Hotel a 4 stelle in Anhui, Cina

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Scegliere il Baiyun Hotel con i miei amici per la nostra escursione sul Monte Huangshan è stata una decisione azzeccatissima! La sua posizione centrale nel cuore dell'area panoramica significa che non dobbiamo alzarci presto e percorrere lunghe distanze per vedere l'alba. La pulizia della camera era impeccabile, i letti asciutti e inodore. Immerso nella foresta, l'ambiente è tranquillo e lontano dal trambusto. Il personale della reception e gli addetti alle pulizie sono stati tutti molto pazienti e hanno risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta. Le strutture della camera erano ben mantenute, e avere condizioni di alloggio così buone in cima alla montagna ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. È stato incredibilmente confortevole trascorrere una notte qui a riposare dopo la fatica dell'arrampicata. La signorina alla reception è stata molto attenta 🥳. La prossima volta che torneremo sul Monte Huangshan, sceglieremo di nuovo questo hotel!

Il mio amico e io viaggiammo qui mentre abbiamo visto la zona montana di Huangshan in una stagione di picco all'inizio di febbraio e ci siamo trasferiti una notte. In generale, il servizio era eccellente, il miglior pasto sano con buone porzioni e nutrienti ricchi. Ordinammo il pesce e le costole di maiale, e abbiamo mangiato con noodles. La camera era di due letti come avevamo chiesto e era un'abbigliamento molto bello e moderno. L'unica cosa era la doccia/bagno non in una stanza separata - forse sarebbe meglio per le famiglie, e qualche polvere sulle ombre della lampada, ma altrimenti eravamo molto felici. La luce era anche una lotta, perché alcuni dei soft restavano tutta la notte e il cambio di luce mancava quelli per la lampada di lettura su ogni lato. Apprezzò la grande spazietà e la grande privacy che avevamo, con una visione stradale, le aree comuni avevano un sacco di posti per i gruppi di cena e offrono più aree all'aperto per esplorare. A+ esperienza, sarebbe tornato!

Hanno anche aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente a due letti grandi 1,8 metri. Una famiglia di tre persone ha dormito molto comodamente. Hanno visto una portantina e hanno prenotato per noi. Anche il buffet dell'hotel è buono. Ero stanco e affamato dopo una giornata di escursioni. Ho ricaricato rapidamente le mie energie al ristorante, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questo viaggio👍

Bell'hotel, ottima posizione per raggiungere le Montagne Gialle, con ristoranti e negozietti nei dintorni. Ci sono diverse sorgenti termali dove rilassarsi e la zona colazione è in cima. Buona colazione. Sarebbe bello se anche la piscina sul tetto fosse disponibile e pulita.

If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Assolutamente splendido, un hotel fantastico!!! Ne vale davvero la pena. Un classico edificio in stile Hui, un cortile appartato e incantevole immerso nella pioggia nebbiosa del Jiangnan. La camera mansardata ha un tetto in vetro trasparente che lascia entrare la luce del sole, creando un'atmosfera calda, tranquilla e rilassante. Di notte si possono ammirare le stelle, e il baldacchino elettrico può essere chiuso per un rifugio tranquillo e buio. Il piccolo balcone è arredato con una sdraio, e attraverso la finestra si possono ammirare banani e l'architettura in stile Hui. Anche il balcone ha un tetto in vetro che lascia entrare la luce del sole e fornisce la giusta quantità di aria condizionata, rendendolo estremamente confortevole e rilassante. La zona tè al piano inferiore può essere utilizzata come salotto, offrendo uno spazio confortevole e rilassante. Tutta la famiglia ha adorato questa camera, soprattutto i bambini. La posizione dell'hotel è superba, proprio sulla vecchia via Tunjie, in riva al fiume, il che lo rende comodo per visitare il fiume Xin'an e ristoranti come il First Floor Restaurant. È tranquillo ma in una posizione strategica, con un forte senso del design. È una delle camere migliori che abbia trovato durante i miei viaggi negli ultimi anni! Consigliatissima! Ah, e il servizio è stato eccellente! Il personale alla reception, dalle gentili signore ai signori, è stato tutto molto cordiale e disponibile. Persino le pantofole usa e getta erano di qualità superiore rispetto ad altri hotel; avevano la suola spessa. Ho apprezzato particolarmente gli spazzolini da denti in legno. È consigliabile chiedere all'hotel di organizzare i trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto e il treno ad alta velocità. L'autista vi viene a prendere direttamente nella hall e vi aiuta con i bagagli: molto comodo e più economico rispetto ai prezzi di mercato! Economico e conveniente: 50 yuan per la stazione di Huangshan Nord, 30 yuan per l'aeroporto.
