La stanza puzzava di muffa quando ci sono entrato per la prima volta... credo a causa della moquette... l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio ma è così vicino alla spiaggia e si può vedere il mare dal balcone La stanza non era molto pulita, specialmente nel bagno c'erano delle macchie nere e la doccia del bidet era rustica e l'aria condizionata non è fredda come avrei voluto La piscina chiude alle 6.30 / troppo presto Il personale alla reception è molto gentile La colazione costa 30 rm / la varietà del cibo è accettabile rispetto al prezzo ma la pulizia è così terribile come ho visto le tovaglie erano sporche come se non le lavassero mai e c'era anche cacca di uccello sulla sedia Nel complesso è accettabile se vuoi stare vicino alla spiaggia con il prezzo economico ma non aspettarti la pulizia

The hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd... 2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut. Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises... Won't book again.

Nel complesso è buono Comodo per ottenere cibo locale a pochi passi I È possibile procurarsi il cibo dei venditori ambulanti locali la sera fino a tarda notte..deve provare il char kuey teow locale è carino ma la coda è lunga Di fronte all'hotel c'è un bar dove godersi un drink con una band dal vivo.

E&O is our favourite hotel in Penang. Being a local Penangite, we frequently ate at Sarkies and even had our wedding in this hotel 10 years ago. We're back in this hotel for our anniversary, however we were a little disappointed with our stay. The bathtub in our corner suite is extremely dirty and stained. We asked the housekeepers to clean it as we wanted to use it. Worse of all, when we filled the tub with water, to our horror, the water was brown in colour!! Not sure if there is proper maintenance done to ensure the water supply is not tainted. The housekeepers also did not refill the complimentary mini bar items despite stating that our suite includes replenishment of the mini bar items on a daily basis. The surface area and tables were not wiped properly as well when they came to clean the room. We hope the management would seriously look into this matter, especially on the water source and overall cleanliness of the suite / bathroom.

Very Strategic location to have many access to a lot of places by walking distances. Easy to get to anywhere as its located in the central of the Penang island, lots of good food and local hawkers can be easily access from the hotel location. have great view of the Komtar tower and the city of light, beautiful and stunning. although its a refurbished building, but it has been very well kept and maintained. Maybe the facility floor of the swimming pool and the bar, might have rooms for improvement. The swimming pool looks very old, despite the taste of infinity pool, doesnt match the 4stars hotel standard, and the bar looks like a local bar with no proper standard. We shall look into the standard of St Giles is other states or country.

È un posto incantevole e adatto ai bambini. Quando sono lì con mia moglie per la luna di miele e siamo così grati che la nostra camera venga trasformata in suite e preparano fiori, praline e frutta nella nostra stanza!! Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was always available to help with any queries. While this isn’t a high-end hotel, the staff made sure everything was running smoothly. Housekeeping kept the room clean, and any additional requests I made (like extra towels) were quickly addressed. Il personale di ricezione era amichevole. Possiamo controllare in anticipo circa 10.45am perché la suite Deluxe che abbiamo prenotato per 4N era disponibile. Il check-out richiesto è stato approvato anche alle 12 p.m. perché il nostro volo era tardivo dopo-domani. Visualizza dalla parte superiore era bella e il livello della barra del cielo era accessibile dopo 6.30pm. Ci sono stati bus complementari per aree famose di colazione a 8.30am, 9.15am & 10am. Abbiamo riuscito a prenotare 2 slot per 1 giorno solo al mercato Chowrasta. Il giorno dopo 8.30am slot era pieno (solo 12 seggi) quindi abbiamo preso Grab invece. Non costoso a RM8 a Kimberly Street. Pillow selection-1 per ospite è un bel toccamento. Ha avuto la pillow di schiuma di memoria per un buon sonno notturno. Alcune cenate locali gratuite dall'hotel sono state un bel gesto. La posizione di un hotel piuttosto nuovo (anno 2022) è eccellente. 2 supermercati vicino (Gama) - la passeggiata laterale con belle bougainvilleas è piacevole, Pacific Hypermart a Komtar. Vicino a un ristorante giapponese lungo la Magazine Road e anche i posti di massaggio. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole all'hotel. Solo negativo è il rumore dal traffico, quindi la stanza di fronte è impt per i dormitori leggeri
