UUtente anonimoThe hotel is good, room is clean, staff is helpful. But their parking lot is no.1 worst parking lot in the world. It’s extremely small and narrow. I don’t know what was going through their mind when they built it. If you have such a big car, don’t ever think to bring it inside. Try to park outside or somewhere else. But overall no complaints regarding the service.

Ssaejade333La camera è pulita e ben mantenuta. Il bagno è pulito e nessuna forma. La camera è pulita quotidianamente. La TV mostra 3 canali cinematografici più altri canali locali e internazionali. L'AC può essere controllato tramite il termostat e il freddo. L'illuminazione ha alcuni commutatori per controllare l'umorismo.
Il buffet è culinario occidentale, cinese, giapponese e locale Semarang.
In generale siamo felici dell'alloggio e ritorneremo la prossima volta.

KKanaya AndersonWe had a good two-night stay at Novotel Semarang. The service was great—staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a good variety and everything tasted great.
The only downside is that the hotel feels a little bit old in some areas, but overall it was still a comfortable and pleasant experience.

UUtente ospiteMy stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

AAliffi IsmailUnable to review as I was told upon check in at Dafam Wondosobo that I did not make any booking at this hotel. Upon close scrutiny of my booking confirmation, it was discovered that I had inadvertently booked the Dafam Semarang instead of Dafam Wondosobo. What a disappointment when I was told the Dafam Wondosobo was fully booked for the night when I tried to change my booking.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests.
Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation.
Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult.
The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient.
The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java.
I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues.
I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.

TTrip_EdoCheck in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
