Hotel a 5 stelle in Ontario, Canada

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Il personale è estremamente professionale e gentile – Mi fa particolarmente piacere che si siano spostati per permetterci un check-in precoce, che ha davvero aiutato a organizzare la nostra giornata. Il lobby dell'hotel è ben progettato e la pulizia e la temperamentalità dell'intera proprietà sono altamente elevate. Dopo un giorno lavorativo occupato, il letto eccezionalmente comodo e le grandi piastrelle assicurano un sonno perfetto di notte. L'hotel è molto vicino al centro della città, e con la stazione ferroviaria principale proprio davanti a lui, è incredibilmente accessibile e conveniente. In tutto, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno e mi consiglierei molto questo hotel!

This is an amazing, historic, world famous hotel. It combines luxury with outstanding service. The location is in the heart of the historic area. Just a minute walk to Parliament and the iconic buildings. It’s situated on the river if you want to ice skate I. The winter. It’s a must stay for the travel who wants a quality experience and great location

Le camere erano grandi e spaziose. Bagno aggiornato con doccia in piedi. Pulizia e confortevole. Posizione è grande fuori (literalmente in tutto) della collezione di partenza del Niagara. Parcheggio sul sito è disponibile per un canone di 15 CAD (2023)

This place felt like visiting my parents' home in my hometown, a place that shattered my prejudices. It was incredibly clean, and it was quiet and cozy. It was the best hotel for having alone time. I want to come back again. And I'm so grateful that the owner and his wife were so kind and comfortable.

在多倫多的st regis 呆了2個晚上，整體來説體驗不錯。check in不是很順滑，在攜程預留的工商銀行信用卡居然不能授權（在國外其他酒店沒有發生過這個問題），衹能刷澳洲信用卡。奇怪的是刷完澳洲的信用卡後，又被告知工商銀行的卡可以用了。 包的2人早餐是80$ credit一天，可以在餐廳Louis Louix消費，也可以點private dining到房間。

Mi sento come un hotel storico. Il personale si sentiva in generale bene. Durante il mio soggiorno, mi parlano spesso.La stanza è buona, è un hotel comodo, senza lamentele. La mattina, il salone fornisce caffè, il ristorante dell'hotel fornisce colazione (tassa), c'è un buon bar vicino, che è un posto conveniente. Anche se ho guardato i commenti dell'hotel vicino, penso che non ci siano denti o mutandine, ma non l'ho.Inoltre, anche se questa stanza ha un telaio che può mettere i vestiti, lo spazio di spazzola e il telaio non sono rari. Abbiamo vissuto due notti, abbiamo solo vestiti di svago, non c'è problema, ma se hai bisogno di vestiti, potrebbe aver bisogno di controllare l'hotel. Anche per la prima volta in Canada, ci sono moltissimi momenti per cercare hotel, quindi voglio sapere se il giorno prima è stato solo rispetto ai principali hotel stabili nel campo dei prezzi, ma sono stato attratto e prenotato da foto e pochi commenti giapponesi. Di conseguenza, sono felice di essere qui, e voglio usarlo di nuovo la prossima volta.

Excellent hotel situated in the heart of the Toronto Financial District. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the executive suite which I never wanted to leave!!

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, la stanza è molto pulita e ha un senso di progettazione. Ho soggiornato nella stanza Andy per tre giorni.Il servizio è anche buono. La notte è arrivata dal cameriere per riscaldare l'acqua.La mancanza di bellezza è che la vecchia casa non è molto buona per uscire e scaricare. L'acqua del capannone è bianca. Il panorama della piscina sul tetto è buono, ma l'acqua è un po'fuori.
