Il buono per rimanere in hotel. Buone camere confortevoli letto e bagno. L'attrezzatura della camera come la TV, la caldaia non sono grandi, ma non mi importa molto per il soggiorno di notte. La colazione era buona.

Super ospite, grande livello di dettagli toccato ... come il cioccolato caldo per rilassarsi la sera.. aveva un buon sonno. Le banane sono abituali, ma le mandorle insalate erano straordinarie.
Usato il centro fitness... ben attrezzato.

Sono arrivato a mezzanotte, quindi ho chiesto un'ora di ritardo.Il personale è molto amichevole e buona atmosfera.Ma il difetto è che la posizione non è abbastanza buona e difficile da capire.

La posizione era grande, con un sacco di buoni shopping e cibo vicino e camminabile. La posizione era relativamente tranquilla, anche fuori dalle strade principali. Il personale era utile e gentile, anche se ci potrebbe essere ancora un piccolo problema con l'inglese.
Il colazione è molto consigliato per un gusto di cibo indiano; si può chiedere una dose fresca ma la varietà e la variazione ogni giorno è stata eccellente (Abbiamo avuto diversi piatti durante le 4 mattine, anche se ci sono stati pillole).
Resterà qui la prossima volta che siamo a Bengaluru.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel!
I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish.
The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect.
Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious.
There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient.
Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended.
A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏.
Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄

UUtente ospiteThe place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.
