離高鐵站打車15分鐘，在一個路口。正對面有一個特斯拉充電站，步行十五分鐘還有一個萬達。酒店房間很大，樓層25樓，這次給了25F的還行。房間空調可以單獨製冷也很大。然後電梯比較少，高峯期要等比較久，畢竟有25F。早餐一般般吧感覺和連鎖酒店沒差，能吃就行。酒店門口有很多停車位，打車也會開到酒店正門口

在這個快節奏的時代，出差已成為我生活的一部分。作為一名經常需要穿梭於不同城市之間的職場女性，我對飲食尤為注意，特別是我的腸胃，它對食物的選擇異常敏感，稍有不慎便會引發不適。這次在亞朵酒店的經歷，讓我深刻體會到了“賓至如歸”的温暖，以及在最需要幫助時，陌生人給予的無私關懷。因工作需要來到了一個陌生的城市，入住了亞朵酒店。結束了一天十幾個小時的工作，身心俱疲，我決定在酒店附近點一份外賣，簡單解決晚餐。考慮到自己的腸胃狀況，我特意挑選了一家評價不錯、標註着“清淡健康”的餐廳。世事難料，這份看似無害的外賣，卻成了我當晚噩夢的開始。飯後不久，我開始感到腹部隱隱作痛，起初以為是普通的腸胃不適，想着休息一下便會好轉。但隨着時間推移，疼痛愈發劇烈，伴隨着噁心和嘔吐，我意識到可能是****了。那一刻，孤獨與無助感湧上心頭，身處異地，身邊沒有親人朋友，沒有任何可以依靠的人，我抱着一點希望，勉強走出廁所，用房間電話撥向前台，向前台小姐姐説明瞭情況。令我驚訝的是，前台小姐姐沒有絲毫猶豫，得知我很虛弱立刻來到我房間攙扶我下了樓，並且已經聯繫了附近的醫院，還安排了專車陪我前往就醫。在這個過程中，他們的專業與效率讓我倍感安心。路上擔心我孤單害怕，安時小姐姐一直陪在我身邊，輕聲細語地安慰我，講述她自己的一些小故事，分散我的注意力，減輕我的緊張情緒。去醫院的路上她接到好幾個酒店不同人員打來的電話詢問我的情況關心我。那一刻，我突然覺得這不是個陌生的城市，眼前的也不是個陌生人，就像是在家裡吃了個飯不舒服，家人陪我來醫院一樣。到達醫院後，小姐姐更是全程陪同，幫我掛號、就診到繳費、取葯，每一個環節都細心照料，確保我能夠順利得到治療。更另我觸動的一點，在診斷過程中，需要抽血化驗，在抽血過程中小姐姐看出我的害怕，輕輕的將我摟進她的懷中，捂住了我的眼睛，手掌輕拍着我的肩膀安撫着我，讓身處他鄉的我感受到了親人間到温情。化驗結果出來後所幸沒有特別嚴重，回到酒店安時小姐姐給我送回房間後又給我端來了小米粥和熱水，我才知道在我去醫院的途中，思雨小姐姐還給我煮了小米粥，小米粥喝進胃裡，不僅暖了我的胃更是暖了我的心。凌晨左右思語小姐姐還又上來看我，第二天早上我剛出房間就聽到樓層大姐空妍親切的問我，“女士身體好點了嗎，我們早餐也有養胃的小米粥，可以去吃點哦”那一刻我才知道，原來我是被每一位亞朵人關心着，在這個陌生的城市裡，亞朵酒店的每一位員工，用實際行動詮釋了什麼是真正的服務精神，讓我感受到了家的温暖。 這次經歷，不僅讓我對亞朵酒店的服務有了更深的認識，更讓我相信，在這個世界上，總有那麼一些人，願意在你最需要幫助的時候伸出援手，讓你感受到人間值得。在未來的日子裏，無論我走到哪裡，這段記憶都將是我心中最寶貴的財富，提醒我，無論何時何地都要相信善良與温暖的力量，無論去到哪裡亞朵都是我和家人朋友獨一無二的選擇.強烈推薦給身邊所有人，

Super soddisfatto! Nonostante l'hotel sia in montagna, le strutture e i servizi dell'hotel sono eccellenti! La stanza è pulita e ordinata, il servizio del personale è eccellente e la colazione è piuttosto ricca. Sono molto soddisfatto di fare una colazione del genere in cima alla montagna. Sono venuto sulla montagna per vedere l'alba mi ha subito ricordato le precauzioni e ha organizzato un servizio di sveglia tempestivo. Molto premuroso, qualcuno dell'hotel ha guidato un gruppo a guardare l'alba al mattino e ha preparato piumini e torce elettriche per tutti tariffa della camera ancora più conveniente!

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

La signorina Reception mi ha detto che c'era una costruzione alla porta dell'hotel e non c'era modo di evitare il rumore. Dopo tutto, accetto che è venuto a fare un viaggio. Ma il pranzo di autobus dell'hotel a mezzogiorno è davvero insensato. Ho trovato che molti pranzi erano freddi alle 12. Era anche riflesso con i manager accanto, come se non importassero la temperatura del cibo. Non so se sia perche' mangiano cibo non caldo o perche' non sono altri La sera è straordinaria!L'intera gente non va bene!Devi ancora rispondere all'hotel. Quando sono tornato, il servizio in camera mi ha aiutato a pulire. Era molto pulito, con tappetini igienici usa e getta, coperture per la vasca, ecc. PPENG KHUENThe front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When I reported minor defect and consumed drinks from previous guest via WeChat, they changed another room for me immediately. They provided me the liquid detergent instantly when I checked on the laundry room location. They also provide free transport to and fro from the hotel to the bus interchange to travel to Huangshan scenic area. You can also make mini tour booking at the hotel lobby where the friendly guide will discuss and recommend the package for you. She also provides you the Huangshan hiking map for easy navigation. The breakfast spread is good before you start your Huangshan hiking. I will come back to this hotel if I visit Huangshan again. You can also book the van for a reasonable price to travel back to Huangshan North Railway Station. Do plan enough time to travel there as the driver may pick up other passages from other hotels to the station.

Sono venuto sulla montagna per vedere l'alba mi ha subito ricordato le precauzioni e ha organizzato un servizio di sveglia tempestivo. Molto premuroso, qualcuno dell'hotel ha guidato un gruppo a guardare l'alba al mattino e ha preparato piumini e torce elettriche per tutti tariffa della camera ancora più conveniente!

UUtente ospiteFor any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

WWanderingSheraeFirst time to visit Huangshan! And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners… We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨‍👩‍👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋 We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music… I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞 The local people are kind and always smiling ☺️☺️ Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter We are looking forward to visit and stay with them next spring festival 😁🤩 Thank you so much Daisy and to your mom and family💞🥰
