Letto pulito e confortevole, ma costoso soggiorno per ciò che era un cappello... spesso si sentiva che non ci fossero abbastanza bagni, con lunghe coda per i bagni su tutti i piani di mattina e di notte.

Clean, tidy, and generally comfortable stay. The room was quite compact, but there was just enough space to store and open large suitcases, and there are heavy drawers under the bed for storage (no lock provided). The building itself is narrow and compact, with quite a few stairs required to access the kitchen, bathrooms, lounge areas, and some rooms, which may be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Our ground-floor room was directly below the shower units, and with thin walls, noise from water running, footsteps, and street traffic (as it’s centrally located on a main road) was noticeable. Light sleepers may find this disruptive. Facilities are good, with two shared kitchens (stovetops, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, cutlery, and crockery), indoor and balcony seating areas, and a large lounge (TV plays DVDs only). There are multiple shared unisex bathrooms, including single units and a space with two showers and toilets. This may not suit everyone. Cleaned in the morning but gets dirty by end of day. On a positive, there are plenty of bath mats, liquid soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Laundry is available via QR code payment (around $6 per wash or dry), and on-site parking is offered at $40 per night. Towel available for hire ($4). Staff super friendly.

A prima vista, il posto sembra bello e invitante, ma, in occasione di un'ispezione più approfondita, ci sono pochi problemi di manutenzione che richiedono attenzione. Diverse luci non funzionavano (solo circa 2 su 5), il telaio non era pulito come apparve inizialmente, e c’era forma nel doccia. Esistono anche segni di indossamento, come la piastratura intorno al bastone, e quando si usava il secchio di capelli faceva un rumore malsano, le bolle di bagno erano libere, che era di per sé. Il bagno manca di un fan di estratto, quindi diventa molto vapore. La testa del doccia è molto piccola con bassa pressione. Anche se c'è un'area esterna, non offre molta privacy, perché il motel è sulla strada. Il parcheggio è disponibile sul posto, che è un plus, ma non ci sono strutture lavanderia. C'è una cucina con tostapane, microonde, caldaia, frigorifero, cucina e cucina di base. Tuttavia, non è adatto per la cucina dei pasti corretti, e la mancanza di un bacino rende lavare o addirittura riempire il caldaia di svantaggio. Da parte positiva, la posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto a un nuovo supermercato del mondo e molto centrale. In generale, il luogo è ragionevolmente pulito, tempestivo e confortevole, ma sarebbe vantaggioso da qualche manutenzione.

Bel posto con posizione centrale della città di Oamaru, vicino al supermercato di Woolworth, alcuni bellissimi vecchi luoghi e spiaggia. Bella visita e foto. L'hotel mantiene la decorazione originale che si può sentire caldo con il fuoco e gli mobili in legno, ma la stanza è pulita con stile moderno.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo ritiro. Il luogo stesso è assolutamente spettacolare molto calmo, bellamente mantenuto, e circondato da visizioni respirose. Il ponte è stupendo, ed è stato il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. I proprietari erano eccezionalmente amici e andarono di sopra e di là per farmi sentire benvenuti e guardare in giro per tutta la mia permanenza. La loro ospitezia era veramente espressa. I cani erano bellissimi e aggiungevano così tanta calore all’esperienza. La colazione era eccellente e la varietà di tè disponibile era fuori dal mondo. Come viaggiatore solo femminile, mi sentivo completamente sicuro, comodo e ben curato, che è qualcosa che apprezzo molto. L'atmosfera è pacifica e nutriente esattamente quello che vuoi da un ritiro. L'unico minore svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dai negozi (circa un'ora di cammino). Tuttavia, questo è stato facilmente gestito, poiché Uber è solo un'unità 6-minute, e gli ospiti sono stati anche gentili abbastanza per offrire ascensori quando possibile. In generale, un luogo assolutamente stupendo, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno pacifico e memorabile.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Law Courts Hotel recently, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The building is very old and hasn’t had much renovation. The bathroom still has those separate hot and cold taps, which are inconvenient, and the carpet looked quite worn and not very clean—it definitely feels like the place could use some updating. That said, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of Dunedin, so it’s super convenient for getting around. It’s also very affordable, which is a big plus if you’re on a budget. Just keep in mind that being so central means it can be noisy; Saturday night, in particular, was hard to sleep through with all the street noise. Overall, if you’re after a budget-friendly place in a great location and don’t mind the quirks of an older hotel, it’s worth considering. But if you’re looking for something more modern and comfortable, you might want to look elsewhere.

Wow! What a find - place is amazing, seems like a new build (maybe 1-2 years old?). Facilities were great, parking was ample - but most of all staff were beyond amazing. Would recommend!! Note: even though location seems far from town, in reality it’s only a short 10min drive. Not too bad!!
