Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Kagoshima, Giappone

Wonderful stay. Super delicious and wide spread of food for breakfast. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes that you do not need to venture out to eat. The souvenir shop is located beside Osen, do not miss it. Do step out of the area outside breakfast restaurant to see the full view of sakurajima, with sunrise view, though you may want to walk to the nearby lookout at the park. But I think the view from hotel is good. The bakery sells delicious bread, soft and fresh. Shuttle bus is available at both lobby, one near main entrance and one near the Italian restaurant at level one. There is a post box at the level one entrance too, you can send postcards there!

Erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione in diversi punti, pertanto tra le altre cose non era possibile utilizzare l'area della sauna.  Hai ricevuto solo una bottiglia d'acqua, solo il primo giorno su tre. Ho chiesto alle cameriere una bottiglia d'acqua, anche perché non dovevano pulire la mia stanza, ma mi hanno detto che era inclusa solo una bottiglia il primo giorno. Per questo motivo, ho scelto di consumare i miei 3 pranzi in ristoranti diversi da quelli del resort e ho anche noleggiato una moto altrove. Ciò ha comportato una perdita di almeno 15.000 Y per il resort, poiché un pranzo costa almeno 3.000 Y moltiplicato per 3 e una motocicletta almeno 6.000 Y. Immaginate quanto profitto avrebbe potuto fruttare una bottiglia d'acqua al giorno.

When getting in the room, there is a musty smell that might be from the carpet but after turn on the purifier and run for hours the smell is gone. The hotel bed is comfortable, although the room is small but the toilet size is big enough. The location is also convenient as it is in front of the train and bus station, the airport bus just drop off besides the hotel. When depart back to the airport, you just need to go down to level 1 for the bus ticket and bus. There is also a lawson downstairs, and there are a few restaurant on the lg floor which is not part of the hotel. The hotel even have adapter when to borrow as I forget mine. I forgot to put up the “do not disturb” sign on the door, house keeping come in to clean and tidy the bed, change the towel but very thoughtful as they did not move any of my stuff that are on the table as I might feel very uncomfortable if stuff is moved. The tv is working quite well, youtube all are working fine. Amenities are sufficient too, the toothbrush is so nice and I like the scrubbing towel they offer. There is also free umbrella provided that must return after use. The hotel even have a nice view on the reception floor which you can see the volcano from there.

Very nice resort in the Kirishima mountains. Nice big rooms with a nice balcony. Free shoju is provided in the lobby nightly. Lots of toys and activities for families and kids. Great public onsen area with numerous indoor and outdoor pools. Great selection for dinner and breakfast buffets.

Our room was clean and well designed. The hotel is well located. We had to stay an extra night at short notice when our ferry to Yakushima was cancelled due to a storm. All of the staff, and in particular a lady named Shioura, was incredibly graceful, helpful, and patient informing us of the ferry issue and helping us to rearrange our tickets (all via Google translate).

Anche se i miei figli amano o non amano le richieste precedenti, sono molto utili. Inoltre, il livello di persone responsabili del servizio è molto alto, posso passare un po'di conforto.(Grazie e ❤️) Ma a causa della dimensione e della posizione dell'hotel, non posso fare niente, ma mi delude che il senso di apertura della piscina all'aperto può vedere il cielo.

Definitely room with a view - Sakurajima Volcano Room big enough for 4 people, good amenities. Breakfast good with variety. Staff was proactive and welcoming at reception and at restaurant. Parking chargeable at JPY1000 per day, able to enter and exit throughout the day. Near to Sakurajima Ferry Terminal, 15mins ferry ride to Sakurajima Island. Car less than 5m JPY2300, adult JPY250, child JPY150. Half a day sufficient to explore island, best to go in the morning!

L'hotel è generalmente carino! Anche la posizione è buona, a circa sei o sette minuti a piedi dal planetario, il che è molto comodo! Tuttavia, la colazione è troppo semplice e limitata; chi ha un grande appetito potrebbe non sentirsi sazio e dovrà mangiare altro fuori. Considererei sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo in questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Kagoshima!

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Kagoshima-Chuo e al molo dei traghetti per le isole; il tram passa proprio di fronte. Hotel molto elegante con servizio a 5 stelle, personale attento. La camera è compatta (non adatta a bagagli di grandi dimensioni) ma molto ben arredata, con tutti i comfort essenziali. Colazione di ottima qualità a un costo aggiuntivo, ma un po' cara (2200 yen). Biancheria da letto di buone dimensioni e confortevole. Camera perfettamente insonorizzata e climatizzata. Nessuna finestra in camera, tranne in bagno (che non si apre). Bustine di tè disponibili alla reception.

Questo hotel è anche un posto dove potete cucinare i vostri pasti, e gli utensili da cucina sono adeguati. La camera è spaziosa, quindi potete sistemare i bagagli. La lavatrice dell'hotel ha anche un'asciugatrice, il che è molto comodo. Si trova a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR. Di fronte alla stazione c'è un supermercato Aeon, che offre grandi sconti alle 20:00 (ma è anche affollato). Potete preparare lì la cena e la colazione (non è necessario prenotare la colazione in hotel).
