Giappone: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

This is our first time to ski Japan.  This hotel was located perfectly with great access to some super beginning facilities.  Good enough about skiing, the hotel is perfect and the staff is amazing. The food and amenities are excellent. We had a private hot spring every evening really added to the enjoyment.  My wife and I and eight year-old daughter had a great time  you so much for the great experience and all the hospitality  Perfect Stay. 100%!!!

Good location, train station is just opposite. Nearby also have many F&B. Cleanliness is good. Room is not very spacious, it makes me think of Shinjuku Washington Hotel size. But service is very good, more friendly, and they help us to move the luggage up to our room straight after our bag hv transfer via luggage transfer service. So when we reach hotel, we just need to check in and go up straight. There's washing machine and dryer provided with fee, however is a small one. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Will consider to stay here again if I visiting Nagano.

Ora questo è un hotel molto speciale. Se puoi permettertelo, basta pagare il prezzo. La colazione è eccellente... E 'come un chef stella Michelin che prepara la diffusione. Il personale si allontana dal modo per essere piacevole e utile. Menzione speciale Jason Chan, dal desk front, uscì dal suo modo per aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la compagnia di noleggio auto con un pneumatico punturato. La stanza in cui ci siamo fermati era così bella, ci siamo contenti di stare in camera in un giorno piovoso. Un'esperienza eccezionale in un hotel molto bello. Bene valgono ogni cento.

There are limited amenities when choosing the west cottages. The onsen and gym is only until 19:00, to which is often the time where we have dinner or arrive in the hotel from touring or shopping. So we were not able to use it on day 1. And on day 2, we were rushing to go back to the hotel just for it. 2. The small cottage doesn’t have any AC. It was hot at since it’s already mid Ma. They provided 1 electric fan for us. So be aware for those who chose the cottage accommodations.

Il personale ha provato il meglio, ma la loro competenza inglese è un problema. Dover catturare gli autobus di shuttle per i campi sciistici ogni giorno è stato frustrante - di solito erano molto affollate e poco frequenti (anche se ci siamo viaggiati fuori dalla stagione di picco). L'hotel era fuori dalla dimensione di sci che uno dei nostri gruppi aveva bisogno. Ci era molto limitato (quasi nessun) cibo vegetariano disponibile anche se lo avevamo richiesto prima della partenza (alcuni dei nostri gruppi erano vegetariani). Non c'erano stazioni televisive inglesi, l'hotel è stato ben presentato con grande pulizia di casa e il ronzio è stato molto apprezzato.

Caro signor Nakamura, Vorrei prendere un momento per congratularmi con il suo personale di front desk, AWO, per il suo eccellente servizio durante il nostro soggiorno a Courtyard Marriott Hakuba. Da check-in all'out, era costantemente utile e professionale, in particolare, ci ha aiutati a prenotare un autobus e poi a organizzare un taxi, sempre a gestire le nostre richieste con efficienza e con un atteggiamento caldo. Il suo sostegno ha reso il nostro soggiorno felice e piacevole. Vi prego di trasmettere la mia apprezzamento all'AWO. Grazie a voi e alla vostra squadra per l'ottima ospitalità.

Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

Excellent service and helpful staff, especially appreciate the pick up car services from station to hotel. Spacious room and comfortable beds. The only thing is the central heater that a bit too warm but you can open the window to regulate the temperature.

L'hotel è un castello europeo del XVIII secolo, e la gente calda e tranquilla, la qualità del servizio è soddisfatta in tutti gli aspetti. Ci sono autobus e non molto tempo. Se c'è autobus, sarà più conveniente vivere per giorni la prossima volta
