Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Azuay, Ecuador

A sweet deal for $25/night in mid July 2026. Great customer service, good location, and some of the staff speak English. The rooms were mostly comfortable even for a tall person. Decent hot water and pressure in the showers (but slow and sometimes clogged drainage), televisions in the rooms that don't work as intended, reliable wifi albeit slow, nice views from the windows, free coffee water and tea, broken/malfunctioning lamps and lights in the rooms. The hotel sits on one end of a public square with just about everything you'd need on a daily basis within walking distance.

The manager Fredrick is the nice young man that will help you with all kinds of problems that might occur in Cuenca. He is super dedicated to his job and he is always there. Hard working and friendly. The hotel is a colonial mansion with all the modern amenities. No need for electronics to alter the nostalgic look and feel. I told Fredric that I will go back he told me it will be peak so call ahead. Looks like I won’t be able to I’m sorry.

Staff was excellent, food was delicious and service for anything was great! Internet was terrible though, the only flaw for my work.

Questo hotel è molto bello, come il vecchio castello è molto classico ed elegante, molto bello, molto atteggiamento di servizio, molto intimo, e ci manda all'aeroporto gratuitamente.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, e il viaggio fuori e cena in strada è molto conveniente.

El hotel muy simpatico, aseadas las habitaciones, personal muy agradable y atento. El desayuno bueno, completo, mas no tal cual las fotos de la publicacion en la pagina. Eso me decepciono, porque uno se hace a la idea de lo que ve en las fotos, de la variedad, y amplitud de los espacios... son engañosas las fotos, parece que la foto corresponde a algun evento en especial o de inaguracion del hotel, pero actualmente el desayuno es normal, pan, tortilla de huevo, un pedazo de maduro, un pan, leche, cafe , fruta sencilla. No es un buffet extenso tal como se ve en las fotos. Por otro lado, si llevas auto, es bastante molesto e incomodo porque el hotel no cuenta con parqueo propio. Tienes que saber de antemano que tendras que pagar adicional $5 la noche de 8pm a 8am y si te pasas una, dos horas pues es $1 adicional por hora y si por ejemplo quieres ir al centro a conocer pues debes pagar por dejar tu coche ahi. y si tienes que bajar tus cosas maletas y demas ... tienes que llevar o caminar con todo ello una cuadra mas alla. Y bueno es manejable lo del parqueo pero tienes que saber a que atenerse antes de ir.
