Hotel situato a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal controllo di frontiera. È leggermente distante dalla strada più trafficata e frequentata, ma di fronte all'hotel c'è comunque un'ampia scelta di ristoranti.
È un hotel molto semplice, con tutti i comfort disponibili, ma senza fronzoli. Abbastanza buono per una notte. Fate solo attenzione, perché qualcuno potrebbe bussare alla vostra porta per fare qualche piccola riparazione o ristrutturazione durante il vostro soggiorno 🤣🤣

Siamo stato molto soddisfatti della struttura è ci ritorneremo.
La camera era pulita e la homestay in stile con la città vecchia di Jianshui. Ciononostante ci sono tutti i confort come beamer per la TV, specchio con bagno la cui luce si può accendere con un pressione del dito, aria condizionata,...
L'host è molto gentile e premuroso. Gli abbiamo chiesto se avesse una cartina per sapere cosa visitare e ce ne ha subito inviate due per Wechat. Inoltre parla molto bene inglese e questo non è da trascurare in Cina (per una volta abbiamo trascurato google translator).
La struttura è situata a soli 5 miinuti a piedi dalla famosa porta est (Cháoyáng Lóu), a 3 minuti dai ”12 pozzi” e dalla strada principale Lin'An. L'ubicazione è in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso.
Raccomandiamo questa homestay a chi volesse visitare la bella città vecchia di Jianshui!

Hotel semplice e moderno, in posizione molto comoda (vicino a negozi, centri commerciali e a 400m dalla linea 3 della metropolitana).
Il personale è molto giovane e molto gentile, parlano anche un po’ di inglese.
Camera in ordine, pulita, con doccia ampia.
Alla reception c’è la possibilità di farsi un tè e vengono offerti snack gratuiti.
Utilissimo locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Torneremmo volentieri in questo hotel!

Posto fantastico, vicinissimo alla porta sud della città vecchia. È la seconda volta che vengo qui, la prima da solo e la seconda con la famiglia. I padroni di casa sono davvero gentili, le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Quando sono arrivato a Yunnan il mese scorso, il volo e l'altezza sono stati combinati in un grave mal di testa e nausea... e viaggio a tempo pieno da oltre un decennio... il livello di cura e amicizia del personale, era davvero sorprendente. Ho finito di prenotare notti extra solo quando mi sentivo così bello e volevo riprendermi e quando ho lasciato il yunnnan, sono tornato qui.Le camere sono pulite, hanno tutte le attrezzature, il personale è incredibilmente amichevole, e utile :)
I letti sono confortevoli e puliti e ho dormito superbello qui. Offrete viaggi all'aeroporto e alla metropolitana. Ci sono opzioni alimentari vicino e se torno a Kunming, sicuramente rimarrò qui di nuovo :)
La mancanza di foto è solo cuz i non ho preso nessuno, come mostrano sul sito web ☺️

I servizi igienico-sanitari e la reception vanno bene, ma fai attenzione ai seguenti punti: in primo luogo, l'effetto di isolamento acustico è molto scarso, anche se porti i tappi per le orecchie. In secondo luogo, il design della stanza è irragionevole e non favorisce il riposo. Terzo, l’ho prenotata su Ctrip, il prezzo era più caro della camera con vasca del mio collega, sono rimasta un po’ senza parole. Comunque non verrà più.

麗江從忠義市場的煙火氣開始，在麗江古城的南門附近，下了飛機，到酒店有空房前台很高的一個姐姐，提前給我們辦理好入住了，直沖忠義市場開啟炫吃模式，我們酒店就在不遠地方，步行幾分鐘就到，瞬間就被熱鬧的市井氛圍包圍。木質建築下，攤販們忙碌的身影，各種小吃飄香，構成了麗江最真實的生活畫卷。隨便一家菜館的飯菜都很香呀，下次還會再去雲南。❤️

Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente. L'hotel si trova proprio di fronte al centro storico, e il mercato notturno di Zhongyi e il ristorante Mufu sono anch'essi nelle vicinanze, a circa 7-8 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio è gratuito per chi arriva in auto. L'hotel dispone di ascensore, il che rende comodi gli spostamenti. Altamente raccomandato.

