Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

An average Japanese hotel. Staff very unhelpful at check in. Demanding an extra charge the 3 of us to use our 2 booked rooms that could accommodate 3 people per room. For peace of mind we paid up by credit card so that the receptionist couldn't just pocket the money. We were told breakfast was only served until 9am, so not great for a leisurely start to the day. The hotel is convenient for the Kobe shopping street for anyone in search of a bargain

Il luogo è conveniente, a un minuto dalla stazione ferroviaria, c'è un piccolo negozio di comodità sotto. Servizio, educato, praticamente in giapponese, servitore inglese, non c'è problema di comunicazione, diversi ventilatori privati sono completi e puliti, e la zona di riposo ha acqua pulita e neve gratuita. Ci sono vestiti di bellezza e bellezza che possono essere indossati fuori. Una bottiglia di cibo, cena e colazione sono superiori a tutti i livelli.

Le camere sono più grandi di hotel giapponesi, basicamente un nuovo hotel a pochi minuti da KOBE CHINA TOWN. Molte negozi per godere di cibo o shopping. La colazione è un piccolo semplice ristorante indiano, niente da scegliere molto. Le biciclette possono essere affittate sul desk front per 500 JPY per uso. Molto conveniente per raggiungere la città. Resterà qui assolutamente ogni volta che visita KOBE.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they provided an extra pillow when we requested. There is a microwave on level 2 which you can use to heat up your convenience store food items after.However, we had some issues with the room. 1. The aircon green light is very bright and shines down on your face through the night, would be good to cover it with something. 2. The window blinds are right behind your head and have big gaps allowing large amounts of light to come through in the morning. The toilet was also quite small with limited hanging space.

Relativamente lontano dalle stazioni (＜1km), ma è una passeggiata semplice perché le passeggiate laterali sono per lo più libere. Non molto traffico/persone. La zona è tranquilla e tranquilla. C'è un negozio di comodità sotto l'hotel, ma non molto cibo intorno.

This place is awesome!! I can feel that a lot of thought has been put in when they came up with services/things the hotel guests might like to have eg extensively long hrs for public bath, free ramen for supper, free icecream after bath, free yakult kinda drink for morning, massage chair, manga comic books to read, free dessert and water in fridge in room ….and the hotel is close to merikan park as well as train station! Absolutely loved my stay!

L'hotel è pulito e confortevole con caffè gratuito (macchina) nel lobby. Nota che parcheggio gratuito non situato in hotel ma solo lungo la strada. Inoltre, il più vicino combinato è a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sarà bisogno di un veicolo per andare in giro più conveniente per coloro che arrivano.

Inconvenience: No bottled water so had to bring own flask for refill. No Chinese channel so had to use YouTube with Japanese remote control. No fridge so hard to buy sushi n beer etc. Constructions work not noisy with window closed but had to detour to some places. Twisting type taps of cold n hot abit hard to adjust. Limited cleaning of room. Plus: English speaking staff. Spacious room with comfy mattress. Nice big table with space saving storage cabinets. Near bus terminal to Awaji island, Arima Onsen n Premium outlet. Closed to many fast food n restaurant. Like the coloured bath salt n disposable shaver. Overall a nice cosy DIY sort of stay. I would patronise again.

This is a great hotel at Kobe, the hotel stay is very helpful and hospitable, they offer welcome drinks/ coffee to us. The room is spacious and the single bed can sleep 2 persons. The hotel also next to Don Don Donki and conveniently for us to shop till very late of night and many foods to eat too. I would like to thank you the hotel for keep for us out lost item and keep for us to collect after few days. Arigato Guzaimasu.
