We just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it. Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management. Will not stay there again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera di allegato e il nostro gruppo ha soggiornato in due camere. -molto pulito e nuovo!La camera è pulita e spaziosa e il letto è comodo! Il bagno è piccolo ma molto pulito!Abbiamo dormito molto bene! Il colazione era preso e andato bene per i camminatori! Abbiamo lavastoviglie e piscina all'interno. Non abbiamo usato la piscina, ma sembrava grande e pulito. Non abbiamo usato molto servizio, ma il personale al di fuori del dipartimento era bello quando ci chiedevamo. L’unica cosa è che una delle camere ha un odore di una nuova stanza rinnovata - fortunatamente abbiamo comprato una borsa e non abbiamo soggiornato molto in camera, così è stato accettabile. L’altra stanza era però senza odore! Dipendente da quale stanza che tu stai pensando. C'è un Walmart vicino e il Tesla supercarta, tuttavia, la strada è un modo di strada davanti all'hotel e circa 40 minuti di guida al Parco Nazionale Acada così non molto conveniente ma siamo molto grati per l'ultimo minuto di prenotazione d/t L'intera esperienza di soggiorno è buona e consiglio a chiunque vuole stare in un pulito e bel Inn- la stanza che abbiamo soggiornato sicuramente meglio di una stanza a motel!!

L'hotel è situato sul bellissimo lato del mare, con un porto privato e una strada di mare, la colazione è molto deliziosa, il panorama del ristorante è anche molto buono, il parcheggio è conveniente, il letto è molto grande, molto adatto per le vacanze dei familiari e dei loro amici?

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

La colazione era buona.Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di manutenzione con la stanza, ma il personale di manutenzione è giunto per risolvere il nostro problema. La ragazza del front desk era molto professionale e cortese. Era al telefono con ciò che sembrava un ospite precedente che si lamentava chiaramente di qualcosa in merito alla tassa sulle vendite e una prenotazione con il precedente proprietario privato prima di assumere Quality Inn. Si è comportata bene, calma, professionale e rispettosa, anche se la persona all’altra parte della linea non si era reciprocamente qualificata; si è smesso dal telefono e mi ha aiutato con un sorriso e molto attento alle mie domande. Grande lavoro!!

Stayed for 3 nights with wifey to visit Acadia National Park. It is a little distance outside Bar Harbor and the national park, but it is a short drive for a more economic stay. There's no 24hr desk. We arrived very late. Found the envelope left for us outside the lobby for us to enter our rooms. Rooms are are more of an updated motel grade, but it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a detached building from the lobby, caught is by surprise. We dod enjoy the breakfast easy day, there was the usuals but with sufficient variety and rotations so we did not find it repetitive for the 3 days that we were there. Very friendly staff.

Old and not maintained (spiderwebs all over the lawns in between the various buildings; our room came ‘equiped’ with a leftover flosser and socks on the floor from the previous occupants, sink was clogged, antique air conditioning unit). Hanno detto di avere una piscina, accesso ai caiacchi, ai paddleboard e cosa non è, abbiamo solo soggiornato una notte e pioveva così non ne abbiamo usato nessuno. Farà il lavoro in un pinch (dato che ci sono solo 2 hotel a Southport, non molte opzioni da scegliere; sicuramente consiglia Neuwagen su questo o scegliere qualcosa a Boothbay).

Ha fatto tutto. Non è bello ma pratico: vicino a strada veloci e molte opzioni commerciali accanto. Camera era buona, colazione non c'era niente di speciale. Bagno relativamente piccolo, lavastoviglie nella camera da letto

Questo è stato visto meglio di giorni. Molte questioni di manutenzione che erano andate senza rapporto per molto tempo. Il bagno/dubbio non sarebbe stato drenato. La lavastoviglie era molto lenta. Il filtro AC aveva bisogno di una buona pulizia. Una porta laterale dovrebbe essere chiusa dall'interno, ma rimaneva aperta e insicura tutta la notte. Questo era tanto costoso quanto un hotel Hilton Garden Inn, davvero ben mantenuto a Freeport. Il vostro cane è benvenuto, ma vi costa un costo di 15$. Il colazione era buono e aveva opzioni per un'estrazione. La posizione sembrava molto strano, e sembra molto lontano da Bangor.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities really made the difference. We enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and the breakfast was fresh and well-prepared with plenty of options. One of the highlights was the attached restaurant — absolutely amazing food and service! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
