The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away. Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason. Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice... As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.

Il servizio era eccellente. Il tipo del desk front ci ha aiutato a prolungare il nostro tempo di check-out gratuitamente e ha organizzato una macchina per noi a Budva. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha anche ordinato cibo molto conveniente. È stato consegnato il cibo alla nostra stanza, così potremmo godere di delizioso cibo, mentre ammiriamo la vista dal balcone. In generale, l'esperienza è stata grande! A parte il suono leggermente scarso della stanza, tutto era perfetto. Molto consigliato!

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

Pensando che il rapporto prezzo sia molto alto, perché è inverno e non giocare al mare, quindi non c'è un hotel vacanze sul mare, lo scopo è conveniente e economico. Questa casa è nella città antica, all'inizio, un po'difficile da trovare. La mappa di Google può essere trovata. La porta dell'hotel è con un nome dell'hotel. Non posso trovare un business nella città antica. Dopo l'arrivo, devi chiamare il proprietario prima. Devi aprire la porta per andare a stare. Ricorda che è dopo le 2 p.m. per andare a stare, Il telefono è legato alla porta, ok? C'è uno 0 nel mezzo, non aggiungere quando si fa il colpo.La città antica è molto tranquilla, anche sicura, le strutture sono più vecchie, ma non dannose. Non è molto adatto per gli anziani e i bambini, perché questo edificio non è molto resistente, le scale rotanti sono molto resistenti, non c'è elettricità, ma non ci è adatto per le nostre condizioni di soggiorno. La domanda è pulita, sicura, conveniente per il viaggio e buon rapporto costi/benefici. La posizione geografica è anche conveniente. L'atteggiamento di contatto telefonico del proprietario è anche molto amichevole e deve lasciare la casa prima delle 11:00.E'molto soddisfatto per noi, e'molto disposto a dire, le esigenze di viaggio sono diverse, e scegliere l'hotel in base alle proprie esigenze.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

E' stato nel settembre 2024. Riposato per 2 settimane. 1. Posizione. Qualsiasi priorità. Al centro a piedi in fretta 25-30. Godetevi. Tutti lungo la costa del Golfo. Bellezza. Vicino al negozio - 3 minuti. Ristorante - 10 minuti a piedi. La zona è tranquilla. Chi ha bisogno delle piastre e della musica non è qui. Chi ha bisogno di silenzio e pace - scegli questo posto. 2. Prendete la stanza sul piano superiore con la vista della baia (requisita!!!). Mare e montagne. La vista è sorprendente! Ogni volta una nuova foto. Non stanco, ma sorprese di nuovo e di nuovo. 3. Ospiti. Rari incontrerete tale gioia e gentilezza. Qualsiasi richiesta, desiderio è soddisfatto immediatamente, con un sorriso. Tutto è risolto. Solo buono! Macchina e giuri - grazie mille! E a tutti coloro che vi aiutano, ovviamente, grazie anche a voi! A proposito, era necessario cambiare il tempo del viaggio - concordato immediatamente; l'ingresso precoce - deciso anche senza problemi. 4. Comfort. Tutto è disponibile per un lungo riposo e per un paio di giorni da andare. Cucina (desideri una microonde, ma può essere fatto senza di essa), piatti. Sauna normale nella stanza. Buona letto con una mattress eccellente. Viva 2 settimane senza problemi a casa. 5. I hosts sempre aiuteranno con il trasferimento, diranno sulle tour, troveranno una guida (avevamo Marco - una persona bella, culturale, intelligente. Grazie per una parte!). Di conseguenza, scegliere questi appartamenti. Non ti arrepierai.

Пребывание в отеле было одним из самых приятных за всю историю моих путешествий по разным городам и странам. Очень вежливый, сердечный и отзывчивый сервис, нам сделали апгрейд до люкса с балконом, поскольку были свободные места и мы путешествовали не в сезон. На верхнем этаже чудесная терраса, на которой можно выпить кофе и почитать. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки - простые домашние продукты и блюда, но приготовленные невероятно вкусно. Также нам помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт, мы улетали очень рано и побоялись, что не найдем машину самостоятельно. Непременно буду рекомендовать и при случае выберу для размещения в Которе снова, спасибо ❤️

Место труднодоступное для пешеходов, и мы брали его сознательно, так как арендовали машину. Мест парковочных достаточно снаружи и внутри. Сейчас не сезон и отель к нему ещё только готовится, поэтому пока не облагорожена территория внутри. Номер не илеальный визуально: диванчики в номерах уставшие, взбухший ламинат. Но для нас — не проблема, мы не притязательные. В номере есть все необходимое для готовки (кроме соли, масла), это выручало нас, тк постоянно есть в кафе — разориться можно))) иут же ещё и посудомоечная машина есть с таблетками для мытья. Пару раз сходили в спортзал, оборудование уставшее, но заниматься можно. Там ещё была сауна, но до нее не дошли) Телевизоры поддерживают ютуб, тоже классно. Вид из номера тоже отличный, на которский залив. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Забавно, что мы продлевали проживание дважды)) очень он нас устроил.

L'hotel fa parte del muro, lo stile di decorazione vecchio e tradizionale, il viaggio è molto conveniente, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, aiutarci a prenotare un'auto anche a basso prezzo, la colazione è abbondante, l'acqua calda è buona, l'unica suggerimento è che accanto al cavo può essere installato due mani per ridurre il rischio di scivolare. Un hotel molto caldo!
