Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Puntarenas, Costa Rica

The front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

Il servizio ci ha colpito molto, ma le camere erano molto pulite, il colazione era delizioso e il personale era molto gentile e utile. Ogni giorno il personale ci ha consegnato un po'di dolcetto gratis nella nostra stanza, e ci ha sorpresi con un regalo di luna di miele di champagne e un tavolo di cartuccia con pane fresco e carta fatta a mano. Raccomandiamo fortemente NYA per chiunque rimanga a Montezuma!

The hotel is perfectly located directly at the beach. We enjoyed very much the air conditioning in the room, as outside was very, very hot and humid. The receptionists were very helpful - the young man let us use his personal charger and the woman let us check in a bit earlier than the regular time. Breakfast staff was very friendly, too. The rooms were quite big and very clean, but the bed was not comfortable. I would recommend the hotel further. Thank you!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

Questo è un posto meraviglioso per visitare!!! L'alloggio è spazioso, aperto, bellissimo, scendendo alla terra, tranquillo. Passeggiare verso l'acqua per una piscina ogni giorno è stato un buon esercito e delizioso. Il tour di osservazione degli uccelli con Allan è stato così informante ... il suo entusiasmo è contagioso. Raccomando questa riserva Natura per una vacanza facile riposata. Tornerò di nuovo. Il personale è onesto, sincero e curato.

From personalized food preparation to agreeing the time for cleaning according to our schedule and desire... We highly recommend Alma de Hojochal...

Hotel fantastico che si trova perfettamente a Santa Teresa. E 'molto pulito, la camera era enorme e la piscina è davvero rilassante. Il colazione giornaliera è delizioso e il personale è molto utile. Inoltre c'è una bella biblioteca per raccogliere libri da. Sono certamente tornato a trovare un grande valore per i soldi.

Fantastico vista, fantastica stanza. fantastica cibo. fantastica piscina. L'unico svantaggio è la distanza dalla spiaggia. I stranieri sono prelevati $6 per accedere al più vicino che prende 25 minuti a piedi. Il prossimo più vicino è 8 km. La linea di fondo è: mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

This is a fairly standard all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful and property was nice. Food was good as well. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Rooms need renovation at this point. I would still recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive.
