stay for a night during our transit in Surabaya — the room looks new, and very clean. didn't book the breakfast option as we are planning to leave early so we didn't try their food. The staff also friendly and helpful, the hotel is located at praxis building, we went with a car and the hotel will provide the free parking voucher on your check-in. Got few resto and circle-K as well on the ground level, so very convenient. will come back next time!

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Anche se c'era una piccola signorina, ma il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La camera era gentile viene con posizione strategica. comunque, grazie per l'aggiornamento, apprezzo!

Questa è la mia seconda volta qui. Se siete a Surabaya, soprattutto con bambini, soggiornare qui è la soluzione migliore. Non c'è bisogno di uscire dall'edificio; è tutto a portata di mano perché è collegato direttamente al centro commerciale Pakuwon e al PTC. La colazione è super abbondante e deliziosa.

Se stai cercando una fuga accogliente e romantica, questo hotel è una scelta fantastica per le coppie. Ho deciso di aggiornare la mia camera per una vista sulla montagna, e ha assolutamente valso la pena. Svegliarsi verso la vista di un'incantevole vista non solo di una ma di due montagne è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile. Il freddo ha aggiunto al fascino, soprattutto quando si è spruzzato leggermente, creando un'atmosfera tranquilla e brillante. Seduto sul balcone con una tazza calda di caffè (o anche il caffè ghiaccio per una torsione rinfrescante) mentre guardando le persone nuotare sotto era incredibilmente rilassante. Le luci di incrocio dalle case dei locali nella distanza rendevano la vista ancora più magica alla notte. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel stesso, non c'è niente di cui preoccuparsi. E' pulito, comodo e sorprendentemente conveniente. Se stai cercando un soggiorno budget-friendly ma romantico con una vista stupenda, questo posto è certamente valente la pena considerare.

Questa è la mia prima volta che soggiorno in Hotel Dialog. La vista è così sorprendente.. la amate.. La maggior parte del personale è umile e curato. In generale mi piace stare in Dialog. Raccomando di aggiungere più varietà di cibo al menu del colazione.

I loved this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always with a smile on their faces. I had basic room and it was fine, very good value. Beautiful location overlooking Bali. Lovely pool area. I would book here again if I’m lucky enough to return 🙏🏼🙏🏼

So far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.
