在汕尾住的最滿意的酒店了，從前台專業熱情的接待服務，詳細的給我介紹酒店的營業地點跟免費設施，預訂的是園景房有60平方，跟圖片一模一樣非常滿意，乾淨衞生配備齊全，入住的途中還可以帶我家小朋友去小童區玩抓娃娃機打電動，下午到酒店負一樓蘇州園林真的很美，拍了很多組照片，在走進康體中心遊泳健身簡直不要太爽了，很滿意的一次入住體驗，從服務到衞生到設施全五星標配，點贊！推薦入住！

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

The Resort has its own beach which is really good. The decoration at the beach is like from a disney movie, couples will love it! It is easy to go to the city by scooter which you can rent for less money.

酒店地理位置優越，可以俯瞰整個金沙灣。樓下就有燒蠔幫，離湛江各大知名餐廳也就10分鐘左右的步行距離。看網頁圖片是世紀初的裝修風格還以為房間設施會比較舊，現場看還是很新很現代的。就是感覺酒店定位有點怪，開在海灘旁邊，但是裝修和設施還有服務又走的商務路線，去沙灘踩的滿腳沙就這樣一路走回房間，門口連個沖沙池都沒有。服務整體還不錯，門僮、泊車阿叔和樓層的服務人員都蠻熱情的，還會送挖沙工具。行政酒廊風景絕美，但是沒啥吃的就雪碧可樂和咖啡，還有幾片餅乾，早餐種類也比一樓大眾早餐區少。酒店早餐中規中矩，不過牛腩湯麪和現煮生料粥還不錯。自助餐一般，三樓中餐廳也還行，沒有亮點但是也不難吃。

Hotel was previously known as Meritus, location is near 2 shopping complexes just a short 10 min walk away, only sad thing is furniture look a little tired after years without major renovation, breakfast is ok with lot of choices catering to both locals & foreigners.

L'hotel è bellissimo e ancora nuovo. Ero qui due settimane fa e l'ho amato. Il servizio è buono. Sarebbe molto meglio se ci fosse una cena, come un buffet. Sarà presto di ritorno.

The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

Great hotel! I love the facilities and the location. Amazing view of the review. However I will not return. The room is impossible to sleep in - the bed is too hard and the room is dry and extremely hot with Jo way of adjusting the temperature.
