I left my phone in the restaurant and realised after I reached the airport. The staff found my phone and had it sent to me to the airport. Thank you, you saved my life!

The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.

Il nostro soggiorno era semplicemente sorprendente! Mi piaceva l'hotel soprattutto a causa del servizio eccezionale al cliente e delle fantastiche esperienze alimentari. Il soggiorno era semplicemente perfetto. Tutti i membri del personale incontrati erano un piacere e così utile. Grazie per le meravigliose memorie.

The service was very good. Especially the lady Doyal, who was so pleasant and kept assisting us when needed. She was very hospitable and did not hesitate to tend to our needs.

All staff so friendly and professional service. Feel like back home oftenly. Especially Mr. Vishwas . He is very intelligent, speed service, friendly, service mind, good altitude, very professionally service . Will back again soon. All the best please.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent food and the warm hospitality of your team. However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: • The use of strong scents in the common areas and rooms could be moderated, as it can be overwhelming at times. • Room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure a consistently high standard. • During my visit to the gym, I noticed that some of the equipment was not functioning properly, which limited the workout experience. The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

Molto buon hotel di tipo coloniale vecchio con molto fascino. Naturalmente non è più in colpo su alcuni dettagli come l’informazione inesistente (orari, menu resto, room service, yoga corso ) Il resto della serata è a buffet, ma chiude presto. Ma...
