Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Miyagi

The first thing I'll write about Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae is the good location. It's right next to Aobadori Station, but there is only a stairway down. An elevator is located not too far away, and I'll get to that in the last part of this review. The lobby of the hotel has a nice ambience, and the hotel offers one complimentary drink and a complimentary bowl of soba noodles. Since the majority of hotel guests take advantage of these offers, the lobby and bar can be crowded during both day and night (until 22:00). The staff whom I interacted with, especially the young lady upon check-in, were all very friendly and helpful. Water coolers are available on each floor next to the elevators, so if it's late at night and you're out of water, you don't have to go far. This is a good service by the hotel. I really like the fact that from the ground level, you can take the elevator directly up to your room floor, bypassing the usually busy and crowded lobby. When it comes to sound insulation between rooms, unfortunately this was not too good. I was able to hear my neighbours banging their limbs, suitcases, clothes hangers etc. against the walls. I didn't really hear talking, but that's probably because my neighbours were Japanese and talked to each other in low tones (non-Japanese people should emulate this). As for noise from the streets, my room faced another building (which was what I requested), so I didn't hear much traffic noise. The shower temperature in my first room fluctuated badly. It would be hot for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold for a minute, then hot again for 15 seconds, then cold again for a long time. The hotel staff helped me switch to a different room, and the shower temperature in the second room was fine. The furniture in the rooms are a bit old, but that's not a big issue. The fridges on the other hand are too small and not cold, the hotel should purchase larger and better units. A nitpick of mine is having to use the television to choose the 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the cleaners. I'd much rather a switch next to the door, or the traditional sign to hang on the doorknob. I did not have breakfast at the hotel nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those services. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I hope that in the future the sound insulation between rooms can be vastly improved, and that the hotel can provide physical 'Do Not Disturb' signs or switches. Side note: If you have large luggage and need an elevator, you have to walk south just a little along Atagokamisugi-dori, and soon you'll see an elevator to the underground station. When you get into this elevator, get to the lowest level, and when walking to Sendai station via the underground passage, there is another elevator in an oddly-angled corner. A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me

Questo hotel a Sendai è estremamente amichevole per i viaggiatori internazionali. Uno dei membri del personale può parlare cinese, che è stato incredibilmente utile per noi. Ci ha aiutato a fare molte cose durante il nostro soggiorno e a organizzare il deposito dei bagagli prima di entrare, rendendo tutto molto semplice e conveniente. La stanza è anche leggermente più grande rispetto a molti hotel in Giappone, che rende il soggiorno più confortevole. La posizione è anche eccellente è molto vicino alla stazione Sendai, e ci sono supermercati e molti negozi vicini, rendendolo molto conveniente. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e non c'è niente da denunciare.

3/Apr/2026 La ricezione è utile anche se siamo arrivati alle 11:00, ha aiutato a memorizzare i nostri bagagli SND ha dato una spiegazione completa. Vicino alla stazione Sendai ma consapevole di perdere la direzione, quindi assicuratevi di chiedere la direzione locale prima quando si dirige all'hotel. Il pranzo è eccellente e le donne che lavoravano nel cantina sono professionali. Calma e dormi bene. Molte attrazioni sono state posizionate vicino all'ascensore al G/F. Fortunatamente quel giorno era soleggiato così utilizzando il bus Loople per arrivare in giro ma il giorno dopo (4/Apr/2026 Purtroppo pioveva e si raffreddava a Matsshima

The Premier version of Daiwa Roynet. The room for 3 persons was about 2sqm bigger than the Daiwa Roynet hotel I stayed in Morioka. The difference in size was obvious. It was a functional hotel with good wi-fi speed. The beds were comfortable and we were each given 2 pillows. Toilet and shower area was also a decent size. Basic toiletries like toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were provided in the room. Location was very good. 1 minute walk from the Sendai Asaichi which was the morning market. 3 minutes walk to Parco 2 and about 7 minutes walk to JR Sendai station where the shinkansen is located. Service from the front desk staff was professional and adequate. Used their help to help me fill up the forms for TAQBIN to send my bags to Tokyo. They have a basic level of English so they relied on their language translator which was fine. There was a 7-11 store and Starbucks at the first level of the hotel. We wouldn't mind staying here again due to the location and the proximity to the JR Sendai and Subway station.

We were to people during 3 nights. The pictures are from after our stay, that’s why it’s a bit messy. It was very tidy and nice before we moved in for our stay. It was quite close to the station and a lot of restaurants close by, and extremely close to the morning market as well, which was nice. The room was very nice and clean. A little bit spacious as well. If you have a suitcase I think you maybe manage to open it somehow. We didn’t use any cleaning service. They also had a sign you could use if you didn’t want new towels (which I thought was good from the environmental perspective). The people were nice and polite. The amenity was good as well. They had de basic stuff, which was good. Overall we think we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

L'hotel era eccezionalmente pulito e ben mantenuto. L'ambiente spazioso rendeva il soggiorno molto confortevole. Il bagno era completamente attrezzato, con doccia pioggia e un'area separata bagnata e asciutta per la comodità aggiuntiva. Il letto doppio, con quattro opzioni di cucina, si occupava di diverse preferenze, e la stanza aveva un asciugacapelli, un rettificatore e un ferro di curvatura, che era un attacco di pensiero. Il personale era gentile e amichevole, rendendo l'esperienza complessiva ancora più piacevole.

Il personale della reception ha fornito un servizio clienti gentile e mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio. Anche il fatto che ci fosse una vasca e una toilette separate e che il bagno fosse spazioso era molto comodo e positivo! Mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo quando verrò a Sendai.

VVery nice hostel in una buona posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.. Dispone di un Onsen, microonde, acqua calda, un posto per sedersi e mangiare o lavorare al suolo.. non avere un frigo. Sono arrivato troppo presto, a causa del mio treno da Tokyo (a circa 1.30 pm) e devo aspettare fino alle 3:00 per il check-in. Letti pronti, puliti pronti ...ma devo aspettare il check-in in tempo.. e non è giusto. L'unico problema è che iniziano il controllo in processo 5-7 minuti prima delle 3:00 e sono stati molto lentamente e non professionali ...Il mio tempo per il controllo in esso è stato 3.15 pm se non più ...uno dell'ultimo controllo in esso. E questo accadde soprattutto perché una ragazza sregreta, era determinata a ritardare le procedure ancora più di quanto altri avevano già avuto.Aggiustamenti orribili e sregreti, mi fanno perdere tempo ogni volta. Lei si è divertita e divertente quando le ho spiegato che non apprezzo piu' scherzi. Lei, come tutti gli altri, non sa come parlare inglese o non vuole parlare solo parole semplici, come ”chiave”. Mi aspettavo più da un hotel (o ostello) in Giappone. Sono stato deluso dalla scelta di questo ostello. È molto difficile trovare l'hotel senza aiuto, perché il suo nome è scritto solo in giapponese. Il letto è molto difficile; si sente come se sedesse o dormisse su un piano in legno.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
