The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

Perfect stay for my concert, only five minutes walk to Coca-cola colisem! Everyone is kind and professional in the hotel. Food is tasty in Roses at 2nd floor.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Hotel eccellente situato nel cuore del Distretto finanziario di Toronto. Mi sono apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno nella suite esecutiva che non volevo mai lasciare!!

L'intero hotel in legno, a me piace il gusto del lavaggio del corpo, ha un taglio 110. È odoroso, è che un'unica mosca e dentifricio devono chiamare. Ricorda il dentifricio, o ti do un dentifricio in legno. L'effetto sonoro è buono. Penso che, oltre alla posizione geografica, sia il W Hotel che ha chiamato

還是挺滿意的，住的還不錯，住了10天，周邊也是都逛了一下，餐廳的也吃了幾回。spa也是體現過了，整體還不錯的。就是外部在建造，聲音白天總是滿糟的，還有就是消防車，一天可以聽到很多回。洗漱用品這些不是每天主動提供的，都是需要説明再有，服務態度可以的。至少品牌在的。希望下次過來可以有更好的入住體驗。

Dovrebbe essere considerato un'esperienza di soggiorno passata. Quando si controlla l'aula ha una festa. L'ambiente è molto complicato. Non si può sentire l'un l'altro di fronte all'altro. La risposta della custodia è molto lenta. Prima di tutto, due telefoni senza risposta, Non c'è servizio più di un'ora dopo la terza risposta telefonica, e non è venuto a pulire l'igiene dopo la quarta telefonata.Si dice che Reggie abbia un servizio di cura, ma il curatore non ha mai visto nessun contatto telefonico per tre giorni, altri hanno detto passato.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, la stanza è molto pulita e ha un senso di progettazione. Ho soggiornato nella stanza Andy per tre giorni.Il servizio è anche buono. La notte è arrivata dal cameriere per riscaldare l'acqua.La mancanza di bellezza è che la vecchia casa non è molto buona per uscire e scaricare. L'acqua del capannone è bianca. Il panorama della piscina sul tetto è buono, ma l'acqua è un po'fuori.

Esperienza il vecchio hotel tradizionale inglese.E'solo sulla strada Bloirsi più costosa e mercantile in affitto, l'altra è collegata all'Università di Toronto. 3pm.Attendere l'aula non è grande.Alla 2:30, la reception ha detto che c'era una stanza. Quando sono arrivati nella stanza, la custodia della casa non è uscito. Ci sono una macchina per caffè e sei scatole di caffè nella stanza.Ma la scatola usata dall'ospite davanti è ancora dentro la macchina. La stanza ha una scatola.Lentamente, il suono è bello.
