Cambogia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Sihanoukville

Overall, a pretty nice resort on a Cambodian island. While the employees can be a little slow and inattentive, they get the job done. Breakfast is ok and the food is pretty good. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. If you want to go somewhere and sit on the beach and have drinks, this place is ideal - calm atmosphere, comfortable beach chairs, and beautiful ocean. The resort is on one end of a large beach and you can walk 20-30 minutes down to a store and a few other establishments. This place also has a good pool that is surprisingly deep. I was there by myself, but I think it’s best for families or couples (there were other single people at the resort and on the beach). I would have no problems staying here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per cinque notti nel gennaio 2026 e abbiamo cambiato due camere una con vista sul mare e una con vista sul giardino. Le camere erano sorprendenti: spaziose, pulite, con mobili freschi e recenti riparazioni. Li amavamo davvero. Le grandi finestre e cortine controllate da una distanza è assolutamente meraviglioso aprire le cortine di mattina con una distanza mentre si trovano a letto. Il personale è molto attento, amichevole e utile, e si aspetta letteralmente i vostri desideri e aiutare con tutto da portare bagagli nella stanza a gonfiare una grande materassi di gomma per i bambini. Il ristorante è molto buono, con un menu vario e delizioso cibo. Il colazione ha tutto: diversi tipi di uova, pancake, frittelle, waffles, succo delizioso. Essentialmente, tutti i nostri desideri sono stati soddisfatti dal ristorante. Il centro è il Surf Club un'ondata artificiale e l'opportunità di surf, con un'ora libera al giorno per gli ospiti. Il mio bambino più vecchio viveva lì e imparò a stare sul tavolo. Vorrei anche sottolineare in particolare la pulizia della spiaggia, che è costantemente mantenuta: la sabbia non è solo ridotta con i racchiusi, ma è in realtà setata con attrezzature speciali. Non troverai una sola pila, una grossa scatola, un bastoncino di sigaretta o qualcosa del genere. La sabbia è perfettamente pulita, i saloni del sole sono buoni, le mattresse sono pulite. È semplicemente un paradiso. Questo posto è meraviglioso non solo per la sua posizione, ma perché il personale fa il massimo sforzo per creare comfort, pulizia e un'atmosfera veramente piacevole.

Fate attenzione alle foto pubblicate se non volete rimanere delusi. Il resort si trova vicino al molo, quindi l'acqua non è limpida come in altre zone di Saracen Bay. È relativamente tranquillo e la colazione è appena sufficiente, con un'ampia scelta di opzioni occidentali. Meno sarebbe meglio. Un caffè decente costa 4 dollari in più. Il personale parla inglese in modo molto limitato, il che può rendere difficile la comunicazione. Preparatevi a un po' di avventura: se il tempo cambia (anche nelle giornate di sole), verrete portati in trattore attraverso la parte posteriore dell'isola per raggiungere il molo di Sooneng, poiché il percorso sulla spiaggia non è percorribile a piedi.

La camera era pulita e accogliente, ma la ventola di aspirazione non funzionava, rendendo il bagno umido. Abbiamo contattato la reception più volte, ma non hanno riparato la ventola. Dicevano che funzionava, ma in realtà non ha mai funzionato. L'acqua era tiepida, rendendo la doccia scomoda, e la vasca da bagno era inutilizzabile in quelle condizioni. Questo è stato un grosso inconveniente. Per il resto, l'hotel era piacevole. La colazione al ristorante era varia, con un menù europeo e un'ampia scelta. L'hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata con accesso al mare, nonché di due piscine. Le piscine sono pulite.

Il primo giorno di andamento, dopo un'ora di Wifi, la cellulare dell'isola di Golong non ha segnali, quindi Xiaolong può usare Wifi dell'hotel e chiedere al personale della reception quando può essere riparata. Il supporto dice che la zona è rotta, quindi trovare un altro bar spiaggia Wu Wifi lungo la spiaggia. Il WiFi è stato riparato fino alla mattina successiva, ma ho scoperto che il clima e la camera erano rotti. La manutenzione dell'apparecchiatura era davvero molto scarsa. Volevo vivere ancora una notte. Dopo tutto, la sok San Beach Pesha dell'hotel era bella e poche persone, ma l'apparecchiatura mi ha portato a perdere la fiducia in questo hotel e a cambiare un altro resort. L'isola di motocicletta è stata affittata, e la sera quando la moto è stata ancora chiusa, ho scoperto che l'hotel era di nuovo in arresto. Non c'era nessuna receptionista. Tutti gli ospiti erano all'emergenza del ristorante. Puo' dire che non c'era una casa continua. È troppo. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e deliziosa.E'la migliore esperienza.

