Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

L'hotel offre un servizio cordiale, camere spaziose, sorgenti termali, minimarket e ristoranti. È molto comodo soggiornare qui durante il transito.

Sono rimasto qui senza pasti per andare a TDR. La clientela è composta principalmente da famiglie con bambini piccoli. Il bus navetta gratuito era molto comodo. Se si sale di fronte all'hotel, è facile trovarlo perché l'autobus parte proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Può essere un po' complicato trovare la fermata dell'autobus quando si va in hotel da terra o da mare. Sul sito ufficiale dell'hotel è disponibile un video con le istruzioni, quindi se è la prima volta che utilizzate il bus dell'hotel, vi consiglio di guardarlo. La stanza era pulita. Tuttavia, il tappo di scarico del lavandino non si chiudeva bene, così, quando ho guardato più attentamente, ho notato che il tappo di una lente a contatto usa e getta, che doveva essere stato gettato nel water dall'ospite precedente, era ancora incastrato lì dentro, il che era un po' strano. Nella stanza non era presente acqua in bottiglia, ma nella hall era disponibile un angolo con drink di benvenuto dalle 14:00 alle 24:00.

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel all'ultimo minuto attraverso Trip.com. E 'stato annunciato come ultima stanza disponibile e una stanza di fumatori, quindi le nostre aspettative erano tentative. Ci sono stati molto piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità e la pulizia della struttura. Si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Hakimmakuhari. Ci sono molti piatti nelle vicinanze. Il bus Hareda e Narita AirPort Express si ferma anche in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita senza odore di fumatori e tutti i comfort disponibili per i viaggiatori. Colazione e pranzo sono disponibili al caffe' dell'hotel. Il cibo e il servizio sono molto buoni. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e attento alle nostre esigenze e niente era troppo per loro. Ueda-san merita una menzione speciale. L'hotel è situato all'interno del parco residenziale Makuhari e i parchi sono piacevoli da camminare. La spiaggia di Makuhari è a 10-15 passeggiata dall'hotel, come il parco di baseball Zozo Marine. Molto raccomandato.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Il colazione era delizioso e valeva il prezzo di 2200 yen per gli ospiti, con cammino-in costo 2700 yen. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, rendendo per un soggiorno comodo. Inoltre, la sua posizione conveniente vicino al Nippon Car Rental ci ha reso facile esplorare la zona. Molto raccomandato! 🌟

Very large room with 4 beds, it was tidy and clean, great parking facility and conveniently located near Disneyland and Disney sea, especially with their free shuttle services. There are local malls restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive, staff was wonderful too.

Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel. Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

the staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!

Ottimo ubicazione. Bus all'hotel, Disney e tram sono disponibili e vengono spesso intorno. La struttura dispone di molti ristoranti, un negozio Disney e un negozio conveniente, ma suggerisco di avere un'ampia gamma di servizi o di cena intorno alla stazione Maihama se si dispone di un bilancio. Le letti sapienti sono buone, ma le mutandine sono come le spugne piatte.Rimanere qui è buono se cerchi un prezzo vicino ai parchi.

The hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

Nice and friendly hotel , staff also . When I realised that my room was being taken by others which checked by hotel staff . They immediately change and arranged another room for me without hesitation. Good service and polite .

The bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom. The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel. It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake. Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

Good value, no frills hotel room with everything you need. The spa is perfect to relax after a long day out. Comes with hot water kettle. Left means it’s boiling, and right side means to keep warm.

La stanza è fantastica. Ho bisogno di tre letti questa volta. Ho scelto e sono stati scelti tre letti sono grandi; le strutture interne sono buone; ci sono bagni indipendenti, bagni e bagni, ci sono piccole scatole e bagni, posso fare il bagno, e tornare a fare un bagno molto stanco. L'hotel ha anche un grande casinò caldo, 2200 yen una volta, ma penso che la stanza sia molto buona.Questa stanza può vedere la montagna Fuji 🗻, il tempo è luminoso e il paesaggio è molto bello; Il colazione del giorno dopo è disponibile al negozio di convenienza. Il ghiaccio di Hagendas del negozio di convenienza è molto buono. Gli acquisti di cibo ogni giorno questi giorni:)

Nice hotel near Disney, they have free shuttle to the park, service was great! I wished I had paid attention about the spa earlier! Really nice and cheap, the convenience store in the second floor comes handy

amazing hotel for its convenience, cleanliness especially travelling with a toddler. Location: maximum 10mins walking to Disneyland entrance Room: large space, no issues with 2 large + 2 small luggages to be open at the same time. Toilet is also very spacious, perfect to bathe children. Clean. Convenience: right opposite ikspiara with food court, restaurants, bakeries (to get breakfast during the queuing to the theme park). Hotel is attached to the JR station.

I booked the single standard room and it looked exactly like what I booked, mini fridge with free water and a ice bucket, I'm not sure if the ice were free but you can get them easily near the lift lobby, love the bathtub and the bidet. They provided shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner, I don't see many hotels provide hair conditioner so I was glad to see that. They had the humidifier in the room which was good because it was really dry in the room. Haneda airport limousine bus stop was just beside and behind the hotel so you don't have to worry if you are travelling to and from Haneda airport. The cost of the bus was 1400yen. I would certainly visit the hotel again next time when I visit Chiba again!

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

日本遊最後一天的酒店，就為了走之前再看看海。酒店有洗衣機，製冰機，兩點以後的免費飲料，還有非常好吃的冷飲售賣機，加分。另外日本行博物館去多了空調吹的渾身冰涼，泡個酒店三樓的温泉感覺整個人都舒服了，繼續加分。照片是正午陽光照在床頭的枕頭和被子上，突然有點感動，拍照留念。 缺點還是要提下，房間略有味道，給味覺敏感者參考。

La porta dell'hotel è un elevatore di 100 metri per il porto di Qianyu (Qianyu みなと, può essere guidato da JR e Qianyu Air Train).Ci vorranno mezz'ora per andare alla stazione di danza di Disney a Tokyo, e ci vorranno dieci minuti per comprare e comprare un treno all'uscita della stazione di pirata e JR Qianyu. ⚠ E le attrezzature della camera sono vecchie, c'è vento tranquillo, ma la camera e'molto fresca per i bambini. Tutti gli indirizzi non devono preoccuparsi di andare a letto ️❌ È apparso un guaio con la guardia di frontiera, e la guardia di frontiera si è lamentata che non c'è alcuna compensazione
