I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole per 4 adulti con due letti regina e era pulita e ben mantenuta. La posizione è eccellente, rendendo facile accedere agli shopping e alle attrazioni chiave. Abbiamo anche goduto di Bar10, che serve buon cibo. In generale, una soggiorno molto piacevole.

Il hotel è un hotel che mi piace molto. Il personale era attento e rispettoso, la camera era spaziosa, il bagno era spazioso per un hotel urbano, tutto era pulito e la posizione era grande per molti siti, conducenti e metro/metro. Sono originariamente da Boston e l'Hotel Indigo sarà il primo di me per le visite di ritorno. I miei servizi di pulizia sono sempre stati i comandi di controllo remoto, i comandi telefonici e le luci con i puliziari sanitari/biancheria prima di usarli. Non ho notato alcuna sporcazza quando pulisco questi oggetti...credito alla squadra di pulizia dura dell’hotel! Grazie alla squadra di front desk per un facile check-in precoce e un check-out rapido!

Lo spazio della stanza è relativamente piccolo, la disposizione è ragionevole e la posizione è eccellente. Puoi andare al grande centro commerciale di Boston dal secondo piano. L'hotel fornisce 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale gratuitamente ogni giorno. L'unico rammarico è che l'hotel non offre la colazione gratuita.

Aveva una bella esperienza, ci siamo andati a fare un piccolo weekend prima che arrivasse il nostro primo bambino, prima ci hanno dato un complimento per la nostra stanza, il mio miele e il nostro amico hanno goduto delle bevande al bar e hanno servito le loro bevande in tempo. Il pranzo la mattina dopo, il cibo era delizioso e portato direttamente nella nostra stanza per noi. Check-in e check-out è stato così facile con i più gentili assistenti del desk front. La vista dalla nostra stanza era incredibile! 10 su 10 rimarranno qui quando ci troveremo di nuovo a Boston.

Excellent service! We arrived at 3:30 AM due to the snow storm, the staff at front desk was very kind and helpful in arranging the room for us as well as helping with the refund process.

In generale, è una scelta fantastica se ti piace una vibrazione elegante, rilassata senza spendere troppo.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

Non è disponibile la colazione a buffet. Le camere sono minuscole e progettate come una cabina di una nave da crociera, con tanto di letti a castello! Non ci sono armadi, cassetti o ripiani in camera e solo 6 grucce (per appendere i vestiti dove?). Ho dovuto usare l'asse da stiro per i prodotti da bagno. Il bagno è separato dalla camera da letto solo da una tenda. (Chissà come si sentono le coppie l'una con l'altra dopo aver soggiornato lì?) L'unica finestra è a tutta altezza in bagno, così puoi fare un cenno ai clienti vicini mentre esci dalla doccia. Il portasciugamani riscaldato non è a portata di mano dalla doccia e presenta asciugamani duri e sfilacciati. La camera era dotata di una grande TV circondata da luci a LED. Nessun interruttore visibile spegneva i suddetti LED, ma a quanto pare l'emblema rotondo color arcobaleno in uno degli scomparti integrati li spegneva. Un aspetto positivo è che l'hotel si trova a 800 metri dal Boston Convention Center. Inoltre, i viaggiatori possono prendere l'autobus Silver Line dall'aeroporto Logan alla South Station (o a una fermata dalla stazione per raggiungere l'hotel) gratuitamente! Il viaggio di sola andata per l'aeroporto Logan costa 2,40 dollari. È presente un bar sul tetto con una splendida vista sulla città.
