I want to share my exceptional experience at the hotel. Every single employee was professional and respectful. They were always ready to help before even asking. Anything we requested during our stay was brought within minutes. We were amazed by their kindness and helpfulness. All employees, without exception, were extremely nice and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower products were of extremely high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extraordinary, and the waiters were beyond nice. They would come to the table before I even raised my hand to ask for help and checked on us frequently. They even helped me take my plates from the buffet to my table without me asking them. All the restaurant employees, starting from the reception, were welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's great location next to the Holy mosque made it easy to visit at any time. Jumeira will be my hotel of choice for my future stays.

È un hotel molto bello. Passeggiata a 79 (10 minuti) che conduce direttamente alla Kaaba. Ci sono due torri, 1 e 2, entrambi hanno un grande colazione. Ci sono due ristoranti nella torre 2. C'è un caffè che può fare torta di compleanno se lo desiderate. C'è una bella sala di preghiera all'interno dell'hotel. Raccomando molto questo hotel.

The absulte BEST hotel in Makkah which is only a few steps from Haram. At the recepition, we were greeted by Mr Basil Alzoiabi who was very polite and helpful. The kaapa premier suite has the best Kaaba view and is worth the Extra money, ending with 08 in each floor. We stayed in 608 with a super beautiful view of Kaapa, it was prepared for us by the best, most polite most helpful floor housekeeping manager Mr MOHAMMED Sayed Husain, I can not thank him enough for What he did for us. Mr MOHAMMED Sayed Husain is a great asset to any hotel chain managment staff. Breakfast was greet. Thanks to ALL.

Molto bel hotel, buona posizione. E tutto il personale è davvero utile. Anche il colazione è incredibile ci sono molti cibi locali e internazionali. Hotel molto consigliato se si vuole eseguire umrah dal momento che è molto vicino a Haram si può solo camminare a Haram all'hotel entro 5 minuti.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone... anche l'addetto alla reception è molto reattivo. La posizione è molto vicino alla Grande Moschea... speriamo che un giorno potremo tornare.

Durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto una bella esperienza. La posizione era eccellente, a pochi passi da Haram, soprattutto vicino al cancello di Re Abdul Aziz. Le camere erano confortevoli e molto pulite, rendendolo un luogo rilassante per tornare dopo un lungo giorno. Il colazione era decente, con una vasta gamma di opzioni da scegliere. Mi è piaciuto anche la vista del Haram dalla mia stanza. Una grande comodità era di poter pregare in camera durante i tempi occupati, mentre il suono della congregazione di Masjid al-Haram è stato suonato in oratori della camera che si può accendere o spostare secondo il vostro comfort. L'unico punto di svolta è che il bagno era un po' piccolo, ma in generale, il soggiorno era molto comodo.

We had a great stay in Adress Jabal Omar! We will be back soon, in sha Allah. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.

فندق رائع ولكن تأخرنا في الدخول ولم أستلم غرفتي الا الساعة ٤:٤٠ دقيقة، والغرفة الثانية ٥:١٥ للأسف انحاس جدول نوم بنتي مع الناب حقها وتنكدت ايضًا الثلاجة كانت خربانة وطلبتهم يصلحوها ومحد جاني سوا ذلك هو فندقي المفضل لاتصاله بردسي مول موقع ونظافة وراحة والحمدلله

Due notti di soggiorno erano solo grandi; il personale attento ma non intrusivo ha fatto la differenza: la signorina Nehal e i suoi colleghi alla ricezione, alla gestione e ai ristoranti sono tra i migliori del personale di marchi Marriot che abbia mai visto. Arrivato troppo presto per il normale controllo, ma è stato trattato nel modo migliore con un minimo di attesa e un aggiornamento. La posizione vicino al HARAM è semplicemente grande e la vista dal ristorante del 21° piano è fantastica Diversa varietà di deliziosi cibo a colazione e pranzo con personale molto cortese e buono sorriso faccia ovunque . Ci serve un ascensore per le camere, anche se grazie a tutti il dottor A Hawwari Titanium membro

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.
