I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram, especially near King Abdul Aziz Gate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The breakfast was decent, with a large variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the Haram from my room. One great convenience was being able to pray in the room during busy times, as the sound of the congregation from Masjid al-Haram was played in speakers of the room that you can turn on or off according to your comfort. The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but overall, the stay was very comfortable.

This stay offered a generally positive experience, but a few minor inconveniences detracted from it. While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Great location, only a 5 minute walk from Haram. Breakfast was good too with quite a few options. Bellman Nazrul along with the restaurant staff (Amjad, Delowar, Shahadat and numerous others) were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Will rebook for sure!

I receptionisti (la squadra delle ragazze) erano molto cooperativi. La nostra camera è stata aggiornata in una suite come un gesto amichevole per la nostra prima visita. La qualità del colazione nel ristorante olivi era magnifica e un cuoco libanese ci ha resi deliziosi dolci fresche manakeesh. Il servizio in camera era molto veloce. Le auto da golf fornite a Haram e da Haram sono state molto utili per i conducenti di lavoro duro.

We stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food. At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple. Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery. We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same. We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible. There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all. We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again. Very friendly personnel, charming hotel overlooking to the sea. Great for business travellers

La posizione è buona. Anche se è un po' vecchia, la pulizia è abbastanza buona. È lungo la costa. È un po' più vecchia dell'area degli yacht nella nuova città. Molto pulito e nuove strutture complete

Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was little outdated for my liking and wasn't too keen on the room amenities. The location was good and I enjoyed the 93rd National day festive celebrations.

Facilità: l'hotel è nuovo, le attrezzature della stanza sono buone Servizio: il servizio è molto buono. La reception dell'hotel ha preparato bevande di frutta fredde e caffè arabi e biscotti e caramelle per provarci gratis.Il piccolo fratello della reception ci ha anche insegnato a cuore l'arabo e ha presentato il grazie per come parlare arabi Ambiente: la posizione dell'hotel non è molto buona. Sebbene sembra essere vicina all'aeroporto e alla moschea marittima, perché i parchi divertimenti e le rotte di corsa sul lato sono costruiti nel grande edificio, le strade sono state chiuse molto, quindi l'hotel non può andare direttamente al lato del mare, Devi guidare sette o otto minuti per arrivare alla moschea marittima.Il bordo dell'hotel è un parco di gara, sta costruendo, un po'di guaio.

本來訂房是吸菸房 到櫃檯也特別說要吸菸房 結果整理行李好 從房間出去才發現房門口張貼了禁菸公告 傻眼 到櫃檯說要換房說要等 可以等我們晚上回來再換房 晚上回飯店先到櫃檯說要換房 說我們先回房間整行李 整好再打電話到大廳 會有服務人員來引導換到吸菸房 結果帶去櫃檯說準備好要換房 結果石沈大海 還得特地跑到櫃檯去問 櫃檯還說他們不知道 真是羅生門 可能我說外星語 沒人聽得懂 等到退房早上 我打去問幾點退房 櫃檯又是鬼打牆 胡言亂語 不知道到底幾點退房 只是說幾點退房有這麼困難嗎？ 一間這麼有名的星級飯店 結果櫃檯搞得跟旁邊小旅店還差勁 （我前晚住隔壁走路一分鐘的兩房兩廳兩衛的旅館便宜，櫃檯溝通完全沒問題）真是傻眼 飯店設施是不錯 但廁所淋浴乾淨度不好 房間燈也不夠明亮 櫃檯真的溝通障礙 超扯
