La prima notte non era così buona, perché mi diedero una stanza al terzo piano, che aveva un paio di anzi la mattina dopo, quindi mi chiedei di cambiare la stanza, e mi diedero una stanza al sesto piano, che era molto meglio. La custodia di casa era buona perché puliscono tutti i piatti, ma non forniscono asciugamani, forniscono solo pacchetti di gel da bagno e shampoo e sapone a basso costo che non ho usato. E l’acqua calda era solo calore tutto il tempo e non avevano un secondo cassetto dopo che ho cambiato le stanze, che è strano; inoltre, dovevo chiedere i cassetti cassetti perché sembra piuttosto grosso senza di loro. Se si occupassero di questi piccoli problemi, il soggiorno sarebbe quasi infettivo. Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Il posto era pulito, tranquillo e confortevole. Il personale era bello e benvenuto dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. L'iscrizione era veloce e facile, e hanno spiegato tutto chiaramente. La camera era pulita e profumata. Il letto era morbido e confortevole, quindi potevo riposare bene. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la connessione WiFi era buona. Mi piaceva anche che il bagno era molto pulito e completo con le cose di base che avevamo bisogno. Il pranzo era buono e ci sono state molte scelte durante il colazione. L'hotel aveva anche un'atmosfera rilassante che rendeva il soggiorno più piacevole. Il personale era sempre gentile e veloce per aiutare ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa. In generale, mi sono davvero divertito di stare qui. Tutto mi sentivo in modo sano e senza stress. Sarei sicuramente tornato a raccomandare a qualcun altro che cercasse un posto bello e confortevole per stare.

The hotel is famous for its perfect location in the middle of all actions and a nice bar with view on the swimming pool. My only criticism is that for my room there was hot water coming only after 5 long minutes of letting the shower on.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Mi hanno dato una camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Tuttavia, non c'era un frigorifero né un cestino per la spazzatura (probabilmente lasciato lì dopo la pulizia). A parte questo, penso che sia un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se dovete accompagnare qualcuno a casa da un go-go bar in Red Street, è comodo usare il triciclo. Le ragazze del go-go possono evitare la reception.

Deluxe Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Tv wird auf Smart tv umgestellt, aktuell noch nicht verfügbar. Pool schön aber Wasser nicht sauber. Restaurant noch nicht verfügbar, es wird aber Frühstück angeboten , wahrscheinlich nur pfilipino food, habe es nicht gebuchrt, daher nur Vermutung. Lage sehr abgelegen vom Zentrum.

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.

Un edificio che è arrivato negli anni. Camere con mobili antichi e aree sanitarie bisognose di rinnovamento. La televisione ha funzionato solo dopo il cambio di camera. Cassa disponibile, ma le batterie sono vuote. La colazione è disponibile solo uova con S***** o hot dog, a cui 2 tazze di tosta e un bicchiere di caffè. Personale amichevole e utile. Quasi dimenticare l'ascensore disponibile, ma defecto.
