Hotel a {{star}} a Otago, ({{countryName}})

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinewood its like a home away from home, all the staff are friendly too & It’s walking away from the center of the City. We Love Queenstown so much and we enjoy our vacation as family, thanks for the good accomodation Pinewood.

We washed and waiting our clothes to be dried in the dryer machine. It’s about room checkout time. The owner let us wait until the dryer completed, although it passed the check out  time. We were grateful to her kindness and helpfulness very much. 

Great location to base yourself for a few days of seeing Queenstown. (It really is that close.) Nice and friendly staff at check in and throughout. Most helpful. Ents included TV, books, games, couple of guitars, ocassional theme evenings. Couple of outdoor spaces. Bathrooms are fine although if fairly or more than fairly tall, the shower heads are surprisingly low down. I understand the difficulties with this given the time of year but a floor by floor deep clean is probably needed. Whilst I am no member of the fun police, having numerous notes across the place emphasising the need to keep noise down after 10pm, I can see why this might be a bit galling when the staff who live there alongside guests do not abide by this - especially when you have no idea who is a worker who is off duty. Might be impossible given temperatures, but it wasn't ideal to climb into my bunk in the pitch black (other than the light from my phone) and find a cat sleeping there (honestly!) I like a cat but if I hadn't had my phone lit, I would never have known and would have landed forcefully on it. I actually found it quite funny but a lot wouldn't. All hell could have broken loose if I had landed on it. (Amusingly and no joke, I was watching Don't F*** with Cats at the time and had paused it while I climbed in. Perhaps it was written...) Anyway, really nice spot and right for the price. Cheers!

超級中心，拉開窗簾就能看到地標大教堂。就是給了個2層房間有點低，而且寫了要2張單人床＋1大床也沒有給，這點有些遺憾。另外一樓自助密碼鎖不太靈光，不需要密碼直接打開了，不知道是不是前面那個人拿完key沒有關緊？酒店滿意，路邊18點到9點可以免費停車就是車位有些緊張

L'hotel è molto vecchio e tutto va bene. Ma la posizione è eccellente, proprio all'Ottagon, molto vicino alla cattedrale di St Paul. Puoi andare alla First Church, al Museo di Otago, all'Università di Otago e alla stazione ferroviaria Dunedin. La strada Baldwin è a 15 minuti di auto dall'hotel. Molto consigliato se si intende fare una passeggiata in città.

Ci sono io e la mia famiglia nel campo, perché non ci sono turisti in inverno, l'hotel ha una grande spiaggia!

It’s a vintage hotel, I’m surprised with the lift which is very old type of lift, the design very pretty and retro. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults. The heater is very powerful and strong. The hotel is located near to the town center and precinct street, just a few minutes of walk can reach.

Heartland has the ideal location - just a short walk from the heart of the city, yes the views from the King Chalet room was breathtaking. Thankful to be assigned a very nice corner room for my week’s stay. Interior of the room is kept simple yet comfortable. I had a most unforgettable stay!

El hotel es más lindo en vivo qué en fotos. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, con mucho detalle, se siente una vibra de atención al detalle muy buena. La tina de agua caliente para los huéspedes es una delicia. Funciona hasta las 10pm. El restaurante no es lo máximo, pero esta bien.

Il mio soggiorno di 2 notti nel parco di Harvest è stato un piacevole sorpresa, non troppo lontano dal centro della città (10 min di auto) e da vari vigneti :D Il pavimento riscaldato nel bagno è stato anche una bella sorpresa. Le persone carine che si occupano della proprietà, perché si trova nella zona del parco industriale di Cromwell. Era tranquillo di notte e anche di mattina (alcune recensioni hanno detto che potevano sentire il rumore dalle fabbriche intorno - non l'ho fatto!).
