Hotel a 2 stelle in Utah, Stati Uniti d'America

I booked this hotel for its location and price and it CAME THROUGH on both counts. It is located conveniently downtown, and the price was great compared to other options. There was black mold in the wallpaper above the shower, but the weather was amazing and I kept my windows open, so I wasn't concerned. The heating lamp in the bathroom didn't work, but that may have been intentional. Otherwise, everything was clean and functioning well! Staff was always available to help. Great view of the mountains (see photo). If you just need a convenient place to lay your head, then this is perfect. Will plan to stay here again.

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

Dopo il check-in in hotel, è stata addebitata sulla mia carta un'ulteriore prenotazione di 162,27 €. Ho informato la reception dell'hotel di ciò e mi hanno assicurato che questi due importi riservati sarebbero stati sbloccati dopo il check-out. Il primo importo riservato è stato sbloccato alcuni giorni dopo il check-out, ma il secondo no. Il 26 agosto 2024, sulla mia carta sono stati addebitati 80,93 € e lo stesso giorno sono stati nuovamente accreditati 80,43 €. Il risultato è che la mia carta è ancora addebitata oggi, undici giorni dopo il check-out, con una prenotazione di circa 180,00 $. Sono sorpreso da un simile comportamento e ho chiesto all'hotel di spiegare i motivi degli addebiti sulla mia carta. Ho già presentato reclamo a Wyndham e ho chiesto all'hotel di assicurarsi che l'importo, ancora riservato sulla mia carta, venga ora rapidamente sbloccato.

Decent enough motel for a 1 night stay when passing through Cedar City…good location near the small downtown area as well as the highway. Exterior doors could lead to some outside noise from the adjacent parking lot. The room with the king bed was on the second floor, the bed was comfortable enough for the night as were the pillows. The upgraded “rain” shower was a joke, great in theory but the one in our room wasn’t functional..:upon turning it on water spewed all over the bathroom as there was obviously something wrong with the installation or setup…the bathroom was extremely large with an exterior sink area which was separate from the toilet and shower…the tv was good in quality but the channel selection was a big disappointment as they did not even have any of the ESPN channels available to view. We did not try the breakfast as we were in a hurry the morning after our stay. All in all not a bad stay for the night, it was quiet, especially for a Friday night, and the price, although still somewhat high for the town was affordable. RECOMMEND.

Proprio vicino al punto di attrazione, sono stanchi di vivere fuori dalla zona di vista. È un buon ristorante italiano accanto. L'hotel è molto tranquillo. Quando si mangia la colazione, si può continuare a guardare la montagna. Si può anche uscire a viaggiare. Si può anche lavare i vestiti qui, ripulire e ripulire. Hotel was not a good place as floor was completely dirty and dirt sticks on feet. Trip.com service doesn't get processed with hotel's system automatically. It gives a delayed check in.

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not very clean, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a box of tissues running out from the moment I checked in. The amenities were very limited. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which made my stay less convenient. The room itself was also much smaller than I expected. While the location is excellent and the staff was generally average in their service, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope the management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and provide better facilities for future guests.
