The location is great - just a few minutes' walk to the city centre - and the breakfast was fine, although it mainly consisted of English breakfast ingredients like eggs and beans; the hairdryer in the room was not working, but I did not inform reception because my stay was short.

La mia terza volta che ero in questo hotel, questa volta in camera 319, era buona e il letto era comodo, una grande bagno. Solo a fianco di questa stanza era l'allarme antincendio che si scendi alle 6 di mattina. Non c'era vista dalla finestra e dalla porta del bagno, mentre si sdraiava dalle pentole, ma avrei usato l'hotel di nuovo.

The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 👍

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

La stanza era molto confortevole e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario da asciugacapelli, ferro, molte socche di plug. L’unica colpa era la plug in bacino che si fermò nel buco. La colazione era bella, non sbrigata e aiutatevi a fare qualcosa dal buffet - caldo o freddo. Grande parcheggio auto gratuito.

Great hotel. Convenient for City and Public Transport. Lots to see and d locally. Hotel is excellent in all aspects. We will stay here again.

The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room. Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed. I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

Buon hotel e posizione. Dopo aver chiesto quale slot per colazione, pochi elementi non erano disponibili in quella slot e non erano stati riempiti come bacon e frutta. Il personale ha offerto qualcosa di diverso quando chiesto, ma non c'era altro che volevamo.

Situazione bella, bellissimo terreno. Le strutture di svago sono grandi, non troppo occupato, piscina è perfetta. Le camere sono molto pulite, ben guardate. Servizio fantastico, personale così bello. Perfetto tempo lontano, altamente raccomandato.

Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra
