Hotel a 4 stelle in Derry and Strabane, Regno Unito

I had a lovely stay at the Ebrington Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan breakfast option, which I really enjoyed, and the vegan curry in the Cornerstone Bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a great location on the waterside, just a short walk across the Peace Bridge to the city side. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable.

When checking in the lady was cold and unpleasant Informed me that there was £14 a night charge for parking which I thought was ridiculous.  There is works going on in the main floor of the hotel which  was aware before booking but I was on the fifth floor and was still awaken to drilling at 8.30. The room was tired looking and there was no plug sockets by the bed. Wouldn’t recommend here the only good thing about the hotel is it’s location

We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Ho trovato che non potevo controllare sul desk per ottenere la mia ricevuta per la mia stanza.Hanno detto di farla online, ma il mio hotel a Derry non era elencato, quindi non potevo controllare.. Questo era deludente.. Quindi non ho ricevuto alcuna fattura/ricevuta..

The accommodation was excellent, services 100% but there was noise throughout the night night. I don't know what was going on but I hope it won't continue. Thanks to the staff, I really appreciate their services.

I pasti per colazione erano molto britannici, ma non si poteva scegliere molte varietà, ma il loro buon servizio aveva coperto tutti i minori commenti negativi.

The lady at reception is a gem, so helpful & warm. She deserves a promotion.

Il servizio dell'hotel è ottimo. Quando si prende la stanza, si è scoperto che il ventilatore non può essere utilizzato. Il personale è molto disposto a aiutarci a risolvere il problema e molto velocemente.Poiché la stanza non dispone di aria condizionata o di attrezzature per il flusso dell'aria, ci sono ventilatori che possono risolvere il problema. L'apparecchiatura all'hotel è molto pulita. Penso che la maggior parte sia soddisfatta, ma l'unico problema di flusso d'acqua di fiori è il problema del flusso d'acqua di fiori. Poiché ho trovato un po'debole quando ho preso la camera dopo l'esame, ho pensato che potessi essere usato. Alla sera, il flusso d'acqua era solo il flusso d'acqua. Spero che

La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale, proprio nel muro della città, e anche il piccolo biscotto e cioccolato sono benvenuti. Il bambino dice che è delizioso. La stanza è piccola e il servizio di colazione inglese è molto buono.
