I’m shocked, firstly they gave us a room on the 9 th floor which was rotted to the core (pictures will be provided). Then they gave us another room renovated said by Riyan, he was helpful. The luggage took an hour coming up. Unusual to see, one of my luggage was opened and the lock was inside the suitcase. When I complained, Mr Faisal was most helpful and said he will have the cctv cameras checked. And didn’t get back with me so after hours I spoke to the night manager he said we viewed the cameras, no one had opened the luggage. And in the morning when I asked to view the CCTV footage they said no! It seemed a dull answer! So I got in touch with the Movenpick hotel where we stayed a night too, they still said get a report from the police station and you’re welcome to see the footage! As the last picture we had of the suitcase was taken to show to the uber to show how many pieces we have in that picture it was clearly showed the lock is on! Then in Movenpick we did not open that suitcase and moved to Pullman. Now calling Pullman they kept referring calls, as I explained to the one who I spoke with if Movenpick said it’s okay to view the cctv after the police report, can I view your footage too! They kept refer the call. So I ended up reporting the incident to the Embassy. If this incident has happened to anyone go as far as the headquarters of Pullman, and report it to the Embassy. I’m quite shocked, nothing was taken seriously..! Take care of your luggage please!!!! Regardless it’s locked. The Asian staff are not to be trusted.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely close to the haraam with two entrances either via outside the street past al safah tower or can go through the clock tower. You have the option of both safa tower and the clock tower for food and shopping. The service was brilliant. Honestly there is absolutely nothing I could even complain about. If I was to return again I would 100% book again. The staff are absolutely amazing.

Tutto molto buono, camera classica con vasca da bagno. L'unica pecca è stata la colazione. L'hotel dispone di 2 ristoranti: un buffet internazionale (69 SR) al 21° piano e un buffet orientale (55 SR) all'8° piano. Purtroppo, la varietà di menu in ogni ristorante era molto bassa. A questi prezzi, bisogna aggiungere la varietà di menu per la colazione.

I receptionisti (la squadra delle ragazze) erano molto cooperativi. La nostra camera è stata aggiornata in una suite come un gesto amichevole per la nostra prima visita. La qualità del colazione nel ristorante olivi era magnifica e un cuoco libanese ci ha resi deliziosi dolci fresche manakeesh. Il servizio in camera era molto veloce. Le auto da golf fornite a Haram e da Haram sono state molto utili per i conducenti di lavoro duro.

Tutto era fantastico, soprattutto la posizione così vicina all'haram... è solo un po' difficile stabilire la posizione per l'uber/careem

Awesome stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We took the executive room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. The hotel interior is stunning. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers international and middle east food. Everything is good but if anything need to be improved will be the reception staff. It be good if they can be more welcoming. The staff however at concierge is excellent. They went extra mile to assist guests. Will come bk.

It is very good property, the hotel was fine with good experience. Break fast was not included but still an amazing experience

Grazie mille per aver aggiornato la mia camera alla suite esecutiva. Questa è la migliore esperienza di rimanere qui prima del mio reggiseno. Mi ricordo. Raccomandare!!!

I had booked a junior suite with breakfast and lounge access. However, i was surprised when I was told upon check-in that I don't have lounge access. I was totally disappointed and complained to trip com. Joyce was the trip com rep who called me back and asked for a few minutes to talk to the hotel. During this time, the female customer service rep Miss Lama called me and offered an upgrade to the executive suit with lounge access. I am very thankful to Miss Lama, who provided an exceptional service and also said that this is your 2nd home. Other staff Miss. Darwesha Ebrahim Miss. Maha Alsufyani, Mr.Kaisul Hassan, and another female Saudi staff at lounge reception were excellent and definitely an asset to Sheraton Hotel. Miss. Joyce from Trip.com is an exceptional staff with a very positive attitude to resolving the issue. Thank you, Trip.com and Sheraton Hotel Makkah

Non c'è molto da dire, tranne questo si chiamano sicuramente 5 stelle. Tutto da un check-in senza problemi a controllare era perfetto. Posizione molto buona a haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. Così tante opzioni sul cibo. L'intero hotel è anche un grande lobby, un servizio di qualità da davanti alla casa a tutti i portatori/puliziari/chef. E bella maschide costruita in hotel. Molto consigliabile, potrebbe essere poco prezioso ma sinceramente si otterrà il 100% del vostro denaro, soprattutto per Umrah/hajj. Sono stato li' qualche giorno fa di ramadán e di eid, pensando, per quanto tempo sarà occupato in questo periodo, forse non ricevere un buon servizio o un check in tardi, eccetera, ma completamente al contrario. Inizialmente sono dal Regno Unito, così atteso la qualità del prezzo che ho pagato.
