I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was slightly far from main station but the rest made up the lack of it - The room was clean and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Il hotel è stato un piacevole soggiorno a Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. L'edificio non è nuovo e la camera non è nuova, ma tutto è buono per il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo goduto di colazione occidentale e giapponese durante il nostro soggiorno. Una cosa che ci ha colpito è che l'hotel ha iniziato il colazione alle 4 del giorno della maratona di Nagoya.. Quindi non si è aspettato. Grazie per l'hotel. I menu di servizio in camera sono tipiche specialità di Nagoya. Anche se i prezzi dei prodotti alimentari erano un po' elevati, dovevamo ordinare i prodotti alimentari perché non potevamo camminare dopo la maratona.

L'hotel è convenientemente collegato ad una delle uscite della stazione Nagoya, che è stato un enorme plus per noi sia nei giorni sole che piovosi, soprattutto perché pioveva durante una parte del nostro soggiorno! Sono rimasto in questo hotel due volte: una volta quando sono arrivato per la prima volta a Nagoya, e ancora una volta dopo essere tornato da un viaggio 2D1N fuori città prima di volare a casa. Sono così felice di aver scelto Mitsui entrambi i tempi! Le camere sono state collocate al di sopra del 18° piano, e le viste sono state fantastiche. Infatti, mi sentivo quasi come se non avessi bisogno di visitare il ponte di osservazione sul 51° piano delle Torre Centrale JR per godere della linea di cielo della città! Il servizio era anche eccellente.L'hotel ha conservato il nostro bagaglio con gentilezza mentre siamo andati via durante il viaggio di notte. Quando siamo tornati a controllare la nostra seconda permanenza, ci ha sorpreso di constatare che il nostro bagaglio era già stato trasferito nella nostra stanza senza dover nemmeno chiedere. Grazie al personale per essere così attenti e proattivi nella preparazione di tutto prima di arrivare. Oltre alla sua eccellente posizione vicino alla stazione Nagoya, c'è una FamilyMart e un 7-Eleven direttamente all'opuscolo dell'hotel. È anche un Mister Donut lungo la strada, dove abbiamo preso colazione e snack prima di uscire ogni giorno. In generale, non ho nulla da denunciare: la posizione, il servizio e il comfort hanno superato le mie aspettative, e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui quando visiterò Nagoya.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un viaggio di ultima notte a Nagoya, scelendolo come uno dei più recenti hotel di lusso della città. Prima di arrivare, è stato difficile raggiungere l'hotel per organizzare prenotazioni di spa, e il processo ha preso un po' di tempo. Anche al check-in, facendo le prenotazioni di spa attraverso il desk front, ci è sembrato complicato, quindi alla fine abbiamo visitato il spa direttamente per chiedere. Le strutture di benessere, compresa la piscina e il centro fitness, sono state eccellenti, anche se è stata richiesta prenotazione anticipata, che potrebbe essere scomodo. Il servizio in tutta la stanza avrebbe potuto essere più flessibile, soprattutto quando la nostra fornitura di cibo è arrivata e la squadra non è riuscita a tenerla brevemente al concierge mentre siamo venuti a raccoglierlo. In questo modo, la posizione era grande per la vista intorno a Nagoya.

La cortesia del personale è stata davvero eccezionale. In realtà, ero un po' deluso che non ci fosse una torta di riso per colazione, ma la posizione dell'hotel era davvero la migliore. La stanza era grande e confortevole, così potevo rilassarmi confortevolmente.

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

the room was a little small as expected from the typical japanese hotels , but it was fine as we were only there for a few nights. we absolutely loved the location though! we came just at the end of cherry blossom season and they beautifully decorated the lobby w florals. very peaceful area and within walking distance to sakae shopping area. bonus : the airport bus drops u right by the hotel which was so convenient!

Non sapevo mai dove fosse questa città prima di visitarla. Coz, che mi trasferiva con il passaggio JR da Tokyo a Osaka, questo è uno dei punti di mezzo. L'hotel era alla stazione JR, pulito e conveniente. Il personale può parlare fluentemente inglese.

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again.
