Hotel a 4 stelle in Karnataka, India

Ho avuto una grande esperienza: l'atmosfera è elegante, la proprietà è ben mantenuta, e il servizio è in un altro livello.

Sono rimasto lì per 2 notti quando ho visitato Bangalore. Horel si trova vicino al centro geografico della città e, sebbene sia conveniente dal lato del trasporto ferroviario delle cose, non c'è quasi nulla da vedere nelle vicinanze, tranne forse gurudwara lungo la strada. Tuttavia, gli uffici delle diverse società IT sono in 10-minutes di cammino, quindi questo alloggio può essere utile per il viaggio d'affari. Il personale dell'hotel era molto bello e utile, e la pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere è impeccabile. In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno in proprietà e lo consiglio a tutti i visitatori della città.

A me piace questo hotel. Convenientemente situato, camere confortevoli e personale amichevole.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it.

Excellent service and a beautiful room made my stay very pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?

Great hotel. Good service. Good food. The window for my room faced another building just a metre or two away. The only downside. Location is convenient for the airport but not for walking anywhere. You’ll need taxis. They offer a morning and evening basic yoga class for free. Nice 👍 Recommended.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day. This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
