I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family. The room was exceptionally clean, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly fluffy and comfortable, which made resting a pleasure. The room was spacious. I love the hotel had starbucks inside. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return in the future.

Il hotel è un hotel che mi piace molto. Il personale era attento e rispettoso, la camera era spaziosa, il bagno era spazioso per un hotel urbano, tutto era pulito e la posizione era grande per molti siti, conducenti e metro/metro. Sono originariamente da Boston e l'Hotel Indigo sarà il primo di me per le visite di ritorno. I miei servizi di pulizia sono sempre stati i comandi di controllo remoto, i comandi telefonici e le luci con i puliziari sanitari/biancheria prima di usarli. Non ho notato alcuna sporcazza quando pulisco questi oggetti...credito alla squadra di pulizia dura dell’hotel! Grazie alla squadra di front desk per un facile check-in precoce e un check-out rapido!

Lo spazio della stanza è relativamente piccolo, la disposizione è ragionevole e la posizione è eccellente. Puoi andare al grande centro commerciale di Boston dal secondo piano. L'hotel fornisce 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale gratuitamente ogni giorno. L'unico rammarico è che l'hotel non offre la colazione gratuita.

Aveva una bella esperienza, ci siamo andati a fare un piccolo weekend prima che arrivasse il nostro primo bambino, prima ci hanno dato un complimento per la nostra stanza, il mio miele e il nostro amico hanno goduto delle bevande al bar e hanno servito le loro bevande in tempo. Il pranzo la mattina dopo, il cibo era delizioso e portato direttamente nella nostra stanza per noi. Check-in e check-out è stato così facile con i più gentili assistenti del desk front. La vista dalla nostra stanza era incredibile! 10 su 10 rimarranno qui quando ci troveremo di nuovo a Boston.

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

Le camere sono ancora sul lato più piccolo, ma sono super comode, soprattutto il letto grande che prende la maggior parte dello spazio. Tutto è controllato con un iPadluminisce, ciechi, TVche è davvero molto freddo una volta che si è abituato a esso. Le aree di lobby sono un'accentuazione, con un sacco di spazio per appendere, lavorare o prendere un drink. Senta più sociale del tuo hotel tipico. In generale, è una scelta fantastica se ti piace una vibrazione elegante, rilassata senza spendere troppo.

La reception ci vede troppo stanchi. Ci facciamo stare in anticipo. La reception ha caffè al mattino e frutta e acqua di ghiaccio possono essere bevute gratuitamente. È facile andare in metropolitana, andare a Cambridge a MIT, andare al centro della città e andare al parco di Boston per la libertà. A piedi vicino all'hotel c'è un sacco di estate per mangiare il salmone di Boston, che non è costoso.Ci sono altri otto minuti per andare a fare shopping.

L'hotel addebita un deposito cauzionale di 300 dollari e una mancia automatica del 18% su qualsiasi cibo/bevanda acquistata. Una ciotola di fiocchi d'avena e caffè costava 23 dollari. Non è disponibile la colazione a buffet. Le camere sono minuscole e progettate come una cabina di una nave da crociera, con tanto di letti a castello! Non ci sono armadi, cassetti o ripiani in camera e solo 6 grucce (per appendere i vestiti dove?). Ho dovuto usare l'asse da stiro per i prodotti da bagno. Il bagno è separato dalla camera da letto solo da una tenda. (Chissà come si sentono le coppie l'una con l'altra dopo aver soggiornato lì?) L'unica finestra è a tutta altezza in bagno, così puoi fare un cenno ai clienti vicini mentre esci dalla doccia. Il portasciugamani riscaldato non è a portata di mano dalla doccia e presenta asciugamani duri e sfilacciati. La camera era dotata di una grande TV circondata da luci a LED. Nessun interruttore visibile spegneva i suddetti LED, ma a quanto pare l'emblema rotondo color arcobaleno in uno degli scomparti integrati li spegneva. Un aspetto positivo è che l'hotel si trova a 800 metri dal Boston Convention Center. Inoltre, i viaggiatori possono prendere l'autobus Silver Line dall'aeroporto Logan alla South Station (o a una fermata dalla stazione per raggiungere l'hotel) gratuitamente! Il viaggio di sola andata per l'aeroporto Logan costa 2,40 dollari. È presente un bar sul tetto con una splendida vista sulla città.
