Wow! la prima cosa che abbiamo detto, uscire sulle terrazze della nostra stanza! Non era nemmeno un giorno, ma una serata tardiva, quando ci guardavamo solo alle zone evidenziate della valle, era già chiaro che questo sarebbe stato un luogo speciale. Abbiamo trascorso due notti inoltrabili all'Hotel Kistar Cave di Uchhisar con vista sulla Valle Ergies e sul Guverchinlik. L'hotel è molto accogliente e atmosferico: pareti di caverna di pietra, silenzio e il senso che si trova all'interno della Cappadocia stessa. Un colazione separata . Molto delizioso, generoso, con cibo locale e bella cibo. Inizia la mattina con una vista del Valle della vera felicità. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e spiritoso, si sente sincera ospite. Siamo fortunati a vedere Cappadocia in due stati molto diversi. La prima mattina era un bel tempo e abbiamo visto dozzine di palloncini salire in vista del cielo che è impossibile dimenticare. Il giorno dopo, la neve si è improvvisamente spostata e il valle è diventato inconcepito. I paesaggi sono diventati quasi spazi: roccia, luce morbida, luce notturna. Tutto sembrava che fossimo su un altro pianeta. Kistar Cave Hotel è un luogo dove non si può solo soggiornare per la notte, ma si sente davvero l'atmosfera autentica di Cappadocia. Il personale dell'hotel è andato a salutarci, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, e questo posto è sempre nel nostro cuore, spero un giorno di ritorno qui.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the views from the hotel of Ucishar Castle was breathtaking! By far one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant, LUUK, was also beautiful and the food served there was one of the best meals we had in Turkey. Breakfast spread was generous and wonderfully presented. We had the chance to eat dinner there on our second night, and was very impressed by the sous vide chicken dish with a very very spicy sauce that we loved. Thank you for making our first time in Cappadocia such a lovely experience. Can't wait to come back again one day!

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

L'hotel ha una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trasferiti in una caverna, e la sua progettazione e l'atmosfera erano molto autentiche. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Ci hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un volo a palloncini caldi e un tour regionale a un prezzo migliore rispetto alle tariffe online.

La vista dall'hotel è molto sorprendente, ma dal momento che è su una collina, si dovrà camminare e scendere se si sta pianificando di camminare verso la città. L'hotel si sente molto datato, le camere sono fredde, ma anche molto vecchie. So che è inverno, ma le camere sono davvero stufate, anche se avevamo aperto la finestra, e il riscaldamento si è spenta. C'è un segno che dice che l'acqua risparmi, ma il doccia ci vuole circa 8 minuti per l'acqua calda. Ci sono molti passi/scalzi all'hotel, alcuni dei più cari Il personale di check-in era molto accogliente. Ho prenotato una suite perché il sito mostrava che era venuto con un bagno, ma la prima camera non ne aveva una. Lo hanno ordinato rapidamente e ci hanno trasferiti nella stanza corretta, che apprezzo davvero Mi faccia sapere se vuole che sia un po' più formale o più amichevole.

Uno dei migliori hotel a Cappadocia! La posizione è fantastica con belle viste intorno.Le camere erano molto pulite, spaziose e ben organizzate.Il personale è stato estremamente utile e benvenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Il nostro volo è arrivato molto presto al mattino, e anche se il check-in è stato più tardi, ci hanno dato la nostra camera alle 10:00, che apprezziamo davvero. e il pranzo pomeriggio così pensativo tocca che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Incredibile ospite e servizio.Molto consigliato per chiunque visita Cappadocia!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Turan Cappadokia Cave dal 31 ottobre al 3 novembre 2025. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente e la colazione era adeguata (un piccolo buffet). Purtroppo, la nostra camera non è stata pulita nemmeno una volta durante i quattro giorni di soggiorno e, di conseguenza, non ci sono stati forniti asciugamani puliti, che abbiamo dovuto procurarci noi stessi. Inoltre, il terzo letto (un letto aggiuntivo) era piuttosto usurato, ma i miei compagni di viaggio hanno detto di aver dormito benissimo. La Cappadocia merita sicuramente una visita e, nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, prenoterei di nuovo questo hotel.

Le lenzuola della camera in cui ho soggiornato la prima notte presentavano diversi piccoli insetti morti, il che mi ha spaventato perché ho pensato che potessero essere acari. Tuttavia, il giorno dopo mi hanno cambiato la camera, che era pulita e appena lavata. Gli insetti della prima notte potrebbero essere stati moscerini della frutta. Se vi capita una camera con vista sulla montagna, al mattino potrete ammirare le mongolfiere, uno spettacolo davvero suggestivo. Dalla sala colazioni si possono vedere le montagne e la città, e si possono gustare yogurt locale, pane, frutta secca, formaggio, ecc., accompagnati da una piacevole musica araba. *Non è possibile cucinare né consumare pasti caldi. Il proprietario è molto disponibile a consigliare escursioni e viaggi, ma è possibile prenotarli a prezzi convenienti anche in città.
