Very good hotel at Algortima. We had a good holiday trip here. Staff is friendly as well. We would highly recommend this place to all friend.

All good. Usually the toilet is v clean but this time not so clean. Still okay but need to be improved. Breakfast so many variety and delicious. Location strategic, near to mall and cafe. Room smell good.

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta. Vicino a molti ristoranti. Anche il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e bello. Si consiglia anche un ristorante locale dove i prezzi sono ragionevoli. La stanza è stata apprezzata per soldi e perfetta. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio così memorabile con il buon servizio fornito 💗💗💗

The food are excellent and very tasty, but i think need more menu so the customer felt excited. By overall the place and the food is amazing the service is good and excellent. The service are good and the people there ate excellent

Molto strategico, accanto a un centro commerciale. Non molto pulito e carino camera oscura. Wifi è debole e limitato parcheggio

Don't know where to start. I have a few days left to stay at this hotel, but can't resist to review this hotel asap, cause i've been stay here for a couple days. My question, is it really 5 stars hotel? Like, really??! The good things are, the staff at lobby so humble (not the receptionist one), i mean the bell boy (who always wearing the green suit) and the guy on white shirt who always opened the door everytime we walk-in to. They're so humble, always say hi and put smile on their face. The receptionist, you need to learn from them, to smile and be nice when you talk to guest. The room, this hotel has a comfy bed, appreciate that, and room service has a good hospitality, everytime i call them to ask something, they can give me those things really quick. So lets start for the worst thing about this hotel. FIRST, the frontman at the breakfast resto and their resto's staff. The frontman name is Sinta, the woman who wears the green dress, she's so unrespectful, not humble, even when i'm waiting the staff cleaned up the table i want to sat to, then this woman came to my table then drag the staff to other place, man! he's cleaning my table, like why you drag him off?! Like what?! you need to learn etiquette girl, then there's guy who's so rude, he talk to guest in a bad way and like yelling, i don't remember his name. The only good staff at the resto is Yusuf and a girl who wears white shirt and green apron on her waist, they're both humble and always smiling. They both have good attitude. I don't like their food, i ate cereal and watermelon only, others really doesn't have a taste. really bad quality for 5stars hotel resto. and still have a couple days to eat the same thing, poor me. Then, one more, there's a door in corridor yang bertuliskan ”staff only”, mereka selalu membiarkan pintu tersebut terbuka dengan banyak sampah di dalamnya, dan staff staff yang masuk dan keluar dari ruangan itu sangat berisik sekali, EVERYDAY, they laughing so hard, even they're singing! I mean, you need to keep quiet untuk menjaga kenyaman tamu, namun mereka menutup pintu dengan sangat berisik dan berbicara sesuka hati mereka, even at midnight seperti itu juga. And we're in pandemic situation, this hotel doesn't has great ”protokol kesehatan”, mereka membiarkan orang berkeliaran without masker, and tidak ada yang menegur tamu tamu yang seperti itu. And one thing yang cukup mengganggu, ketika kamu parkir di gedung, ketika ke lobby harus melewati koridor bebas merokok, dan to be honest ini sangat mengganggu, jika ingin ada tempat untuk merokok buatlah ruangan khusus utk merokok! The only reason why i chose this hotel, because this is the 5 stars hotel, but i don't think i'll comeback to this hotel in the future. There a lot things to upgrade. Ahh and untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5 dengan ruangan gym semini itu, it's not good. Just trying to be honest here.

Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel a Palembang prima e l'Aristia Hotel a Palembang ha superato le mie aspettative in tutti gli aspetti. La lobby vi accoglie con grande entusiasmo, la camera offre spazio ampio e una comoda tavola di lavoro. Il letto accogliente offre un soggiorno confortevole, completato da una doccia rinnovata di acqua piovana nel bagno impresionante. Una caratteristica di stand-out è la delicata diffusione del colazione, con una varietà di delicazioni locali. La vicinanza al centro ICON aggiunge al suo appello, ma si consiglia cautela quando si attraversa a causa della mancanza di luci di traffico. In generale, l'Aristia Hotel ha la mia più alta raccomandazione come la migliore scelta a Palembang.

Buona cena, ma asciugamani e lettini/copertina non erano abbastanza buoni. Sarà meglio cambiare la tovagliola e la lama quando tornerà o il colore cambia

Adoro davvero questo hotel! Andate là con la famiglia, aggiungere 1 camera aggiuntiva per 1 notte per la mia in leggi. La sala di vista del lago è un must, si fa a est e ha una buona vista al sole dal lago. Prenoto in camera tenda e viene con torte complimentari e bellissime elefante plushie. Ha una mattresse e una cucina in esso (è comoda a dormire, anche per gli adulti) e include colazione aggiuntiva. Il servizio è grande, il colazione è buono. Soprattutto l'angolo giapponese. Non ho mai perso il colazione giapponese per il mio soggiorno di tre giorni. Sono in un angolo di bambini con fondue di cioccolato. Il club dei bambini è grande, e c'è anche un campo da gioco all'aperto. Il giardino intorno al lago è ben tenuto. È fantastico per la corsa mattinale o il punto di foto (molto punto di foto).

Check in take long time it seems the front desk man is confused. I stayed in executive suites, big room faced the swimming pool. They didnt check that shower gel and shampoo is empty, also the tissue only in bath room, for that big room i think they need to place tissue also in living room. When i want to use the bathtub, i found some sands, dirty there. For shower, the hot water just warm even though i set it maximum. For swimming pool it is okay, there is locker inside the changing room but no information it can be used or not. For gym not so many equipment there. Breakfast with many variants menu, the taste is just okay, it said chicken porridge but no shreded chicken. Late check out time just until 12.30.

Questo hotel vi offre vari menu di colazione tra cui cibo tradizionale. Era delizioso. La stanza era pulita ma non abbastanza. Possiamo sentire chiaramente quando qualcuno parla o cammina fuori dalla stanza.

Sarapannya gak banyak variasinya dengan harga yang terbilang wah, padahal hotel harga lebih murah, menu sarapannya lebih wah

Il posto è rurale. Il respiro è un po' spaventoso se resti da solo. Il posto è freddo e bello.

The facility was excellent, as we came to meeting with clients. Hospitality was excellet too, like family. Food & beverages was good, typcal asian menu with a liitle fusion. Definitely will come here again in the future, and will recommend for business occation.
