This hotel perfect for the firs timer to Jakarta. Located in the heart of Jakarta: Bunderan HI. premium location near high brand malls, you can easily stroll for nightlife, culture and heritage also museums nearby. hospitality excellent! I was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King type, and additional services for my husband bday.. really recommend this hotel to everyone who's first timer to Jakarta

Set in Jakarta’s upscale Mega Kuningan district — surrounded by embassies, corporate towers, and neighbours like The Ritz-Carlton — JW Marriott Jakarta blends five-star sophistication with warm, attentive service. My two-night stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and courteous. My room offered a quiet, luxurious retreat with excellent soundproofing, a plush bed, and all the thoughtful touches a seasoned traveler appreciates — from a well-stocked minibar to sleek workspace lighting. The Executive Lounge was a standout: • Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views. • Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented. • Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping. The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta. A diverse spread of international and local dishes, live egg and noodle stations, vibrant tropical fruits, cold-pressed juices, and artisan breads made for a lavish yet balanced start to the day. Beyond the hotel, its central location puts you steps from upscale malls (Lotte Shopping Avenue, Pacific Place), fine dining, and major business hubs — making it ideal for both leisure and corporate travel. Verdict: JW Marriott Jakarta delivers quiet luxury with heart. It’s polished but never pretentious, spacious yet personal. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Il cibo del ristorante dell'hotel potrebbe essere migliorato. Le camere sono confortevoli, ma i servizi igienici sono vecchi, uno dei rubinetti è rotto e l'acqua non si apre, il che potrebbe essere migliorato. Nel complesso, è stata una buona esperienza per il mio primo soggiorno in questo hotel.

Location is good. Service was mediocre, the housekeeping response is very slow and even missed our request for one day house keeping. Make sure you request non-cemetery facing view 😂😂😂

This was our first stay at the hotel and overall, everything was okay. The room was clean, the service was decent, and the facilities met our basic expectations. Nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose well for a short stay.

Aveva una stanza re al dodicesimo piano per 7 giorni. La prima impressione dell'hotel era giusta, il corridoio puzza di muschio/alimento. La camera è grande, ma sicuramente ha bisogno di pulizia e manutenzione. Stoffe sul tappeto, scariche sul cabinetto, cabina di cob sul tetto della camera da bagno, odore di drenaggio del bagno quando si usa il doccia, pressione del tubo di doccia è debole, manutenzione non è coerente con riempimento di attrezzature, spesso non completa. Il condizionamento dell'aria è estremamente freddo, il controllo in camera non ha molto effetto sulla variazione della temperatura dell'ac camera ma per avere il On/Off. 2 bottiglie d'acqua sono complimentari ogni giorno, così come una volta benvenuti snacks.

Stayed one night at DoubleTree Jakarta Diponegoro and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and I loved the welcome cookie. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. In the morning, I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast – such a relaxing way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. Great location near Cikini Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. Service was great as well. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf. The room was spacious and comfortable too. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

This Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage. Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function. Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.

Il 2° soggiorno qui in questo oasi con lobby di check-in sul livello Sky Lobby (premere il pulsante SL nell'ascensore). Ancora una volta, mi sono aggiornato in una suite da una camera senza chiedere un aggiornamento. Amore la macchina del caffè come ho bisogno di il mio espresso ogni mattina. Il personale di servizio è sorridente e gentile, non cercando di piacere a qualche altro hotel, parlando con voi, quindi si ottiene un sacco di privacy, buono per introvert come me haha. Le aree circostanti non sono incoraggianti per camminare fuori. Non c'è un centro commerciale adiacente, ma il furgone è economico e veloce per andare a centri e ristoranti vicini (recomanda il ristorante indonesiano The Acre in Menteng & Semesta al livello 2 del centro commerciale Ashta District 8). In realtà nessun centro commerciale connesso migliora notevolmente la tranquillità e la sicurezza dell'hotel. In sintesi, valore per soldi per un nuovo, tranquillo e tranquillo hotel 5-star con grandi camere, TV intelligente, caffè, lavatrice, sedile igienico con innescato in spray bidet, & stretta sicurezza.