Scoprire Qianyu Homestay è stato un colpo di fortuna. È stato un grazioso alloggio in famiglia con cortile nella città antica di cui mi sono innamorata a prima vista. Piccolo e caratteristico, con un'atmosfera meravigliosa, la terrazza al terzo piano offriva una vista panoramica sulla città antica. La posizione era comoda, a soli tre-cinque minuti a piedi dalla Torre Chaoyang. La proprietaria era bellissima e incredibilmente premurosa; ha persino organizzato il nostro trasferimento alla stazione, permettendoci di evitare le lunghe code al Wang Yong Barbecue. Ci ha anche aiutato ad acquistare in anticipo i biglietti, incredibilmente difficili da trovare, per il mini-treno di Jianshui, rendendo il mio viaggio a Jianshui ancora più perfetto! 😍😘 Tornerò sicuramente a Qianyu per la mia prossima vacanza! 🫧

PPunchita P.ฉันเป็นคนไทยที่ไปพักที่โรงแรมพูดภาษาจีนได้แค่นิดเดียวแต่เจ้าของที่พักใจดีมากๆ ให้การช่วยเหลือฉันเป็นอย่างดีขากลับให้ช่วยเรียก DiDi ไปส่งสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูง ประทับใจเขามากๆ ทานนมมาส่งเถ้าแก่ช่วยเดินขึ้นมาถึงห้องพักชั้น 3 ที่พักหลังจาก 5 ทุ่มเงียบสงบมีม่านกันแสงจากระเบียงและม่านกันแสงในห้องทำให้ห้องมืดชั้นหลับสนิทมากๆตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ที่นี่ ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ตลาดเก้าจวง เมื่อคุณลงรถบัสหรือแท็กซี่ที่ส่งปากซอยเดินมาอีก 100 เมตรจะอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายบริเวณใกล้ๆมีมินิมาร์ท

Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright).
Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do.
The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch.
Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it.
But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved.
The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi.
The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare.
The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will).
The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless.
But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it.
It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when.
Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy.
Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

La posizione è facile da trovare, non lontano dall'ingresso del villaggio, quindi non abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli per lunghe distanze. Le camere erano spaziose, luminose, ben tenute e la connessione internet stabile. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e premuroso, condividendo consigli e suggerimenti locali per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti. Il cibo era fresco e delizioso. L'ambiente generale era pulito e ordinato, facendoci sentire sicuri e a nostro agio. Non ci sono stati trucchi o secondi fini, il che rende questo posto ideale per chi desidera fare trekking e rilassarsi a Yubeng. Consigliatissimo.

The luckiest choice of my trip to Shangri-La was definitely Wufan Shanjian Light Luxury Homestay, and the biggest surprise was meeting the owner couple, a local ******* pair. The simplicity and enthusiasm unique to Tibetans in them filled the entire journey with warmth.
From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by their thoughtfulness: they not only took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed railway station but also carefully reminded us not to rush to take a bath just after arriving on the plateau and to remember to turn on the oxygen concentrator at night. A family member traveling with us had a bit of altitude sickness, and the landlady Zhuoma immediately brought Coke and glucose to relieve the discomfort. In the evening, she specially brought warm yak milk and fresh grapes. Even the child kept saying that Aunt Zhuoma was as kind as family. The husband was simple and enthusiastic. When he saw that we had trouble parking, he immediately helped park the car without hesitation, so we didn't have to worry at all. When we wanted to find delicious skewers or plan the route around Napahai, they could always give the most authentic suggestions and even recommend reliable stores, which were more useful than the strategies we made.
The environment of the homestay is impeccable. As a person with a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about cleanliness, the cleanliness here completely exceeded expectations - the rooms are bright and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers have no peculiar smell at all, and even the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly. The facilities are also very considerate, with full-house floor heating and smart devices. The oxygen concentrator by the bed can automatically adjust the oxygen concentration, completely solving the worry about sleeping on the plateau. What's more surprising is that the location is in the center of the ancient town, only a three-minute walk to the prayer wheel, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
During the few days staying here, I was moved by the details every day: free down jackets and umbrellas, pre-prepared moisturizing masks, hot breakfast in the morning, and even after leaving, when we found that we had forgotten something, the boss would carefully send it back. This kind of warmth that is not family but better than family made the beauty of Shangri-La more concrete. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!
