Hotel a 5 stelle in Bengala Occidentale, India

Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

L'hotel era pulito e bellissimo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La signora Kusum era molto gentile e professionale e persino cambiava la stanza secondo le nostre esigenze. Il colazione era con buona diffusione come al solito per gli standard JW. Solo il ritorno, troppo numerosi ospiti. Crowded durante il colazione e lobby erano riempiti di persone a causa di matrimoni e eventi. Altrimenti servizio, servizi e zone di piscina erano tutte bellissime. soddisfatto, nessun rimpianto

I had a great stay during my business trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after work. The staff were professional and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers and would be happy to stay here again.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

hotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours. The room is comfortable and clean. The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes. The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests just cut in and then he/she will have attention diverted. Coffeshop (place where we have breakfast) service is ok in the morning. Mainly because it is buffet. However, if lunch time 3 to 4pm, their staff is slow in responding and waiting for food and bill is very long. Their chinese resturant always seems to be closed. So within my days of stay, i visited twice and i was told it is closed. I dont use their facilities.

This was our first stay at Taj. We were thoroughly impressed. Everything was immaculately clean. It is next door to City Centre 2 shopping mall so there is a lot of food choices nearby. The reception were welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of our best stays in Kolkata. Hyatt Regency Kolkata is an excellent all purpose hotel with high end restaurants and five start guest services, fast Internet, clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, clean water supply always and more. I highly recommend this five start hotel which has kept up to it's reputation for decades. It has a wide variety of food choices and sumptuous breakfast.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere nella vostra proprietà e volevo condividere qualche feedback per aiutare a migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti. Il colazione è stato eccellente e ha rispettato le aspettative, ben preparati, ma la stanza e il benvenuto non hanno soddisfatto le norme di un hotel 5-star. L'interno e le strutture sono cadute in meno di quanto descritto nei dettagli della prenotazione, che è stato deludente. Suggerisco gentilmente che la gestione si rivolga a queste aree per garantire la coerenza. Spero che i futuri soggiorni saranno ancora migliori e pienamente allineati alla vostra famosa reputazione 5-star. Una esperienza senza guai. Rimanere incredibilmente lussuoso a un prezzo grande per un viaggiatore d'affari. Ottima competenza inglese da tutti. Servizio in camera era pronto, anche se non ordinavo fino a mezzanotte. Nawab, il *** che ha aiutato con le auto, era un aiuto fenomenale; mi ha chiamato e mi ha assicurato che il viaggio andasse bene, e mi ha portato e la macchina mi ha caricato e mi ha portato.

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!
