Il miglior hotel durante il mio viaggio in Cina. La stanza era pulita, ben organizzata e nuova. Il colazione era eccellente, delizioso e variabile. Il personale era estremamente utile. Era un giorno neve, e mi offrono acqua calda all’arrivo e si rivoltono al riscaldamento prima di entrare nella stanza. Il secondo giorno, mi aiutarono gentilmente a organizzare un taxi. A proposito, viaggio molto e mi fermo in un altro hotel quasi ogni giorno, ma mi sentivo davvero necessario ringraziare questo meraviglioso personale. Gli hotel Mercure saranno sempre la mia prima scelta.

We stayed at Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay (Huachengsi Branch) with our family, and it was without question one of the most satisfying accommodations we have experienced in recent years. From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. It added a sense of warmth and hospitality that you don’t often find, especially in scenic-area accommodations. Throughout our stay, the host remained available and attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether we needed advice on sightseeing routes, dining recommendations, or small practical help, everything was handled patiently and efficiently. You truly feel that the host cares about your experience, not just about running a business. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but staying here made everything feel effortless. The location is another strong advantage. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. In summary, Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay offers not only comfortable accommodation, but also warmth, reliability, and peace of mind. If you are traveling with family, visiting Jiuhua Mountain for the first time, or simply looking for a place where you can truly relax and feel supported, this is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, worry-free experience.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel in cima alla montagna, la posizione è eccellente. Ci vogliono solo quindici minuti a piedi per raggiungere il picco di Guangming, da dove abbiamo potuto ammirare il mare di nuvole e il tramonto. Aprendo la finestra si gode di una vista mozzafiato su pini singolari, rocce dalle forme strane e nuvole di montagna. La camera era pulita e asciutta, ben oltre le mie aspettative; pensavo che le condizioni in montagna sarebbero state difficili, invece abbiamo alloggiato benissimo e, stanchi dalla scalata, ci si poteva rilassare subito. L'hotel ha gentilmente fornito gratuitamente cappotti termici e bustine di artemisia per pediluvi, l'acqua calda era abbondante e i servizi igienici completi. Il personale è stato attento e premuroso, informandoci proattivamente sull'ora dell'alba e sui percorsi escursionistici, e ci ha persino ricordato a che ora impostare la sveglia per non perderci l'alba. Soggiornare in cima alla montagna evita di dover tornare a valle, il che è perfetto per un viaggio di due giorni. È adatto sia per il relax e la vista che per le escursioni. La prossima volta che verrò sui monti Huangshan, sceglierò di nuovo questo posto.

Il nostro soggiorno di un weekend qui è stato incredibile! Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire sempre benvenuti con frutta fresca e cordiali saluti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le navette gratuite per l'ingresso del parco, il cibo delizioso dell'hotel e, naturalmente, l'upgrade gratuito della camera (grazie!). L'hotel offre anche un'escursione in una vicina piantagione di tè a conduzione familiare, il che significa che si possono ammirare panorami mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti in completa solitudine. La vista dalla piantagione di tè era migliore di qualsiasi panorama visto nel Parco di Huangshan, e una delle più belle che abbia mai visto in vita mia. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un vero gioiello nascosto. Il servizio è stato ottimo e cordiale. Il proprietario mi ha persino fornito una mappa dettagliata del Monte Huangshan con i percorsi e gli autobus da prendere. Offrono un servizio navetta gratuito per la zona panoramica. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Il cibo del ristorante era squisito, quindi non ho avuto bisogno di uscire dall'hotel. Ci sono diversi ristoranti e minimarket nelle vicinanze. Mi hanno permesso di fare il check-out in ritardo perché il mio treno partiva più tardi. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Sono contento di aver scelto questo hotel.

A cosy hotel with attentive and friendly staff. I chose a room without the smell of tobacco, and it truly was odour-free. The location is quiet, and breakfast is served at the table in the dining area. The only downside to my stay was the behaviour of some inconsiderate guests who arrived around midnight, shouting at each other and watching television for about 2-3 hours. I reported this to reception, but it seems the staff were already asleep and unable to address the issue promptly.

Poiché sono andato a scalare il monte Huangshan, ho portato con me alcune bottiglie, ma quando sono arrivato indietro ho scoperto di averne aggiunto di più. È stato davvero premuroso! Hanno anche aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente a due letti grandi 1,8 metri. Una famiglia di tre persone ha dormito molto comodamente. Anche l'arredamento della stanza era molto caldo e pulito. Dopo aver scalato il Monte Huangshan, ci siamo sdraiati sulla terrazza per riposare. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici quando tornerò. Colazione a buffet con una grossa varietà di scelta; cena e pranzo sempre a buffet non compresi nella spesa della stanza, ma molto vari anche quelli. Offrono la possibilità di prender parte a delle escursioni per l’alba ed il tramonto, consiglio di partecipare.

The hotel is 5 minutes away on foot from the bus station that takes you up the mountain, so for those who want to hike, it's very convenient. They offer different services in the hotel: a hot spring (you get one free access during your stay), massages, a restaurant for dinner (which is pretty nice), another one for breakfast (which is quite complete and offers a nice view of the mountains), and a small shop. I don't speak a lick of Mandarin and most of the staff don't speak any English, but they took all the time needed to explain things I was wondering about and even helped me buy my ticket for the mountain. One woman does speak a bit of English, she was really nice and helpful, and even connected with me on Alipay so I could message her if I had any questions during my stay. I was lucky to be upgraded, the room was very big and comfortable. Good value for the price. Overall, I liked my stay in this establishment.
