Austria: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Tirolo

L'hotel era a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram che porta alla Nordkette (la cima di Innsbruck) e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal cuore del centro storico. C'era anche un supermercato proprio accanto all'hotel. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio, ascensore e colazione. Le camere erano spaziose, il letto e le lenzuola erano puliti e confortevoli. Erano presenti anche servizi di base e articoli da toeletta. Il check-in è stato semplice e il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Siamo riusciti a ottenere una Innsbruck Tourist Card per ogni ospite che ha soggiornato in hotel, questa carta offriva sconti/gratuiti sui mezzi pubblici (ma non includeva la salita alla Nordkette). Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole e confortevole.

Non è il nostro primo e non sarà il nostro ultimo soggiorno all'Hotel Kempinski Das Tirol, ma siamo abituati ad un altro servizio. Questa volta la stanza non era così pulita come si è abituato all'Hotel Kempinski Das Tirol. La stanza era antiquata.

When systems replace people Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel. The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space. What failed completely during my stay was human communication. A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced. Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person. At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant. Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being. The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians). The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.” What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset: rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding. This hotel does not have a problem with facilities. It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them. I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects: How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level? With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent. Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

La settimana scorsa siamo andati a Innsbruck con le famiglie e abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 2 notti. Siamo arrivati ​​presto, quindi abbiamo tentato la fortuna per il check-in anticipato. La receptionist è stata gentile e carina, ci ha fatto fare il check-in anticipato perché la nostra camera era pronta. Ci hanno persino fornito la Innsbruck Welcome Card perché abbiamo trascorso 2 notti qui. L'ascensore dell'hotel era piuttosto piccolo, ci stava solo 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini, insieme a 2 bagagli di medie dimensioni). La nostra camera è al 3° piano. La camera aveva due letti matrimoniali e un balcone interno con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il balcone aveva un piccolo tavolo rotondo perfetto per bere e godersi la splendida vista sulle montagne. Camera molto confortevole con tutti i servizi disponibili. I bambini hanno adorato la camera. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. È stata fornita la colazione, non molta scelta ma era fresca e deliziosa. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato a ordinare quello che volevamo. Quando ci siamo diretti in città, il loro personale ci ha persino ricordato di portare l'ombrello perché il tempo stava diventando buio. Il personale dell'hotel è così attento nell'osservazione, si accorge che siamo in piedi dalla parte sbagliata della fermata dell'autobus, corre fuori e ce lo informa. Amiamo davvero molto questo Basic Hotel. Molto Basic e molto amato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its fantastic location and beautiful interior, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by poor service and maintenance issues. I happened to visit during a European heatwave, and the AC in my room completely failed, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. When I finally spoke to a staff member, they failed to pass the information along to the next shift. Additionally, the daytime staff lacked professionalism. During a conversation about my room situation, one female staff member spoke to me so loudly that other guests began to stare. While she wasn't outright rude, raising her voice was entirely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these communication and service gaps

Ottimo soggiorno, eravamo lì per una partita al Tivoli Stadion e per quello è stato perfetto in quanto è solo dall'altra parte della strada vicino allo stadio

Pros: nice breakfast with diversity included with good price. Lovely room even a bit old and I was scared at night a bit haha. Nice view to the mountains. Spacious room for one person Cons: I’m so disappointed with the guy receptionist (white hair) he wasn’t bothered to answer or help. Barely talked and just tried to end the conversation. I came to the reception and said hi and started to check in, or even when I came to ask something, but he still sat at the table further away and listened to me from a distance and answered quietly that I hardly could hear while I tried to speak loudly as he stayed far away. What is that kind of customer service? I felt like I disturbed him and stayed without paying!

La posizione è molto vicino all'HBF, è nuova, pulita e con una vista fantastica. L'insonorizzazione della stanza (con la porta accanto) non era eccezionale. Ma non ero contento del servizio, ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo online pochi giorni prima del check-in. E quando abbiamo effettuato il check-in il giorno stesso, la reception mi ha detto che il pagamento da parte dell'agente di viaggio non era riuscito e mi ha chiesto il pagamento completo in euro . Sono rimasto deluso, ma ho comunque pagato di nuovo a causa dell'orario di check-in posticipato e ho riferito più tardi al servizio clienti di Trip online. Il servizio clienti di Trip è stato reattivo e ha chiarito che si trattava di un errore da parte dell'hotel un attimo dopo. L'hotel ha rimborsato il pagamento il giorno successivo, ma ho pagato due volte il cambio valuta (pagato e rimborsato) degli addebiti sulla carta di credito dalla banca per l'errore commesso dall'hotel, e dovrebbero avere il tempo di risolvere la questione con l'agente, non all'ospite il giorno dell'arrivo.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Das Innsbruck, e in molti modi ha superato le mie aspettative. La stanza era spaziosa, ben progettata e molto più grande di quanto avessi previsto, le appartamenti erano eccellenti e tutto ciò che avevamo bisogno era già disponibile in camera senza dover fare domande particolari. Questa attenzione ai dettagli ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente confortevole e conveniente. Il personale è stato molto utile e benvenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Un'especiale menzione va alla squadra di colazione, che era attento, amichevole e forniva un servizio eccellente ogni mattina. L'hotel offre un grande comfort, servizi di qualità e ospitalità. Vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo e consigliarlo a chiunque visiti Innsbruck.
