And very disappointed, when I took my breakfast, they are still using many broken bowl 🫣🫣🫣 Out of standard… I think the hotel should improve this problem…
I am not sure to return for the second stay…

DDre88Recentemente sono andato a Semarang per un viaggio d'affari e sono rimasto a Quest Prime Semarang. L'hotel è ben situato, offre facile accesso alle aree chiave della città, che mi ha reso il commutato per incontri molto conveniente. La camera era pulita e ben mantenuta, offrendo un ambiente confortevole per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Il letto era particolarmente confortevole, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Inoltre, il servizio del personale era eccellente, erano attenti e sempre pronti ad assistere con un atteggiamento amichevole, ma ho trovato che le opzioni per la colazione erano un po’ limitate, il che era un piccolo svantaggio in un altro piacevole soggiorno. In generale, la mia esperienza a Quest Prime Semarang è stata positiva e ha contribuito bene al mio viaggio d'affari.

AAliffi IsmailUnable to review as I was told upon check in at Dafam Wondosobo that I did not make any booking at this hotel. Upon close scrutiny of my booking confirmation, it was discovered that I had inadvertently booked the Dafam Semarang instead of Dafam Wondosobo. What a disappointment when I was told the Dafam Wondosobo was fully booked for the night when I tried to change my booking.
LLing KwaIn generale è una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno a LK Pandanaran. Certo mi valuterei per i soldi di soggiorno qui. Posso fornire qui aree per il miglioramento all'operatore dell'hotel. Ci è stato un leggero vuoto nel connettore di testa doccia. Il menu per la colazione ha bisogno di più varietà che ripetere automaticamente ogni giorno, e la freschezza del bar in salada/verde può essere migliorata. Tutto ciò non è un interruttore di affari. Posizione, pulizia, servizio, strutture - sono tutti buoni. Ripeterei certamente il mio soggiorno qui la prossima volta.
AAlia NozaHere are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.

MikeThe breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests.
Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation.
Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult.
The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient.
The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java.
I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues.
I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.
TTrip_EdoCheck in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
