Bella casa divertente fuori dall'autostrada e è un gemello nascosto! Bella decorazione italiana, soprattutto nel ristorante, che continua nella stanza in cui mia moglie ha commentato, facendo pensare alla stanza che abbiamo soggiornato a Venezia. Un'altra cosa grande è che hanno riscaldato la stanza prima di arrivare, quindi è bello e caldo entrammo. Il ristorante serviva anche buon cibo italiano. Sarebbe rimasto lì!

la posizione è davvero buona.. la pulizia è anche la stessa.. assicurarsi che la tua stanza abbia una finestra 🪟. Non ho notato questo dettaglio.. ma i letti sono flessibili.. non c'è bollitore o panno per il bagno e lo shampoo era scarso..

Excellent service, as always. Good gym facilities and pool. Changing rooms being refurbished but robes are provided instead. Beautiful room - I was upgraded to a suite on this particular stay. Great location, convenient to M3. I stay here regularly and it never disappoints. Also very good value for money.

Se stai cercando un po' di tempo tranquillo, questo è un hotel tranquillo.
L'atmosfera è calma e la squadra di accoglienza è benvenuta, non menzionare i molti punti di vista per guardare le barche nel porto.
Sono venuto a questo hotel 10 anni fa in un viaggio per ragazze, e mentre cercavo di andare da qualche parte, sono venuto in questo hotel e ho pensato di marcare il mio anniversario 10-year. E devo dire che non c'è cambiato nulla. Dopo aver detto che, credo che sia il momento di una rigenerazione, perché la decorazione sta diventando datata. L'esterno dell'edificio, insieme alle finestre, ha bisogno di pulizia e di vernice fresche. L'equipaggio di pulizia ha bisogno di prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. Inoltre, quando una stanza è stata pulita e chiusa per un po', devono ricordare che acquisterà polvere costruita e quando la rilascia a un ospite, deve essere rinfrescata.
In generale, è un posto bellissimo, tranquillo lontano dalla fretta e dalla rabbia di Londra, e lo consiglierei, e lo visiterò di nuovo in futuro!

Arrived on a very quiet day, they'd just had a wedding the day before. There was 1 lady working front of house (and bar/dining), she was very attentive and welcoming!

The hotel is in a perfect location for what we wanted, lovely pub’s restaurants and amazing little boutique shops. The room was really nice and clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast was lovely and good they do 2for1 cocktails during a happy hour

Beh, il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono.I dipendenti dell'hotel sono sempre molto amichevoli e felici di aiutare le persone.Sono sempre disposti a rispondere alle mie domande e a fornire consigli utili.Inoltre, il colazione fornita dall'hotel è molto delizioso, molti tipi di e hanno diverse opzioni ogni giorno. Il servizio del ristorante è anche molto buono, i dipendenti sono sempre molto attenti e entusiasti.
L'unica difetto è che il prezzo dell'hotel è leggermente alto, ma considerando la posizione dell'hotel e la qualità del servizio, penso che sia ancora ragionevole.In breve, mi piace molto l'hotel. Se vado di nuovo in questa città, scelgo di rimanere di nuovo.

Depressing place at motorway services. I had asked for a quiet room as I was travelling for work. One had not been given however the front desk gentleman was happy to move me. It proved to be a false economy though, since the noise from the room above was extremely annoying. I’m not sure what some people seem to do in hotel rooms – sounded like they were just pacing up and down between seven and midnight!
Otherwise a clean and basic stay. Bed reasonably comfortable.
Won’t stay again as I’ve stayed here two or three times now and I’ve never been really satisfied.

Just needed two nights stay at short notice.
Lucky rooms available at very good rate.
Great location and peaceful despite wedding going on till mid night. Excellent rate as well.
Room was in the stable block, only down side could not open window to enjoy Fresh air as on first floor, very peaceful grounds. The main house impressive inside and grounds wonderful.

Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour.
The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired.
Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

UUtente ospiteBreakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests.
Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer.
I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast.
Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise!
Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village!
It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

JJoodsI had booked the hotel as I was attending and office Christmas party and didn’t want to drive home after. The location was important as I wanted easy walking distance from the venues we were visiting and a central location as I would be walking back alone to the hotel late at night.
It felt as though the visit got off to a bad start as although I arrived close to check in time, there was no room to park at the hotel car park. To be fair , the hotel website does mention it’s not big and is on a ‘first come…’ basis, however the site does not explain alternative parking options. I parked at a multi storey carpark about 5 mins walk away. I parked at 3:15 pm with parking expiry at 9:15 am- not ideal- either leave early or make sure you make a note to top up!
The reception area is bright and spacious and looked very pleasant; check in was efficient.
However, the room was very dated, ( dark furniture which had seen better days, the easy chair was in need of recovering). Hmmm
The room looked clean however there was hair (head an ‘body’ hair on the bathroom floor (not one or two strands), and for the first time in over 30 years of hotel stays I had to request housekeeping to clean my room. I requested this upon leaving the hotel for the evening. The receptionist was shocked when I mentioned it and on my return I could she issue had been remedied.
Breakfast was ‘ok’.

UUtente ospiteA repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake.
The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best.
Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

I have seen how they are from inside and outside, but trust me, this five-star hotel truly won my heart. The moment I entered, it gave me an old-fashioned feeling. The furniture was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The ability to play YouTube and watch movies added an extra layer of comfort to my stay.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Opposite the hotel, there are many food shops, and we went around 7:30 PM for food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. McDonald’s is just two minutes away, and a beautiful beach side is within a five-minute reach. The combination of luxurious accommodation and strategic location makes this hotel an absolute gem.
Overall, my experience was extraordinary. The five-star hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I’m definitely booking this hotel again in the future. If anyone is interested in a truly remarkable hotel experience that combines classic charm, modern amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend visiting and seeing this exceptional hotel for yourself. It’s not just a place to stay – it’s an experience that will create lasting memories
