Good location & service. Friendly and hospitable staff. We came at the start and end of our trip (a few days apart) and staff remembered what we shared earlier & made an effort to check in on us. Paid an upgrade for connecting room

Room is spacious and mattress is hard enough. Breakfast spread is exceptional and staff are all excellent, especially the house keeping ones. Only drawback is many guests are smoking and vaping everywhere in the hotel, got to keep inhaling second hand smoke while swimming in hotel pool:(

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

Hotel is quite new and spacious room for good rest. All the basic amenities is provided and aircon work well. Opposite was KFC and some local eatery so quite convenience for anytime need. We most of time using Grab hauling service when go out and come back. Satisfy to the stay. Thank you.

Questo hotel è molto economico per il livello di Harris. Ci sono piscina, palestra e giochi per bambini. La stanza non è così spaziosa ma molto comoda per due persone. Ho chiesto un ferro e l'hanno consegnato alla mia stanza molto rapidamente. Potrebbero fare meglio per il ristorante, l'ascensore, e il bagno quindi nessun doccia bidet un po'di lotta per i bambini (ho avuto un ospite con bambini che arrivavano).

Basic older hotel popular with local travellers because it's close (10 min walk) to Tunjungan Plaza. Room is tired looking. Old towels. Mattress is old and sunk in when lying on it. Gave me sore back. Requested for mattress changed. But the replacement was soft too. Gym was a small room with a few free weights, a muti function equipmeny, 1 bench + 2 waking machines. The carpet floor probably was vacuumed once upon a time. The corridor carpet is really old dirty and torn at a few spots. Breakfast buffet was so so.

Exquisite breakfast especially the healthy breakfast and egg station. Enchanting facilities, gotta try the pool n fine dining at rooftop. Enthralled by the staff in every department. Special thank you to Front desk Lady, Chef Andrys for the superb healthy and fresh breakfast and Dining staff Chelsea for their service. A gem in Surabaya, newly open and not far from Tunjungan Plaza, it is a quiet area, very clean hotel and best of all, great attitude by every staff. This can only happen because it is led by super general manager and incredible Chief Chef Andrys who ensure cleaniness and freshness. I humbly salute every staff for making my stay so EXTRAORDINARY (from 1 night to 4 nights). I'll be back!!! Thank you... P:s... Maybe add simple gym room in the future? 🤭😜☺️

This hotel has the most flawless service we have received, perhaps ever. The breakfast is magnificent. The team is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it’s for Business, family or a stay with your partner you will be over the moon with your time at Aloft Surabaya. Incredible, a must stay.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed
