Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

Piccola paesaggio, bellissimo ristorante, splendide strutture, spazio per 3 adulti, asciugamani già arretrati, asciugamani non viso/mano, sapone troppo piccolo

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza nelle quattro stagioni di Sheraton. La posizione è perfetta per i turisti c'è un grande centro commerciale vicino alla porta, rendendolo super conveniente per cena e shopping. Una vivace strada turistica è anche a pochi passi da qui, quindi c'è sempre qualcosa da esplorare. Il servizio era eccellente per tutta la mia permanenza. Il personale era amichevole, attento, e sempre pronto ad aiutare. In generale, questo hotel offre grande comfort, comodità e ospite. Molto consigliato per chiunque visita la zona!

Questo hotel è molto economico per il livello di Harris. Ci sono piscina, palestra e giochi per bambini. La stanza non è così spaziosa ma molto comoda per due persone. Ho chiesto un ferro e l'hanno consegnato alla mia stanza molto rapidamente. Potrebbero fare meglio per il ristorante, l'ascensore, e il bagno quindi nessun doccia bidet un po'di lotta per i bambini (ho avuto un ospite con bambini che arrivavano).

Overall i quite satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, particularly that the staff was very helpful to warm the food that we bought from outside vendors. The only feedback i want to convey, there was cigarette smoke smells in one of the room that we stay which was 2011 . I believe the previous guests was smoking as i saw an ashtray on the table😓and also on the walkway from the lift to the rooms quite polluted. I hope Grand Whiz Praxis can improve to provide the smoke free environment

Vale davvero la pena anak2. . G deve andare da qualsiasi parte è completo .. Se cerchi bambini, puoi essere felice qui .. Basta metterlo dentro, la stanza può essere rigiovanita di nuovo .. - Alla grande.

Questo è un ottimo posto dove soggiornare prima o dopo il traghetto per Bali. Lo direi di nuovo: posizione, cordialità, pulizia, tutto ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel staff not so warm and friendly. Some do not understand basic english. I was left standing for no reason. Only when i asked what am i waiting for, someone “jumped” in and served me. Room was ok. Comfy bed. I slept well. But towels are were old with frayed ends. Gross. Location is less than 10 mins to Tunjungan Plaza, a popular mall. Traffic is mad so crossing the road is challenging. No bottled water but rooms have pitchers to fill up water from Dispensers outside rooms. Good initiative.
