poi non siamo riusciti a controllare fino a quando 16.40pm...Then custode non ha dimenticato di girare la nostra acqua calda, quindi il giorno 2 non abbiamo avuto accesso all'acqua calda e hanno preso più di 2 ore per risolverla con una cattiva comunicazione e nessuno Scusate. In generale, è bello e pulito, ma il balcone interno è inutile e gli appartamenti non hanno anima. Rimarrei altrove per i soldi.

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Sebbene si trovi a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione più vicina e a 20 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano, la zona è tranquilla e ho potuto dormire bene la notte. Il personale della reception non è sempre presente, ma fornisce informazioni in anticipo tramite messaggi WhatsApp, il che è rassicurante. Ciononostante, consiglio ai turisti di contattare il personale della reception durante il loro soggiorno. La camera è dotata di un frigorifero di medie dimensioni, un angolo cottura e una lavastoviglie. C'è anche un tavolo. A quanto pare, le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni due giorni. Ci sono anche supermercati nelle vicinanze. Roma è costosa, quindi questo hotel è consigliato anche a chi preferisce una colazione leggera. L'ascensore funziona solo se le porte sono ben chiuse, quindi a volte è stato fuori servizio durante il mio soggiorno.

Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile, cortese e sempre felice di aiutare con domande come ad esempio dove mangiare, come raggiungere le principali attrazioni, ecc. Abbiamo scoperto che il bollitore in camera perdeva e quando siamo tornati da una passeggiata ne avevano già messo uno nuovo in camera. L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, a pochi passi da alcune delle attrazioni e vicino a tutti i locali dove mangiare e bere. Quando torneremo a Roma prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel.

In generale, è stato buono, ma ci sono alcuni momenti che hanno rovinato le impressioni, e soprattutto questi sono momenti di organizzazione ricreativa. Quindi, un giorno prima della consegna non ho ricevuto istruzioni per la consegna, e non sapevo come agire, dove prendere le chiavi, se qualcuno mi incontrerà, almeno il telefono dell'amministratore (Azione! Quando sono arrivato, sono andato all'edificio all'indirizzo, il telefono nel voucher. C'era solo una porta d'ingresso senza ricezione. Nessuno ha risposto al telefono nel voucher. Ma il segno davanti alla porta fu dato il numero di telefono, rispose la ragazza, ma disse che non lavorava più in questi appartamenti, ma ha dato il numero di telefono corrente a Mikael, un dipendente o un ospite. È stato bello che mi abbia risposto rapidamente e abbia inviato i dettagli più avanti. Ho lasciato il mio bagaglio e mi sono rimesso più tardi. L'opportunità di lasciare il mio bagaglio. Questo è stato il vantaggio principale degli appartamenti! Quando ero abitato, ho incontrato mamma Mikaele, che purtroppo non parla inglese, per questo probabilmente non poteva spiegare come usare l'ascensore, e che in caso di problemi con la porta d'ingresso, può essere aperta con codice. Quando siamo arrivati alle 23:30 e abbiamo avuto la chiave non apriva la porta, ho scritto / chiamato Mikael di nuovo, egli ha mandato il codice. E dopo tutto, poteva essere stato inviato prima, e poi non avremmo avuto alcun stress.
