Questo è uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. È stato conosciuto come Rosewood Yangon e ora è stato riaperto per 8 mesi. Tutto è eccellente, molto amichevole, paziente e utile personale, servizio straordinario. La storia dell'hotel data di nuovo al 1927, quindi è assolutamente un edificio storico. La struttura è molto eccellente, il colazione è delizioso e ci sono molte opzioni. La posizione è anche buona e sicura, molto vicino a Sule Plaza, General Post Office e l'ambasciata britannica. Un hotel di fama internazionale ha i suoi standard. Lo spazio delle camere è opportunamente configurato, la piscina è ampia e comoda da usare e la spa della palestra è piccola ma perfettamente funzionante.

L'hotel era bello e le ragazze alla reception erano molto utili. La stanza non era grande, ma piuttosto comoda con tutto quello che ho bisogno. Wi-Fi era molto lento, ma credo che sia tipico per il Myanmar in generale. Non c'era acqua potabile nella stanza, né frigo, ma c'era un sacco di merce che potresti comprare dall'hotel, che per me era molto strano.

After nearly a decade away, I finally found myself back at this hotel—and what a welcome return it was. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the moment I reluctantly rolled my suitcase out for the airport, the experience was nearly flawless (with just one teensy quibble—I’ll get to that in a bit). Check-in was smooth as silk, made even sweeter by the offering of fresh watermelon juice. A delightful touch! I did encounter a minor hiccup with my luggage—it took a while to reach my room, and I had to ring the concierge to investigate its whereabouts. But the porter was so genuinely apologetic, I almost wanted to apologize for bothering him. Guilt level: Catholic nun. Now, onto the room. It was wonderfully spacious, and while the decor still whispered “vintage business trip,” it was undeniably comfortable. In a world of modern hotels where rooms are the size of a generous walk-in closet and the lighting feels like a moody art installation, Parkroyal proudly remembers what hotels are supposed to be: roomy and restful. Would I have loved a USB charging port near the bed? Yes. Did I survive without it? Also yes. The one area that could use some serious love was the bathroom—more specifically, the shower bathtub combo. The tub had some visible mould on the floor, the shower head had a bizarre crush on the wall (refusing to face the actual human in the tub), and the toilet flush was positioned so low I wondered if it was designed by a committee of hobbits. Tall guests or elderly folks may need a bit of acrobatics to reach it. That said, the rest of the bathroom was perfectly functional. My room faced the swimming pool, which looked inviting, though I skipped it in favor of the gym—and what a gem it was. Not only did it feature the usual suspects (treadmills, dumbbells, etc.), but it also boasted a yoga area, TRX setup, rowing machine, and even a vertical climber. It felt more like a premium fitness club than a hotel gym. Breakfast deserves a standing ovation. A buffet that goes beyond the usual suspects, offering everything from local delights to Western staples, plus Japanese, Korean, Indian, and Chinese options. I may or may not have returned for seconds. And thirds. In short: would I come back? Absolutely. It’s a comforting mix of old-school hospitality with just enough modern touches. A charming classic that knows what really matters.

Questo è un hotel che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti, senza i soliti “ismi e schismi” che i viaggiatori frequenti spesso incontrano. Hanno una squadra stellare guidata da HOD eccellenti, tutti guidati da un desiderio di superare le aspettative. Anche quando ho affrontato un problema con uno dei loro locatori (Dr. S Deluxe Aesthetics Clinic), il team dell'hotel si è immediatamente messo in atto, senza scuse, solo professionalismo e risultati. Ciò che la proprietà può mancare in grandezza architettonica e vista sul lago, essi sono più che compongono attraverso 5* ospiti. Grazie speciali a FOM Nilar, al Direttore di Duty Moe Tun e al Direttore di F&B Min Thu Mickey. Con tale leadership, i migliori anni di Novotel Max Yangon sono ancora davanti a loro.

Il personale era molto accogliente, dai ricevitori alla custodia di casa 💙 Sono rimasto qui solo per un giorno, mentre mi sono esteso il viaggio di un giorno. Non aspettare troppo dalle strutture, perché l'hotel è metà del prezzo di altri con strutture similiche è perché è una buona opzione 😊 Il buffet per colazione aveva opzioni limitate ma era ancora decente - Sono in una sezione dove si può chiedere a un membro del personale di cucinare un uovo/omelette per voi, ma non ho studiato le altre opzioni (la colazione inizia alle 6:00: 30 AM, che è grande se avete piani mattinali, perché diventa davvero caldo quando il sole sorge durante questo mese).... L'hotel dispone di una sala da ginnastica, sauna e piscina, con TV, caldaia, asciugacapelli, bagni da bagno, acqua e caffè..... L'unico svantaggio è che l'acqua calda non è disponibile 24 ore durante il mio soggiorno...Secondo il ricevitore, l'acqua calda è disponibile solo per ore specifiche per attenersi alla conservazione dell'elettricità, se non mi sbaglio.. (se non mi sbaglio, a partire dalle 9:00, ma non sono sicuro fino a quando) come hanno realizzato questo solo quando stavo per fare la doccia alle 8:30 e ho scoperto che solo acqua fredda era disponibile. Ho chiamato il ricevitore, e hanno mandato i custodi per aiutare.... Non sono sicuro se sia una cosa temporanea solo così se si preoccupa di questo, si può mandarli prima... È ancora un buon posto per rimanere, anche se è un po 'distante dai luoghi turistici, poiché Grab è disponibile a un prezzo molto ragionevole per arrivare ai luoghi che vuoi visitare.

Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice. Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor. And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: ”It was an error in room description”. Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))
