Hotel has all the needed toiletries , pajama, slippers and even face mask. Room is clean and comfortable to sleep. Amenities includes washer dryer washing machine Location is just a short walking distance from sannomiya station and just outside hotel have many restaurants and convenient stores. Free beeakast buffet is a bonus but eat once or twice is ok. Menu are almost same everyday. Staff are friendly. Easy and fast checkin checkout.

The staff were nice enough but gave very little information about the facility and it was only from looking at the guide I knew about WiFi etc. there’s also a rooftop terrace, laundry, rest area etc which they didn’t mention and I didn’t use because of this. Breakfast didn’t look anything special and was a little cold but actually tasted far nicer than I was expecting. Hotel is old but otherwise ok, small rooms as per Japan. Bit of an odd location as its just outside a shopping centre you had to walk through from the station to get there but it’s about halfway between the station and castle

It’s a old hotel with old-fashioned room and lobby, the service were great and they provide every thing you need. Although the room is a bit dim but regarding the price, it definitely worth it.

L'hotel vicino alla stazione Kobe Sannomiya e anche vicino al centro della Kobe, non si muove troppo lontano per trovare i buoni ristoranti. Il personale del desk front raremente può parlare inglese, ma lei è disposta ad aiutarci. La stanza è standard pulita. Abbiamo la stanza vicino all'ascensore, anche abbiamo scelto l'opzione lontano dall'ascensore in viaggio, comunque la stanza è tranquilla, quindi non c'è problema.

The location is very convenient — just a 2–3 minute walk to Chinatown and about 10–15 minutes to the Harbor. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean; I was able to fully open both of my travel bags (24” and 28”) with ease. One unexpected surprise was the breakfast — it was entirely Indian cuisine. While I personally enjoy Indian food, I found it a bit heavy for the morning. That said, the flavors were excellent! As for the staff, I would recommend having Google Translate ready. Compared to hotels in other cities, the communication here was a bit more challenging. It seems the team hasn’t had as much experience interacting with international guests.

I feel satisfied stayat Piena Kobe. Bery near to Lawson and Sannomiya station. And there’s Halal Restaurant “Bumbu” only 5minutes walking. The hotel nice.
