Very good service, lovely location and environment. Very nice onsens, and the restaurants were all very nice.

My stay at this hotel was delightful. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private hot spring in the room was a fantastic feature. It provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere that was perfect after exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive.

Great location with lots of close-by dining options and very convenient to the station. Professional, efficient and courteous staff. Easy check-in process. Very minimal noise from the street below and noticed no noise from hallways or adjacent rooms. The curtains could block a bit more light, as sunrise is very early in Japan. Would recommend an eye mask if you're someone who is easily woken up by light in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel just worked. The room was clean, spacious and properly laid out. And the amenities were fantastic. From the natural hot spring to the massage chairs to the free refreshments and free evening (small) ramen. There is a shopping mall across the road (AMU Plaza) and also a tram stop a stone throw away. The breakfast was good but nothing to write about. And if that’s not close enough, there is a 7-Eleven next door (and connected to the hotel).

No vegetarian foods in the Breakfast,all the items was non vegetarian.please make sure add some things for vegetarian options.otherwise it was good.

Better than Santorini. You can overlook Kujukushima and Saikai National Park. The pool view is dreamy. The best hot spring. Shuttle service from Sasebo Station every hour until late at night. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel room has a small veranda.

Данный рекан оставил противоречивые впечатления. С автобусной остановки до рекана мы решили пройти пешком и это было ошибкой. По пути были полуразрушенные и заброшенные реканы, в одном из них ещё был венок с похорон. От уведенного было очень страшно. В самом рекане нас встретили хорошо. Забрали чемодан и отвезли в номер. Угостили холодной матчей и канеле. От номера я была в шоке и очень расстроена. Ощущение, что его не ремонтировали с самого открытия рекана. Стены были очень грязные, на лампе была паутина, зеркала в ванной были все грязные. Порадовал только красивый вид из окна. Онсен не удалось опробовать, так как вход людям с тату запрещён. В 7 вечера нам постелили на татами. Подушка была с косточками и не очень комфортная. Утром мы сходили на завтрак в ресторан. Подавали классические японские блюда. Все было очень вкусно и красиво. После выселения был трансфер до автобусной остановки.