Ottimo resort comodamente posizionato al centro di Saracen bay. La gestione della struttura è professionale e ben organizzata per arrivi/partenze, attenzione al cliente, proposte di attività. C'è una comoda piscina a bordo spiaggia, utile per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate di mare agitato. La spiaggia non è larghissima, per isolarsi un po' dal mondo occorre fare una camminata di 10 minuti o cambiare baia. Il personale è estremamente gentile ed il menù cibo è bevande è ampio, variegato e complessivamente di buona qualità (molto invitante la vetrinetta dei dolci). Assolutamente consigliato.

Novotel Sihanoukville – My Honest Review I recently stayed at Novotel Sihanoukville with my family, and unfortunately, the overall experience was below my expectations. The first issue was the hotel's policy on outside food and drinks. There is a sign clearly stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, it doesn't seem to be enforced. The corridor on my floor was constantly filled with strong food smells, and even my kids' room was affected. The smell became so unpleasant that I had to request the hotel to spray the room. I also noticed that some rooms appeared to have more than five guests staying together. I'm not sure whether the hotel allows this or whether it is being monitored properly. I strictly followed the hotel policy and booked two rooms for my family, so it felt a little unfair if others were not following the same rules. As for the food, both the seafood dinner buffet and breakfast were just average. They were acceptable, but they did not meet the standard I normally expect from an Accor hotel. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the bathroom ventilation needs improvement. Whenever someone used the toilet, the smell spread throughout the entire room because the exhaust ventilation was not effective. The biggest highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and the swimming pool bar crew, they consistently provided excellent service. They were the best part of our stay. One major disappointment was the swimming pool. The water did not look clean, and it discouraged me from swimming. This was something I really did not expect from a Novotel property. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel has good potential, especially because of its excellent staff, but the facilities and overall maintenance need improvement. With better enforcement of hotel policies, cleaner facilities, improved ventilation, and higher food quality, I believe the guest experience could be much better. Overall rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I got a good offer through trip.com. For this price , I cannot complain . The room is spacious . Nice Pool area . Noise is a little issue , I could hear every word of my neighbors .I could even hear my neighbor snoring . sound isolation is very poor . one night , I guess my other neighbors complained about me , having the TV running on moderate volume , they were banging on the wall . But my TV was really not loud , no music , only watching news . Another thing is the pool area . The area is big , pool is nice and cold . Sunbeds are in the shadow though from morning until afternoon , cause the building itself is blocking the sun . And pool area should be a place to relax , enjoy peace and quiet in privacy . But there is constant coming and going of staff , using the pool area as a link from motorbike parking to hotel building . There is garbage to transport out of the building , laundry , deliveries are made through the pool area . Staff are coming and leaving . If you are lying there , belly exposed , you want to have a minimal level of privacy . But you'll have fully dressed people walking beside you every other minute . you will find no quite relaxation , the vibe feels more like a train station . The hotel should have built a separate service corridor for staff and deliveries next to the pool area .security is using the seating area next to the pool to have a long conversation on his walkie talkie . Sometimes there is music playing from the bar at the pool . But it's not that some clever mind designed a suitable playlist of background music .it seems like whoever is working at the bar can make music using their personal smartphone . Music gets stopped in the middle of a song , to chose a different song . Sometimes you hear a notification sound cause the phone received some message . The music gets turned off and and on randomly. No place to relax . The photos were taken in a time span of under 10 minutes Balcony was cleaned only once in my 3 weeks stay . For me personally no big deal , but in an hotel that charges 45$ or more , I would expect a little more care .

Had a great little vacation here. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations
