Myanmar: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Regione di Yangon

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per più di 10 giorni. Quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte, mi è stato detto che dovevo cambiare le stanze e che il personale mi avrebbe chiamato con i dettagli. Ho aspettato tutto il giorno, ma nessuno mi ha contattato. La sera, la mia carta chiave si fermò improvvisamente e non riuscivo a entrare nella mia stanza. Il problema non era il cambiamento di stanza, ma la mancanza di comunicazione e la mancanza di gestione della situazione hanno causato molte inconvenienti inutili. Questa esperienza mi ha anche lasciato chiedermi se gli ospiti che prenotano attraverso una piattaforma di terzi siano trattati in modo diverso, ma spero che non sia stato così, ma dopo essere rimasto per più di dieci giorni, mi aspettavo un servizio molto migliore.

L'hotel è pulito. Personale amichevole e utile. La diffusione del colazione è decente e dal momento che la sala del colazione è sul piano superiore, la vista è bella. La posizione è buona con il negozio di comodità e un piccolo centro commerciale a una distanza di cammino ragionevole. Molto raccomandato per coloro che cercano un posto con valore per i soldi.

LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

Durante il check-in, sembrava che ci fosse un problema con la carta chiave, che ha causato che il processo di check-in ci volesse molto tempo. Dopo il check-in, tutto sembrava normale, ma alla fine la carta chiave non funzionava. Non capisco perché il personale non abbia informato gli ospiti del malfunzionamento del sistema. Non potevo accedere alla mia stanza e dovevo tornare a informare il personale, il che significava che dovevano scortarmi nella mia stanza. Il personale avrebbe dovuto informarmi fin dall'inizio.

Il vestito di fronte era molto utile e gentlemen che alla porta molto amichevole in generale un grande soggiorno è un grande luogo. Lo consiglio di sicuro a chiunque.

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I would like to especially thank the following staff: Thinn Zar and Harry — thank you for attending to me and accommodating my late dinner request Thet Aung Linn — I really appreciated his service as a trainee, and I note his potential. Ho avuto un buon soggiorno a Melia Yangon. L'hotel era pulito, comodo e ben mantenuto. Il lobby è grande e bella, creando una grande prima impressione. La mia stanza era molto pulita con una bella vista, e l'atmosfera era rilassante. Il colazione era delizioso con molte buone opzioni da scegliere. Il personale era amichevole e professionale per tutta la mia permanenza. In generale, era una piacevole esperienza e consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visitasse Yangon.

Our recent visit to the Governor's Residence was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Everything, from the moment we arrived, was truly exceptional. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing incredible flavors and presentation. It was clear that immense care and culinary skill went into every bite. Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and efficiency truly elevated the entire meal. Overall, the entire experience at the Governor's Residence was out of this world. It was a memorable occasion that exceeded all expectations. We can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a truly premier dining and hospitality experience.

A fabulous experience from initial check in to the outstanding service we recieved. Probably the friendliest staff I’ve met. The room and hotel grounds are second to none. I rebooked the place for another 5 nights since I needed a relaxing place to work. Breakfast is international and access to the city is a grab away and near the lake.

In generale, era un buon soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito e il colazione era decente. L'unica cosa che ha davvero bisogno di migliorare è che il sentiero ha un odore sgradevole.Non sono sicuro che sia dovuto all'umidità o a qualcosa di diverso.
