Hotel a 4 stelle in Maryland, Stati Uniti d'America

L'hotel è anche buona posizione.Circa 35 minuti di auto per il centro, ma ancora buona opzione per fermarsi

La stanza è molto grande, l'atteggiamento di servizio è anche buono. La mancanza di parcheggio negli Stati Uniti e nella Cina non è gratis. La colazione è anche un'ulteriore tassa ~ ma l'altra parte è 7-11, e ci sono tutti i tipi di cibo, il problema è buono a risolvere ~ Ps: il museo di Washington è molto gratis, e non c'è molto tempo per vivere.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

Il caffè 5 dollari non ha alcun sapore di una tazza, La stanza non ha acqua (la reception ha detto che ci sono scatole vuote per pulire l'acqua nel piano di alloggio (il risultato è rotto 😅) e il parcheggio non è gratuito per $50.Questo prezzo è il prezzo standard di hotel a cinque stelle a casa, questa volta è davvero insolito.

Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

No doubt the location and cleanliness was good. Everything else. Parking card was not working and every time I had to press call button to open the barrier. The room had no air dryer. There was some kind of dirt coming from the AC all the time. On top of that, they have automated their room service through IVR, and I had to go downstairs to request for anything. WIFI was available for free if I become Marriott member so they were forcing for free membership. Except for the guy who completed my Check-in, everybody seemed so sad and unwelcoming without a pleasant smile on their face.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino al Museo Walters, alla biblioteca Peabody e a molte vecchie chiese, ci sono supermercati di mercato delle strade.La colazione dell'hotel è deliziosa, ora è fatta, ci vuole un po'di tempo.Non lontano dal porto interno, più di 20 minuti a piedi, meno di $10 per un auto. Buona esperienza di alloggio, resteremo la prossima volta.
