PPolina SergeevnaGrazioso piccolo hotel vicino all'aeroporto. Offrono bus navetta che partono ogni 30 minuti. Il personale alla reception e il personale in generale sono gentili e cortesi e hanno cercato di accontentare e aiutare. L'unica cosa è che si sentiva l'acqua che scorreva rumorosamente nei tubi dal piano di sopra ed era un po' irritante. Tuttavia sono riuscito a dormire bene e mi sono goduto questo breve soggiorno.

RRyun KiatI recently stayed for a couple of nights, and overall, it was an average experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the room itself could have been a bit more updated. While it was clean, the furnishings seemed a little worn, and the bathroom, although functional, had some minor issues like a leaky faucet.
The bed was comfortable enough, but I did find it a bit harder than I prefer. The hotel amenities were standard—there was a gym and a small pool, though I didn't have time to use either. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and I didn't encounter any issues with the air conditioning or heating during my stay.
One thing that stood out was the location. It was pretty convenient for my needs, close to a few restaurants and shops, though not overly special. I was hoping for a bit more from the hotel's restaurant, as the menu was somewhat limited and the food was just okay.
In short, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t blow me away either. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep without expecting anything extraordinary, this hotel will do the job.

Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

FFlorence MoyoWell, from what I booked, it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment. However, I was given a 1bed (Room.303), and when I went down to enquire, the reception lady wasn't helpful and blamed it on the app. Then I had to ask for a wifi password, which I would have assumed you would be given at reception. I ordered something, and when I went down to get it, the same reception lady gave me a bit of attitude when asking her how to open the main door so I could collect. Now I'm not normally one to complain, but I guess she didn't realise she was dealing with a person who has worked over 15 years in reservations, and I am very much aware of how OTAs work. I am still very upset about the wrong room choice I was given and made to feel like I'm the one who made an error. Then there was NO iron and hairdryer in the room. Apparently, they don't have any available from what I gathered from the housekeeping lady.
Besides that, the housekeeping lady was exceptional, and the apartment was very clean upon check-in. Hopefullysomeone from the place will address these issues.

DDeborah-AnneI have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too!
The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business.
The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades.
The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money!
Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)

RRAUDALES BANEGASTuvimos un problema con la caja de seguridad y nos cambiaron de habitación inmediatamente. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier cosa. Nos recomendaron un tour turistico y estuvo muy bien. El restaurante está muy bien y a precio razonable. Tienen servicio de transporte y te pueden llevar a cualquier sitio también a un precio razonable.

SSianne1991Loved my stay at Radisson. Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is convenient and the treatments left me feeling relaxed and ready for my holiday. Buffet was delicious and restaurant never disappointed. Room was spacious and clean. View from the pool is beautiful and bar service on point. Would absolutely recommend Radisson Blu Sandton. Will return.

Mia madre anziana si recò in tutta la strada dalla Cina a Johannesburg e poi a Windhoek, e il personale dell'hotel andò davvero sopra e oltre per assicurarsi il suo comfort e la sua sicurezza. Il giorno dopo, essi organizzarono una raccolta senza saldatura e una ritiratura tempestiva, che la fece sentire incredibilmente sostenuta durante il viaggio. Lei si è sconvolta per il servizio eccellente, e io sono stato impressionato dalla pulizia e dal comfort delle camere. Il colazione era deliziosa, offrendo un grande inizio al giorno. In generale, abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza, e consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque cerca un posto caldo e accogliente per soggiornare!
