Malaysia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Penang

Innanzitutto, un sentito ringraziamento al signor Vickneswaran del team di sicurezza per la sua calorosa guida e assistenza fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati nel parcheggio. È stato incredibilmente disponibile nell'indicarci dove andare e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dall'inizio. Con mia sorpresa, uno dei membri dello staff ha persino condiviso una fetta di torta e ci ha augurato una meravigliosa luna di miele: un gesto davvero premuroso! (Ero così commossa che ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome del personale). Momenti come questi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. Nel complesso, il personale è stato sinceramente cordiale e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire apprezzati durante tutta la nostra visita. Ho anche allegato una foto del delizioso biglietto di auguri che abbiamo ricevuto dal team: un altro dolce gesto che ricorderemo per sempre. Grazie ancora a tutto il team per aver fatto iniziare la nostra luna di miele con una così calorosa ospitalità!

Ottimo hotel in cui soggiornare con un buon servizio, il personale era davvero cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa. Non mi aspettavo di avere la vasca da bagno perché non è scritta nella descrizione. Per non parlare della bomba da bagno in omaggio. Tuttavia l'odore degli asciugamani è un po' fastidioso, ma va bene perché puoi portare il tuo asciugamano 🤣🤭 La colazione era accettabile, la cena era molto selesa e cantik. Nel complesso lo ripeterò sicuramente di nuovo?

We were a bit nervous after reading the reviews online but we had a really excellent stay. The rooms were super clean and modern with a beautiful sea view and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms had a kettle with teas, a hairdryer and iron and the shower was lovely and hot. Great AC too. The pool was lovely with a beautiful view of the sea and very nice and peaceful. The location was also great with a huge food market right opposite. Overall a really lovely stay

I had a fantastic stay here for several reasons: • Exceptional Service: The front desk process was incredibly fast for foreigners. The hospitality is amazing—there is someone helping you at every step, from the entrance door onwards. I loved the welcome drink and the thoughtful staff who followed up on my Grab Express delivery to ensure it reached my room. • The Room: Spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. They provide unlimited drinking water, and the 'Pillow Menu' is a game changer—you can request silk or memory foam pillows for free! • Facilities: The gym and pool area are very clean. Although the jacuzzi wasn't very warm, the overall facility is well-maintained. • Location: Perfectly located right next to a bus stop, making it very easy to get around. A very clean, convenient, and hospitable hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location. Nice beach view. Clean and comfortable. Services can improve. Do not make room unless by request of guest only to ensure privacy and two way agreed communication thank you.

We checked in early but rooms were not ready, so we left our luggage and steoll around the town before going back late evening. Rooms are comfortable with basic hygiene, drinking water, TV, wardrobe with hangers, spacious bathroom. Two room cards provided with limited access to your respective room floor only. There's rooftop bar with 2 public jacuzzis, but seems like no other patrons except us when we were there. View of The Top (Komtar) can be easily seen from here. To improve: Consider replacing worn-out tables/ chairs. The heater takes some time to reach desired temperature (hot) and water pressure dropped in the evening.

La camera è spaziosa, può aprire almeno 4 bagagli. Letto e cuscino sono comodi, troppo cattivo c'è solo un tipo di cuscino. Il servizio di fronte ha detto che chiederanno al ragazzo del campanile di mandare il bagaglio nella nostra stanza durante il check-in, ma non dopo un'ora. La stanza è un po' troppo buia, c'era polvere sulla scatola di tessuto. Il dipartimento frontale era deludente. Non ho spiegato nulla di servizio/impianti dell'hotel. In passato, sono rimasto a Park Royal dove il personale non ha detto nulla, ma almeno c'è un manuale completo che posso leggere nella stanza. Chiese al dipartimento frontale di notte quanto per un check-out tardivo, ma non sapeva e ci ha detto di chiamare la mattina. Anche ci ha chiesto di prendere il tag del bagaglio quando abbiamo recuperato il nostro bagaglio, ma non ci hanno dato in primo luogo. Il dipartimento frontale non si sente benvenuto. La stanza è spaziosa ma un po 'oscura anche girando in tutte le notti. Amore che c'è YouTube sulla TV. C'è un po' di odore moldo così doveva girare l'aria con molto freddo. Sarebbe fantastico se ci fossero le mutandine schiuma che sono meglio per il collo. La posizione è ok, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla strada Campbell. Prenditi in vari luoghi per lo più costano circa USD$3, circa USD$8 all'aeroporto. L'esperienza generale è ok, ma mi aspetto di più da un hotel 5 stelle.

Location : This location is very superb. The seaview was astonishing. Food stalls are everywhere nearby. Services : Arrived late night to check in. The receptionist is not that helpful and not explaining much. Got some issues with breakfast where my room suddenly not breakfast included while we paid together for it when booking. Try to explain to the Indian F&B manager but at first he refuse to trust me and ask me to go to lobby. Thanks to Mr Vincent he sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding from the system. To the Indian F&B manager, you need to learn to apologise sincerely from Mr Vincent and learn some manners as I heard you talk bad about other customers as well. Food : Not much choice but the food was good. Overall, will be coming back in the future and I wish the services will be a lot better. TQ

L’hotel ci ha accolto con un bel sorriso e un drink di benvenuto appena seduti. La stanza era molto spaziosa, fresca, pulita e con ogni comfort (bollitore, the, acqua, caffè, Wi-Fi, Smart tv) e piscina. Bagno spazioso con tutto il necessario a disposizione (phon, kit pulizia, asciugamani) La mattina siamo scesi a fare colazione e al rientro in stanza, la stanza era già riordinata con il letto fatto. Colazione abbondante, sia salata che dolce, frutta. Non potendo mangiare latte, mi hanno cucinato sul momento cibo espresso. La stanza malgrado sia in una ottima posizione centrale vicino ai pub, era molto silenziosa. Punto forte lo staff, sempre disponibile e sorridente in qualsiasi circostanza. Avendo avuto l’aereo molto presto, la mattina ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione da asporto!! Chi dovesse venire in zona, non può scegliere di meglio!

We stayed in G Hotel Kelawai for 5 nights. The hotel is between two shopping malls - Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Excellent location. Another hotel nearby (about 400m) is G Hotel Gurney. Both the hotels' guests are given the option to use each other's facilities and guests are given the flexibility to have their breakfast at either hotel without any advanced notice. By the way, G Hotel Gurney is the older hotel and is directly connected to Gurney Plaza, whereas G Hotel Kelawai is less crowded and quieter, which we liked. The breakfast variety is acceptable for guests who are on a short stay. Out of curiosity, we wanted to try out the breakfast at G Hotel Gurney but were prevented from doing so because of the heavy rain. Upon request, hotel guests can commute between the two by the hotels' buggy. The 25-m swimming pool and gym in Kelawai were hardly used. Clean and well-maintained rooms.
