Accanto al Terminal T5 c'è una stazione di servizio e un piccolo supermercato di fronte. È relativamente comodo lasciare la città la mattina e non sarà troppo affollato. È a un'ora di macchina dalla città e molti gruppi di turisti scelgono di soggiornare qui. La camera è molto nella media. Al momento della prenotazione è stato dimostrato che c'è un piccolo frigorifero, ma in realtà non c'è! Abbiamo fatto il check-in con mia figlia, ma inaspettatamente ci è stato dato un letto extra. L'aria condizionata non deve essere calda, quindi la trapunta sul letto extra è stata utile. L'acqua del bagno era molto lenta. Prima che finissi di fare il bagno, l'acqua traboccava senza scendere. In camera non sono forniti acqua minerale, pantofole e set di cortesia. È necessario portare il proprio adattatore per la presa in camera. Accanto al lavandino è presente una presa per l'asciugacapelli che può essere utilizzata con le prese di ricarica dei cellulari Apple. Vicino al lavandino c'è paura dell'acqua, quindi prestare attenzione alla sicurezza quando lo si utilizza! La colazione può solo dirsi abbondante. Che sia buono o meno dipende dal gusto personale. L'orario della colazione è dalle 6:30 alle 10:30.

Very close to T5, using the hotel Hoppa bus is just a couple of minutes from the airport, room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an early morning flight

Abbiamo raggiunto alle 1:30, mentre la prima corsa era alle 2:30 e ci è stato detto che se volessimo controllare in anticipo dovremmo pagare un canone di £20. Quando le corse iniziano spesso a circa 2-2:30, questo sembrava ingiustificato. Ho dovuto uscire dal corso di corsa tra le corse per controllare In. Ho soggiornato all'hotel di corsa di Lingfield e ci hanno controllati alle 12:30 quando la nostra stanza era pronta. Sono andato a colazione alle 7:50 e non c'era nessun menu, il personale sembrava completamente disorganizzato. Non c'era alcuna istruzione su come ordinare cibo. Il continente “aiuto a te” era ok, ma aveva molto poche opzioni di frutta. Aveva alpro soia e latte di avena come alternative al latte. La stanza era pulita e tesa ma molto fondamentale. Aveva un ventilatore libero che era buono nel caldo tempo. Il bagno era grande e comodo.Il doccia era bello e aveva gel di doccia.Il servizio clienti l'ha lasciato un po'.

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e gentile. Le domande saranno presto aiutate a gestire. La decorazione dell'hotel e la casa privata sono più vecchie, la camera da letto dovrebbe essere migliore per la ristrutturazione.L'aspetto generale dell'hotel e la camera sono puliti; l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo.Guida al centro di Liu Xiang circa 12-15 minuti, adatto per i viaggiatori auto. I prezzi delle case includono la macchina per la caccia, ma la caccia è pagata in più.

The Hotel was very oldy worldy, Lovely, with lots of history. The location was beautiful and quiet an ideal spot for the wedding we attended, the old barn part of the pub was lovely for the wedding, ideal. Now the pub, food was nice in the pub although my potatoes delivered with my meal were that late that id eaten half my dinner before they came out. Staff were very accommodating and removed the additional cost of £6 for potatoes from the Bill. The Hotel sections of the establishment is now in need of a freshen up, lick of paint. For a building built in A.D 1147 i suppose you would expect it but there is maintenance needed. Cleanliness was ok but needed hoovering around the bed posts a bit closer and a few cob webs removed from the room ceiling. Other than that it was a lovely stay, couldn't thought the staff and the surrounding area, lovely walks along the Thames.

Hotel is located in downtown.. just 2 mins from the train station. Large room and clean. All staffs are friendly.

Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, con conveniente accesso sia ai servizi ferroviari che ai servizi di autobus. Il canale è proprio dietro l'hotel, offrendo molti ristoranti che servono una vasta gamma di cucine. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, accogliente e utile. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno e sarei certamente tornato in futuro!
